Abstract

本发明提供了一种液体石油产品的脱氮方法。 该方法的特点是在常压下通过液相抽提脱除液体石 油产品中的总氮、碱性氮、硫醇硫及低分子有机酸。 该方法所用的脱氮溶剂是由一种C1—C3的醇与水 或由一种C1—C3的醇与稀碱水溶液组成,脱除总 氮、碱性氮及硫醇硫均可达50—80%,并可脱除部分 低分子有机酸。

Description

本发明涉及到一种液体石油产品的非加氢脱氮方法,特别适用二次加工液体石油产品的脱除总氮、碱性氮、硫醇硫及低分子有机酸。
现有的加氢脱氮方法是在高温高压下操作,设备投资大,加工成本高。为此英国专利GB2185671-B[专,英]Labofina SA.-1989.10.25.-(1985.10.24);Int.Cl.C10g-17/02提出用C1-C6的醇与一种有机酸或无机酸的稀水溶液可脱除碱性氮。该方法所用的溶剂中涉及到有机酸或无机酸水溶液,易造成设备腐蚀及环境污染,而且有机酸或无机酸价格较昂贵,增加脱氮费用。
本发明的任务是提供一种脱氮溶剂,该溶剂是由一种C1-C3的醇与水或由一种C1-C3的醇与稀碱水溶液组成。醇与水的体积比为95/5-70/30;醇与稀碱水溶液的体积比为95/5-60/40。溶剂与油的体积比为0.4-3.5。
使用此脱氮溶剂在常压下通过液相抽提,可使液体石油产品的总氮、碱性氮、硫醇硫脱除率达50-80%,并可脱除部分低分子有机酸。经处理后的油品安定性得到显著改善。
本方法所用的脱氮溶剂可回收重复利用;所需设备简单,易于工业化;对环境无污染。

Claims (4)

1、在常压下脱除液体石油产品中的总氮、碱性氮、硫醇硫及低分子有机酸的溶剂,该溶剂的特征是由一种C1-C3的醇与水组成。
2、在常压下脱除液体石油产品中的总氮、碱性氮、硫醇硫及低分子有机酸的溶剂,该溶剂的特征是由一种C1-C3的醇与稀碱水溶液组成。
3、按权利要求1组成的溶剂,其特征是醇与水的体积比为95/5-70/30。
4、按权利要求2组成的溶剂,其特征是醇与稀碱水溶液的体积比为95/5-60/40。
