Page turning device in piano score turning system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of musical instruments, and relates to a page turning device in a piano score turning system.
Background
During the piano playing process, the music score is inevitably turned, if the piano is in a playing state, the playing is necessarily stopped by using the page turning gesture, so that the whole playing effect is influenced, if the piano is not stopped, the music score needs to be turned by another person nearby, however, the page turning person needs to have a certain music base, and the beat synchronization with the player can be achieved. Most of automatic music score turners in the current market are driven by motors, but most of the motors in the piano are inconvenient to disassemble, so that the motors cannot be normally maintained.
In order to solve the problems, Chinese patent CN 207381087U discloses an automatic piano music score turning device, including the piano main part, the music score groove has been seted up to one side of piano main part, the mounting groove has been seted up on the top inner wall in music score groove, fixed mounting has driving motor on the top inner wall of mounting groove, driving motor's below is equipped with the pivot, and the top of pivot has seted up logical groove, the welding has the connecting axle on driving motor's the output shaft, the bottom of connecting axle extends to logical inslot, all seted up first through-hole on the both sides inner wall that leads to the groove, the second through-hole has been seted up on the connecting axle, all install same card post in second through-hole and. Can drive pivot and runner through driving motor and turn over the musical instrument register for easy reference, can fix connecting axle and pivot through push pedal and card post, pulling pull ring just can make the card post break away from first through-hole and second through-hole for driving motor is convenient for maintain.
However, the piano score turning device still has the following defects:
the motor driving mode is adopted, the dependency on the use environment is high, the use environment needs to depend on the occasion with an external power supply, or a storage battery needs to be arranged outside, the maintenance is still troublesome, and the high-frequency vibration generated when the motor rotates easily influences the playing tone quality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a page turning device in a piano score turning system aiming at the problems in the prior art, and the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: how to solve the dependence of this piano music score system on external power supply makes it can be applied to multiple occasion.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a page turning device in a piano score turning system comprises a main body and a support column, wherein the support column is vertically fixed on the lower surface of the main body; the music book page turning device is characterized by comprising a rotary disc which is rotatably arranged on the upper surface of a main body, wherein a suction rod which can move to the upper part of a music book is fixed on the side wall of the rotary disc, and a magnet capable of sucking the music book page of the music book is arranged on the suction rod; the page turning device further comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the main body in the vertical direction, a transmission mechanism capable of enabling the rotating shaft and the rotating disc to rotate synchronously is arranged between the upper end of the rotating shaft and the rotating disc, and a plurality of shift levers are arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft.
The working principle is as follows: when the piano music score turning system is used, when a player needs to turn a page, the player only needs to stir the deflector rod by feet to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the rotating disc on the main body is driven to rotate, the suction rod is driven to move to the upper part of a music score, the music score is sucked up by the magnet, the rotating disc continues to rotate, and the suction rod is driven to swing until the music score moves to the left side of the substrate; the turntable continues to rotate, the magnet on the suction rod gradually overcomes the magnetic force and is separated from the music sheet under the action of the pulling force, and the music sheet is positioned on the left side of the substrate, so that the music sheet is turned. Compared with the prior art, the design drives the rotating shaft to rotate in a driving lever mode, further drives the suction rod to move to realize page turning, does not need to rely on a motor, solves the problem of dependence on an external power supply, and enables the device to be used in various occasions. In addition, without a motor, high-frequency vibration cannot be generated during page turning, and the tone quality cannot be influenced. As for the fixing mode of the magnet, the magnet can be directly fixed at the end of the suction rod by a cylindrical magnet, or a plurality of magnets can be embedded on the suction rod, which is not limited herein.
In the page turning device in the piano score turning system, the transmission mechanism comprises a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear which are meshed with each other, the first bevel gear is fixed at the upper end of the rotating shaft, and the second bevel gear is fixed on the rotating disc. The rotating shaft rotates to drive the bevel gear I to rotate, further drive the bevel gear II to rotate, finally drive the rotary table to rotate, and realize the swing of the suction rod.
In the page turning device in the piano score turning system, the side wall at the lower end of the rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes, and the inner end of the deflector rod is provided with external threads matched with the first threaded holes. After a plurality of threaded holes I are designed, a player can adjust the distance between two adjacent deflector rods according to the leg length and the using habit of the player; the purpose of driving the rotating shaft to rotate through the shifting lever is that a player steps on the shifting lever, the stroke of each stepping is fixed, and therefore the rotating angle of the rotating shaft is also fixed, so that the player can control the swinging angle of the suction rod, the optimal distance is that the player steps on the shifting lever to just complete page turning, and then steps on the suction rod to move to the initial position; and for users with shorter legs, the page turning can be finished by adding the number of the deflector rods and stepping for a plurality of times.
In the page turning device in the piano score turning system, the side wall of the turntable is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes along the circumferential direction, and the page turning device comprises a swing rod which can be inserted into any of the second threaded holes. When the page is turned, after the absorption rod absorbs the music sheet and moves for a certain distance, a certain space is formed between the music sheet and the next music sheet on the right side of the substrate, and the swing rod can swing into the space; the suction rod continuously swings, the swing rod synchronously swings, and even if the music sheet is separated from the suction rod in the page turning process, the music sheet can continuously move to the left side of the substrate under the action of the swing rod to complete page turning.
In the page turning device in the piano score turning system, the angle between the suction rod and the swing rod is 90-135 degrees. When the angle between the suction rod and the swing rod is 90-135 degrees, the swing rod can be ensured to follow the back of the suction rod when the rotary table rotates, the separation accident in the page turning process can be prevented at any time, and the page turning success rate is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
when pages are turned, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the driving lever, the suction rod is driven to move to turn the pages, the dependence on an external power supply is avoided without depending on a motor, and the multifunctional page turning device can be used in various occasions. In addition, without a motor, high-frequency vibration cannot be generated during page turning, and the tone quality cannot be influenced.
