Abstract

组合式工艺盒。提供了一种结构简单,方便拆装,调整空间的组合式工艺盒。包括一对平行设置的立板一和立板二,所述立板一的内侧设有容置槽一,所述容置槽一内铰接设有撑板一,所述立板二的内侧设有容置槽二,所述容置槽二内铰接设有撑板二,所述撑板二上设有若干容置孔,所述撑板一可拆卸设在容置孔内;所述立板一和立板二上设有贴合结构。本发明在工作中,通过设置立板一和立板二,两者之间通过撑板一和撑板二连接,使得立板一和立板二支撑可靠,形成盒体;撑板一和撑板二交叉设置,便于对盒体空间进行分层;盒体在闲置状态时,通过贴合机构将其进行收整,节省空间,方便操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及工艺品,尤其涉及组合式工艺盒。
背景技术
现有的木盒通过枪钉加胶水将木板组装成型,或者借助螺丝、螺丝刀等工具将木板组装起来。前者由于无法拆散,在运输过程中会增加运输成本和空间,销售产品时会增加仓库存放空间成本,使用过程中如果不使用会增加存放空间;后者拆散则需要借助工具,使用时进行拆装还是比较麻烦。而且,现有技术中的木盒,体积固定,不便于调整空间、不便于分类放置不同的物品。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便拆装,调整空间的组合式工艺盒。
本发明的技术方案是:包括一对平行设置的立板一和立板二,所述立板一的内侧设有容置槽一,所述容置槽一内铰接设有撑板一,所述立板二的内侧设有容置槽二,所述容置槽二内铰接设有撑板二,所述撑板二上设有若干容置孔,所述撑板一可拆卸设在容置孔内;
所述立板一和立板二上设有贴合结构。
所述贴合结构为:所述立板一的外侧设有定位孔,所述立板二的外侧设有定位柱,所述定位柱适配地设在定位孔内。
所述立板一的外侧设有磁铁,所述立板二的外侧设有金属块。
所述立板一的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板一的L形容置槽一,所述立板二的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板二的L形容置槽二,
所述立板一上设有插孔一,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔一内;
所述立板一上设有插孔二,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔二内;
所述L形撑板一的端部设有搭头一,所述L形撑板二的端部设有搭头二,所述搭头一用于接触搭头二。
所述撑板一的长度小于撑板二的长度。
所述立板一和立板二的底部分别设有滚轮。
本发明在工作中,通过设置立板一和立板二,两者之间通过撑板一和撑板二连接,使得立板一和立板二支撑可靠,形成盒体;撑板一和撑板二交叉设置,便于对盒体空间进行分层;盒体在闲置状态时,通过贴合机构将其进行收整,节省空间,方便操作。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-3所示,包括一对平行设置的立板一1和立板二2,所述立板一的内侧设有容置槽一11,所述容置槽一内铰接设有撑板一3,所述立板二2的内侧设有容置槽二21,所述容置槽二内铰接设有撑板二4,所述撑板二上设有若干容置孔,所述撑板一可拆卸设在容置孔内;
所述立板一和立板二上设有贴合结构。
在工作中,通过设置立板一和立板二,两者之间通过撑板一和撑板二连接,使得立板一和立板二支撑可靠,形成盒体;撑板一和撑板二交叉设置,便于对盒体空间进行分层;盒体在闲置状态时,通过贴合机构将其进行收整,节省空间,方便操作。
所述贴合结构为:所述立板一的外侧设有定位孔12,所述立板二的外侧设有定位柱22,所述定位柱适配地设在定位孔内。通过设置定位柱和定位孔的连接形式,使得两者贴合可靠,节省空间。
所述立板一的外侧设有磁铁5,所述立板二的外侧设有金属块6。通过磁铁吸附金属块,使得两者贴合可靠,节省空间。
所述立板一的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板一7的L形容置槽一13,所述立板二的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板二8的L形容置槽二23,
所述立板一上设有插孔一,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔一内;
所述立板一上设有插孔二,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔二内;
通过设置L形撑板一和L形撑板二,两者分别可拆卸连接在立板一和立板二上,便于对盒体内的空间进一步细分,便于放置不同的物品,便于后续挑选,操作可靠。
所述L形撑板一7的端部设有搭头一70,所述L形撑板二8的端部设有搭头二80,所述搭头一用于接触搭头二。工作中,L形撑板一放置在L形容置槽一内,L形撑板二放置在L形容置槽二内,搭头一和搭头二嵌合连接, 使得立板一和立板二之间形成盖板,起到防尘的作用;同时,起到提高稳固性的作用。
所述撑板一的长度小于撑板二的长度。便于调整角度,使得立板一和立板二之间的间距可调,实现不同的尺寸空间。
所述立板一和立板二的底部分别设有滚轮9。便于立板一和立板二滑动连接,方便操作。

1.组合式工艺盒,其特征在于,包括一对平行设置的立板一和立板二,所述立板一的内侧设有容置槽一,所述容置槽一内铰接设有撑板一,所述立板二的内侧设有容置槽二,所述容置槽二内铰接设有撑板二,所述撑板二上设有若干容置孔,所述撑板一可拆卸设在容置孔内;
所述立板一和立板二上设有贴合结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式工艺盒,其特征在于,所述贴合结构为:所述立板一的外侧设有定位孔,所述立板二的外侧设有定位柱,所述定位柱适配地设在定位孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式工艺盒,其特征在于,所述立板一的外侧设有磁铁,所述立板二的外侧设有金属块。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的组合式工艺盒,其特征在于,所述立板一的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板一的L形容置槽一,所述立板二的顶面设有用于放置L形撑板二的L形容置槽二,
所述立板一上设有插孔一,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔一内;
所述立板一上设有插孔二,所述L形撑板一适配的设在插孔二内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合式工艺盒,其特征在于,所述L形撑板一的端部设有搭头一,所述L形撑板二的端部设有搭头二,所述搭头一用于接触搭头二。
