Referring to the drawings, the clamping mechanism 71 has a reset member for keeping the first clamping member 711 and the second clamping member 712 in an open state. The first clamping member 711 and the second clamping member 712 respectively have a head clamping part, a hinge part and an extension part which are connected in sequence, and the hinge part is used for being hinged with the swing rod 84;
the B transmission assembly 90 includes a first pulling rope 91 and a second pulling rope 92, one end of the first pulling rope 91 is connected to the pull rod 83, and the other end of the first pulling rope 91 is connected to the extending portion of the first clamping member 711, so that when the pull rod 83 drives the swing rod 84 to swing away relative to the base 80, the clamping head of the first clamping member 711 is pulled to be fastened relative to the clamping head of the second clamping member 712. The pull rod 83 has a pull head 831.
The tail end of the swing rod 84 is provided with a winding column, one end of the second traction rope 92 is connected to the pull rod 83, and the other end of the second traction rope 92 winds around the winding column and is connected with the extending part of the second clamping member 712, so that when the swing rod 84 is driven by the pull rod 83 to swing away relative to the base 80, the clamping head of the second clamping member 712 is pulled to be buckled relative to the clamping head of the first clamping member 711.
Referring to fig. 7, the base 80 includes a fixing seat 81 slidably connected to the pull rod 83, and a fixing plate 82 having one end disposed on an upper surface of the fixing seat 81, and the other end of the fixing plate 82 is provided with a first through hole 821 slidably engaged with the sliding member; the limiting member 84 is disposed on the fixing plate 82;
the fixing plate 82 is provided with an a transmission assembly through which the first pulling rope 91 and the second pulling rope 92 pass, the a transmission assembly is disposed between the limiting member 84 and the fixing seat 81, and the first pulling rope 91 and the second pulling rope 92 pass through the a transmission assembly to be connected with the clamping mechanism 71.
The swing rod 84 is in a V shape, and the protruding end of the swing rod 84 faces the machine body 30. When the swing rod 84 is at the initial position, the clamping mechanism 71 is positioned right above the fixed plate 82, and the space is saved.
An initial distance between the clamping mechanism 71 and the rotating block 85 is defined as L, and a distance between the transmission assembly A and the rotating block 85 is 0.5-0.8L. Therefore, when the pull rod 83 is pulled, the distance between the clamping mechanism 71 and the a transmission assembly is continuously increased, and the distance between the end of the pulling rope connected with the pull rod 83 and the a transmission assembly is also continuously increased, so that when the clamping mechanism 71 is close to the position where the garbage bag X is furled, the pulling rope is straightened and starts to pull the clamping head part of the second clamping member 712 and the clamping head part of the first clamping member 711 to be close, and when the furled garbage bag X enters the clamping head parts of the second clamping member 712 and the first clamping member 711, the clamping head part of the second clamping member 712 and the clamping head part of the first clamping member 711 are close to complete the buckling.
When the pull rod 83 is retracted, the clamping heads of the second clamping member 712 and the first clamping member 711 are opened by the return member, thereby moving away from the garbage bag X and starting the return stroke.
Referring to fig. 9, the C-shaped transmission assembly 93 includes a driving rod 941, a driven rod 942, a rotating shaft 931, two reversing rods 932, two first connecting columns 933 and two second connecting columns 934.
A rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the driving rod 941, and one end of the driving rod 941 is hinged to one end of the driven rod 942; the middle parts of the two reverse rods 932 are respectively fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 931; one end of each of the two first connecting columns 933 is hinged to one end of each of the two opposite rods 932, the other end of each of the two first connecting columns 933 is hinged to the corresponding first barrier 96, one end of each of the two second connecting columns is hinged to the other end of each of the two opposite rods 932, and the other end of each of the two first connecting columns 933 is hinged to the corresponding second barrier 95.
The other end of the driving rod 941 is located on a path where the swing rod 84 swings back relative to the base 80, and the other end of the driven rod 942 is fixedly connected to the extending rod 9311 at the side of the rotating shaft 931, so that when the swing rod 84 swings back, the driving rod 941 drives the rotating shaft 931 to rotate through the driven rod 942, and the reverse rod 932 drives the second blocking piece 95 to move out of the accommodating cavity 72 and simultaneously drives the first blocking piece 96 to enter the accommodating cavity 72 to support the stacked piercing nails Y, and the piercing nails Y located below the first blocking piece 96 are moved out from the third opening.
The other end of the driving rod 941 is provided with a downward hanging block, and the downward hanging block is used for driving the driving rod 941 to return to a vertical state under the action of gravity. The gravity action is fully utilized to reset.
