The first platen roller 31 of the first edge covering device 30 is used for folding up the flat sticker 24 along the outer side surface of the edge material 60 and adhering the flat sticker 24 to the outer side surface of the edge material 60, the arrangement sequence of the first platen roller 31 is that the edge of the upper top surface of the edge material 60 is covered firstly, then the side surface of the edge material 60 is covered, then the edge of the lower bottom surface of the edge material 60 is covered, finally the edge covering process of the sticker 24 of the whole edge material 60 is completed.
After the edging 60 is completed, a cut is required, for which purpose, in the cutting device 40, a cutter 41 comprising a band saw blade 42 at the end of the first edging device 30 and a cutting table 43 flush with the roller 10 are included. Wherein the saw blade 42 extends partially through the cutting table 43 and is positioned in the path of travel of the edge 60. The edge material 60 after edge wrapping passes through the channel formed between the limit rollers 45, and cutting is completed under the action of the saw blade 42, so that in order to ensure that the saw blade 42 completes cutting of the edge material 60, the rotation direction of the saw blade 42 is opposite to the conveying direction of the edge material 60, thereby not only solving the problem of cutting the edge material 60, but also avoiding the saw blade 42 from driving the edge material 60 to move and influencing the cutting procedure of the edge material 60.
Referring to fig. 3, after the cutting device 40 completes the cutting of the edge 60, the edge 60 is cut in half into two strips, and cut by the saw blade 42 to form a cut surface. According to the requirement of the product, the cut edge 60 can be directly output as the material of the next working procedure, and the cut surface can be further covered.

The second hemming device 50 includes two sets of second platen rollers symmetrical with respect to the plane in which the saw blade 42 is located. The second platen roller 51 is abutted around the lower bottom surface and the cut surface of the rim 60 in the side view direction of the rim 60, and the outer side surface of the second platen roller 51 is matched with the shape of the corresponding position on the rim 60. The arrangement order of the second platen roller 51 in the conveying direction of the conveyor is identical to the order in which the decals 24 are wrapped, as with the first platen roller 31.
