本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种使用寿命长的铜合金阀门。
背景技术
近年来,石油、化工深加工技术发展很快,对耐高温、耐磨、抗氢腐蚀,耐氢氟酸腐蚀等阀门的需求量进一步增加。
目前,阀门的铸造工艺主要采用常规的铸造,往往伴有工艺复杂,合格率低,产品的使用寿命短等弊端。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的铜合金阀门,具有成本低、耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长等特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种使用寿命长的铜合金阀门,阀门各组分及其重量百分比为:Al0.5-4%,Fe0.2-0.8%,Zn0.02-0.25%,Cr10-35%,Mn8-22%,Ni2.0-4.5%,N0.1-0.8%,Mo2-8%,Si0.2-1.5%,Ti1.0-4%,凹凸棒土粉0.02-0.25%,余量为Cu。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:本发明中的阀门具有制造简单,成本低、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性好等特点,Ti和Ni可以增强阀门的耐腐蚀性;Si能增强阀门的耐磨性,凹凸棒土粉和纳米碳粉的使用可提高阀门的耐高温性能。
