Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,包括:竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料,所述竹纤维面料包括竹纤维、玉米纤维、涤纶纤维,所述罗布麻纤维面料包括罗布麻纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维,该面料至少由一层竹纤维面料和一层罗布麻面料贴靠接合而成。通过上述方式,本发明充分结合了竹纤维和罗布麻纤维的优点,使得该面料能够提高人体机能,增强人体免疫力,同时又具有吸湿透气、抑菌防臭的特点。
Description
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别是涉及一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料。
竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取的一种纤维素纤维,是继棉、麻、毛、丝之后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维与用棉、木制成的纤维相比,保持了原有的透气性、吸湿性、染色性、悬垂性好的特点,纤维手感柔软、韧性耐磨、光泽亮丽,同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、防臭和抗紫外线功能,竹纤维是一种能够真正意义上的天然环保型绿色纤维。
罗布麻经研究发现罗布麻纤维中富含多种药物成份,如黄酮类化合物、强心试、芸香贰等多种氨基酸,其药理作用有祛痰止咳、强心利尿、平喘、降血压,降血脂,增加冠状动脉流量,增加肾上腺素,抗炎扰过敏等。经临床观察结果对高血压、慢性气管炎有较好的防治功效,它还具有抑菌去病发射远红外线作用,它的纤维具有棉的柔软,丝的光泽,麻的清爽,罗布麻纤维中的有效药物成份通过机体体表孔窍穴位作用于经络气血,脏腑及胃部病灶,参入血液循环,使增厚变硬的血管壁恢复弹性,达到降血压,提高机体机能的效果。
目前,市场上这种竹纤维跟罗布麻纤维的复合面料还很少见,不能充分满足人们的需求。
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,具有舒适、健康、环保等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,包括:竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料,所述竹纤维面料包括竹纤维、玉米纤维、涤纶纤维,所述罗布麻纤维面料包括罗布麻纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维,该面料至少由一层竹纤维面料和一层罗布麻面料贴靠接合而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述竹纤维面料采用的竹纤维、玉米纤维、涤纶纤维的混纺比例为3:4:3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述罗布麻纤维面料采用的罗布麻纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维的混纺比例为2:5:3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,该面料由一层竹纤维面料、一层罗布麻面料和一层竹纤维面料贴靠接合成三层面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,该面料由一层罗布麻面料和、一层竹纤维面料和一层罗布麻纤维面料贴靠接合成三层面料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,充分结合了竹纤维和罗布麻纤维的优点,使得该面料能够提高人体机能,增强人体免疫力,同时又具有吸湿透气、抑菌防臭的特点。

一种竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,包括:竹纤维面料1和罗布麻纤维面料2,所述竹纤维面料1包括竹纤维、玉米纤维、涤纶纤维,所述罗布麻纤维面料2包括罗布麻纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维,该面料由一层竹纤维面料1、一层罗布麻面料2和一层竹纤维面料1贴靠接合成三层面料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的竹纤维面料和罗布麻纤维面料的复合面料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维面料采用的竹纤维、玉米纤维、涤纶纤维的混纺比例为3:4:3。
