本发明公开了一种四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工工艺,具体是由四聚乙醛、茶皂素和辅料为原料,混合制成农药颗粒剂的过程。本发明属于一种以四聚乙醛和茶皂素为主要有效成分的复配颗粒剂。更加高效消灭蜗牛、蛞蝓等有肺类软体害虫,是一种灭杀蜗牛、蛞蝓、福寿螺、钉螺等多种软体动物的新型药剂。加工工艺为配料,经过微粉机粉碎,通过混合器充分混匀,把湿的物料打入到造粒机,机械挤压造粒。再经过进入流化床蒸汽加温烘干颗粒,冷却后包装。并举例,描述了采用具体实施技术方案。该产品具有施用方便、高效持久、对作物、人畜安全、对环境友好等特点,成本低廉。整个加工工艺工艺路线体现出了科学、实用、经济和新颖等特性,既有技术上许多的突破,又有一些特别的操作和设计,是一个成功的研究开发项目。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工工艺,具体是由四聚乙醛、茶皂素和辅料为原料,混合制成农药颗粒剂的过程。
背景技术
四聚乙醛是一种白色针状结晶,具热不稳定性,不溶于水,易溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮和苯。化学名称为2.4.6.8—四甲基—1.3.5.7—四氧杂环辛烷,实验式为C8H16O4,相对分子质量为176.21(按2005国际相对原子质量计),图1为四聚乙醛的分子结构。
四聚乙醛系消灭蜗牛、蛞蝓等有肺类软体害虫的特效药,是一种高效灭杀蜗牛、蛞蝓、福寿螺、钉螺等多种软体动物的新型药剂,作用方式为触杀和胃毒。该药剂对鱼类、虾类、蟹类等水生生物毒性小,对眼睛、皮肤无刺激作用,无“三致”作用,对非靶标生物毒性低,对作物安全,适用于旱田蔬菜、玉米、大豆、烟草等作物蜗牛和水稻、水产养殖区域和养殖水域、钉螺、福寿螺的防治。可用于人工降雨,制作安全火柴、彩色腊烛和焰火等方面。
茶皂素又称茶皂苷、茶皂甙,是山茶科植物(如茶、山茶、油茶)中含有的一类天然糖甙化合物,广泛存在于山茶科植物的根、茎、叶、花、果之中。由七种配基 (C30H50O6)(Sapgening)、四种凸糖体(Aglyevn)和二种有机羧酸组成的一种齐墩果烷型五环三萜类皂苷化合物。图2为茶皂素的分子结构。
茶皂素是从山茶科植物的种子中提取的一种糖式化合物,他属皂素类,是一种天然非离子型表面活性剂。经检测,茶皂素具有良好的乳化,分散,发泡,湿润等功能,并且具有消炎,镇痛,抗渗透等功能。以茶皂素为主体配制而成的环保型清塘剂,一方面可以作为对虾养殖前的清塘,也可在养殖过程中用于杀死敌害鱼类,另一方面还可以促进对虾脱壳,刺激对虾的生长,同时他还能很好地杀死附在螃蟹身上的线虫与聚缩虫,达到治疗蟹病的目的。
四聚乙醛颗和茶皂素粒剂是由徐州诺特化工有限公司研制开发的一种新型杀贝新药。四聚乙醛颗和茶皂素粒剂经上海市农药检定所检测,结果为对诱杀果园菜园田蜗牛有一定的效果,在潮湿情况下诱杀速度快持效期中等,每公顷用P7500g(ai450g),在蜗牛活动期的雨后或灌溉后施药,药效与同剂量的密达相仿。毒性试验表明:四聚乙醛颗和茶皂素粒剂属低毒性。大鼠急性经口LD50 >5000mg/kg大鼠急性经皮LD50>2000mg/kg,对兔眼、皮肤无刺激性。
四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂中茶皂素作为农药湿润剂可提高可湿性粉剂的湿润性能和悬浮率(≥75%),作为一种天然的非离子型表面活性剂,加入到农药中使用,明显改善农药药液的理化性质,提高药剂在靶标上有效积量,使之有助于农药药效的充分发挥,因此,使用效果可得到提高。作为农药湿润剂突出优点是湿润速度快,分散性能强,pH5.5~6.5,中性偏酸,不会引起农药分解,有利于农药的贮存。
