本发明公开了一种蔬菜防冻液及其制备方法,其防冻液包括以下成分:沼液180‑230份、海藻提取物20‑30份、植物生长调节剂25‑40份、聚谷氨酸40‑60份、稀土微肥8‑12份、黄腐酸20‑25份、氯化胆碱15‑20份、硅肥20‑30份、氨基酸叶面肥25‑35份和聚乙二醇200 18‑26份。本发明制备的防冻液多施用于晚秋、初冬、春天倒春寒,气温在10‑15℃时使用,喷施后可预防蔬菜冻害,保护蔬菜在抗冻期间的正常生长,而且可延长蔬菜的光合作用时间,同时给蔬菜提供多种营养元素且免受外部病害的侵袭。

一种蔬菜防冻液及其制备方法和使用
技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,具体涉及一种蔬菜防冻液及其制备方法和使用。
背景技术
近年来极端气候频发,我国南方地区数度遭遇“冷冬”,湿度高更加剧了寒冷,尽管有大棚的保护,但是在低温、高湿、寡照的环境下,蔬菜不仅容易遭受冻害,生长受阻,而且容易感染病虫害,使蔬菜产量和品质受到很大影响。因而越冬蔬菜保温防冻措施显得尤其重要。在晚秋来临之际,为提高蔬菜防冻能力,一般都会临时性加温、覆盖地膜、加强肥水管理、喷洒植物防冻液等。植物防冻剂又叫植物抗冻剂、植物防寒抗冻剂、植物抗冻液等。防冻液产品一般能迅速地溶解于水中,更易被作物吸收,对于一些植物或者根系不太好的作物出现冻害时,极大地产生保护作物的抗冻、抗寒性高科技产品,见效快,喷施后能迅速在植物表面上形成一层封闭保护膜,能够明显增加叶绿素含量。植物喷施防冻液后快速形成一种防冻保护膜,当植物遇到低温时,生物膜能够保护植株体内活性细胞组织,能够避免细胞质结冰所受到的冻害,喷施植物起到一层防冻保护膜,因而对植物抗寒过冬起到有着一种明显防冻效果。植物忍耐冰冻的能力便显著增加。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种蔬菜防冻液,易被作物吸收,见效快,可以保护蔬菜在抗冻期间的正常生长,而且可延长蔬菜的光合作用时间。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种蔬菜防冻液,由以下重量份的原料组成:
沼液180-230份、海藻提取物20-30份、植物生长调节剂25-40份、聚谷氨酸40-60份、稀土微肥8-12份、黄腐酸20-25份、氯化胆碱15-20份、硅肥20-30份、氨基酸叶面肥25-35份和聚乙二醇20018-26份。
所述植物生长调节剂选自脱落酸、芸苔素内酯和赤霉素中的一种或多种。
所述植物生长调节剂、聚谷氨酸和硅肥的重量比为(0.8-2):(1.5-3):1。
上述蔬菜防冻液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沼液输送至沉淀池进行多级沉淀过滤,得到沼液清液,备用;
(2)按配方比例,将聚谷氨酸和聚乙二醇200溶解于步骤(1)所得的沼液清液中,然后加入配方比例的海藻提取物、植物生长调节剂、稀土微肥、黄腐酸、氯化胆碱、硅肥和氨基酸叶面肥,搅拌至完全溶解,混合均匀,即为蔬菜防冻液。
上述蔬菜防冻液的制备方法制备得到的蔬菜防冻液的使用方法为:一般于晚秋、初冬、春天倒春寒,气温在10-15℃时使用,使用时,将蔬菜防冻液加清水稀释200-250倍均匀喷施蔬菜叶面。每隔5-7天喷洒防冻剂1次,连续喷洒2~3次,然后再做好常规防冻措施。
本发明添加了植物生长调节剂、聚谷氨酸、稀土微肥、黄腐酸、硅肥和氨基酸叶面肥等,一方面可增加植物的抗寒抗冻性能,另一方面保护蔬菜在抗冻期间的正常生长,延长蔬菜的光合作用时间,且给蔬菜提供多种营养元素且免受外部病害的侵袭。其中,植物生长调节剂、聚谷氨酸和硅肥的合理配比,不仅可以起到增效抗寒的作用,而且水溶性好,会在植株根毛表层形成一层薄膜,可以起到保护根毛的功能,更是土壤中养份、水份与根毛亲密接触的最佳输送平台,能很有效率的提高肥料的溶解、存储、输送与吸收。同时,三者的复配,还可以促蔬菜根系的发育,加强抗病性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的防冻液多施用于晚秋、初冬、春天倒春寒,气温在10-15℃时使用,喷施后可预防蔬菜冻害,保护蔬菜在抗冻期间的正常生长,而且可延长蔬菜的光合作用时间,同时给蔬菜提供多种营养元素且免受外部病害的侵袭。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。实施例中,各种原料均为市售品。
实施例1
一种蔬菜防冻液,由以下重量份的原料组成:
沼液210份、海藻提取物24份、脱落酸20份、赤霉素10份、聚谷氨酸52份、稀土微肥10份、黄腐酸22份、氯化胆碱17份、硅肥24份、氨基酸叶面肥28份和聚乙二醇20022份。
上述蔬菜防冻液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沼液输送至沉淀池进行多级沉淀过滤,得到沼液清液,备用;
(2)按配方比例,将聚谷氨酸和聚乙二醇200溶解于步骤(1)所得的沼液清液中,然后加入配方比例的海藻提取物、植物生长调节剂、稀土微肥、黄腐酸、氯化胆碱、硅肥和氨基酸叶面肥,搅拌至完全溶解,混合均匀,即为蔬菜防冻液。

