Abstract

These memories 401 are connected to the processor 402 via a bus.
The communication interface 403 may use any transceiver or the like for communicating with other devices or communication networks, such as ethernet, Radio Access Network (RAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), etc.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which can be a general-purpose storage medium, such as a mobile disk, a hard disk, and the like, and is used for storing the computer software instructions for implementing the road damage display apparatus, where the computer software instructions include a program for executing the method according to the embodiment. By executing the storage program, the nozzle of the ink jet device can be effectively prevented from being blocked, the fault rate of the ink jet device is reduced, and the stamping effect is improved.

In summary, the inkjet apparatus and the control method for preventing the inkjet apparatus from being clogged according to the embodiments of the present invention include: the ink jet device comprises an ink jet device body 10, a detection module 20 and a control module 30, wherein the detection module 20 and the control module 30 are respectively arranged on the ink jet device body 10, the detection module 20 is respectively connected with the control module 30 and the ink jet device body 10, and the control module 30 is connected with the ink jet device body 10; the detection module 20 is configured to acquire and send a first determination result for indicating whether the inkjet device body 10 needs to perform inkjet stamping on an object to be inkjet; the control module 30 is configured to control the inkjet device body 10 to jet ink according to a preset time interval value and a preset ink jet amount if the first determination result is negative. According to the ink jet device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the ink jet device does not need to jet ink on an object to be jetted, the control module 30 controls the ink jet device body 10 to jet ink according to the preset time interval value and the preset ink jet amount, so that the nozzle of the ink jet device is always kept in a wet state, the nozzle of the ink jet device is effectively prevented from being blocked, the failure rate of the ink jet device is reduced, and the stamping effect is improved.
The functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.

Claims (6)
1. An ink jet device, comprising: the detection module and the control module are respectively arranged on the ink-jet device body, the detection module is respectively connected with the control module and the ink-jet device body, and the control module is connected with the ink-jet device body;
the detection module is used for acquiring and sending a first judgment result for representing whether the ink-jet device body needs to perform ink-jet stamping on an object to be ink-jetted;
the control module is used for controlling the ink-jet device body to jet ink according to a preset time interval value and a preset ink-jet amount when the first judgment result is negative;
the control module is also used for controlling the ink-jet device body to jet ink to the object to be jetted when the first judgment result is yes;
the detection module is also used for acquiring a pixel value for representing the definition of a stamp pattern on an ink-jetted object; the seal pattern is formed by ink jetting of the ink jetting device body on the object to be jetted;
the detection module is further used for acquiring a current ink-jet times value of the ink-jet device body when the pixel value is smaller than a preset pixel value, wherein the ink-jet times value is reset to zero when an ink box is replaced each time;
the detection module is further used for acquiring and sending a second judgment result for representing whether the ink-jet device body is blocked to the control module based on the current ink-jet number value and a preset ink-jet number value;
the control module is further configured to increase the preset ink jet amount and/or decrease the preset time interval value when the second determination result is yes.
2. The inkjet device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an alarm module disposed on the inkjet device body, the alarm module being connected to the control module,
and the control module is also used for controlling the alarm module to send out alarm prompt information for representing that the ink box needs to be replaced when the second judgment result is negative.
3. The inkjet apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a timer module arranged on the ink jet device body and connected with the control module,
the timer module is used for acquiring a current time variable value and sending an indication signal to the control module when the current time variable value is equal to a preset time interval value;
the control module is used for controlling the ink jet device body to jet ink according to a preset ink jet amount according to the indication signal.
4. A control method for preventing clogging of an ink jet device, applied to an ink jet device, the method comprising:
acquiring a first judgment result for representing whether the ink-jet device body needs to perform ink-jet stamping on an object to be ink-jetted;
when the first judgment result is negative, controlling the ink jet device body to jet ink according to a preset time interval value and a preset ink jet amount; or
When the first judgment result is yes, controlling the ink-jet device to jet ink on the object to be jetted;
acquiring a pixel value for representing the definition of a stamp pattern on an ink-jetted object; the seal pattern is formed by ink jetting of the ink jetting device body on the object to be jetted;
when the pixel value is smaller than a preset pixel value, acquiring a current ink-jet times value of the ink-jet device body, wherein the ink-jet times value is reset to zero when an ink box is replaced each time;
acquiring a second judgment result for representing whether the ink jet device body is blocked or not based on the current ink jet number value and a preset ink jet number value;
and when the second judgment result is yes, increasing the preset ink jet amount and/or reducing the preset time interval value.
5. The control method for preventing clogging of an inkjet apparatus according to claim 4, wherein after obtaining a second determination result for indicating whether the inkjet apparatus body is clogged based on the current number of times of ejection and a preset number of times of ejection, the method further comprises:
and when the second judgment result is negative, controlling the ink-jet device to send out alarm prompt information for representing that the ink box needs to be replaced.
6. The method for controlling an ink jet device to prevent clogging according to claim 4, wherein the controlling the ink jet device to jet ink at a preset time interval value and a preset ink jet amount when the first determination result is no includes:
acquiring a current time variable value;
and when the current time variable value is equal to a preset time interval value, controlling the ink jet device to jet ink according to a preset ink jet amount.