沼液220份、海藻提取物28份、脱落酸15份、芸苔素内酯10份、赤霉素8份、聚谷氨酸58份、稀土微肥11份、黄腐酸24份、氯化胆碱18份、硅肥26份、氨基酸叶面肥32份和聚乙二醇20024份。
上述蔬菜防冻液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沼液输送至沉淀池进行多级沉淀过滤,得到沼液清液,备用;
(2)按配方比例,将聚谷氨酸和聚乙二醇200溶解于步骤(1)所得的沼液清液中,然后加入配方比例的海藻提取物、植物生长调节剂、稀土微肥、黄腐酸、氯化胆碱、硅肥和氨基酸叶面肥,搅拌至完全溶解,混合均匀,即为蔬菜防冻液。

经蔬菜收获证实:喷洒过防冻液的蔬菜越冬后收获较上一年冬季收获数量多且品质好,较当年其他季节收获的蔬菜其数量略有降低,但质量相当。

1.一种蔬菜防冻液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:沼液180-230份、海藻提取物20-30份、植物生长调节剂25-40份、聚谷氨酸40-60份、稀土微肥8-12份、黄腐酸20-25份、氯化胆碱15-20份、硅肥20-30份、氨基酸叶面肥25-35份和聚乙二醇20018-26份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜防冻液,其特征在于,所述植物生长调节剂选自脱落酸、芸苔素内酯和赤霉素中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜防冻液,其特征在于,所述植物生长调节剂、聚谷氨酸和硅肥的重量比为(0.8-2):(1.5-3):1。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种蔬菜防冻液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沼液输送至沉淀池进行多级沉淀过滤,得到沼液清液,备用;
(2)按配方比例,将聚谷氨酸和聚乙二醇200溶解于步骤(1)所得的沼液清液中,然后加入配方比例的海藻提取物、植物生长调节剂、稀土微肥、黄腐酸、氯化胆碱、硅肥和氨基酸叶面肥,搅拌至完全溶解,混合均匀,即为蔬菜防冻液。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种蔬菜防冻液的制备方法制备得到的蔬菜防冻液的使用方法,其特征在于,使用时,将蔬菜防冻液加清水稀释200-250倍均匀喷施蔬菜叶面。