四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂中茶皂素是水剂或可溶性粉剂农药的优良助剂,能改善农药的物理性能,提高药液在生物或植物体表的附着力,起到对农药的增效作用。茶皂素能自动降解,无毒害,它在分离过程中,不会对农药的化学性能产生影响,有利于农药的贮存。茶皂素充分发挥了四聚乙醛的优良性能,提高其在植物上的附着力和吸湿性,提高药液的渗透力,而且由于茶皂素的良好生物活性,还能提高四聚乙醛的生物活性。茶皂素对菜青虫具有一定胃毒和较强的忌避作用,且浓度越高,忌避越强,对防治菜青虫危害包心菜有一定效果。在园林花卉上用作杀虫剂防治地下害虫,如地老虎、线虫等害虫。还对危害水稻的福寿螺和蜗牛、钉螺等均有良好的毒杀效果。
四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂中四聚乙醛和茶皂素联合用药,更加有效消灭蜗牛、蛞蝓等有肺类软体害虫,是一种高效灭杀蜗牛、蛞蝓、福寿螺、钉螺等多种软体动物的新型药剂,作用方式为触杀和胃毒。当蜗牛、福寿螺等软体动足部物接触或取食四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂后,可以促进其身体大量释放乙酰胆碱,破坏体内特殊的粘液,使其迅速脱水,神经麻痹,并分泌粘液,由于大量体液的流失和细胞被破坏,使其在短时间内迅速中毒死亡。四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂对鱼类、虾类、蟹类等水生生物毒性小,对眼睛、皮肤无刺激作用,无“三致”作用,对非靶标生物毒性低,对作物安全,广泛应用于旱田蔬菜、玉米、大豆、烟草等作物蜗牛和水稻、水产养殖区域和养殖水域、钉螺、福寿螺的防治。
本发明为了提高诱杀效果,改进了农药颗粒剂配方。加工的四聚乙醛和茶皂素联合起效,共同发挥药效,是的药效加倍,药量减少,降低成本。整个加工工艺工艺路线体现出了科学、实用、经济和新颖等特性 ,既有技术上许多的突破 ,又有一些特别的操作和设计,是一个成功的研究开发项目。
发明内容
为了提高药用效果,减少药物用量,本发明的目的在于提供一种四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工制备方法,可以有效治,且用药少,成本低廉。为解决上述技术问题,本发明制备四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工工艺方法所采用的技术方案是通过以下方式完成的。图3为四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂生产工艺流程图。
配料:将四聚乙醛、茶皂素、鱼粉、麦皮、白糖、滑石粉、淀粉等原料按一定比例经过微粉机,进行粉碎均匀。再通过上料机加入混合器中,同时加入新鲜水,常温下搅拌若干小时,让其充分混匀;
造粒:经过充分搅拌混合后,经过自动上料机,把湿的物料打入到造粒机。进入造粒机后机械挤压,制造出不同尺寸的颗粒状;
烘干包装:再经过自动上料机进入流化床蒸汽加温50~60℃烘干颗粒。经过气泵鼓吹50~60℃热风吹风干燥,冷却后,进入自动包装机包装,得成品,包装入库。
具体实施方式
本发明四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂按照上述工艺进行制备四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂,所采用的技术方案是通过以下具体实施方式完成的。
实施例一
一种10%四聚乙醛和5%茶皂素农药颗粒剂制备,将10%四聚乙醛、5%茶皂素、15%鱼粉、25%麦皮、10%白糖、5%滑石粉、30%淀粉等原料,经过微粉机,进行粉碎均匀。再通过上料机加入混合器中,同时加入新鲜水50%重量比,常温下搅拌若3小时,让其充分混匀。经过充分搅拌混合后,经过自动上料机,把湿的物料打入到造粒机。进入造粒机后机械挤压,制造出不同尺寸的颗粒状。再经过自动上料机进入流化床蒸汽加温50~60℃烘干颗粒。经过气泵鼓吹50~60℃热风吹风干燥,冷却后,进入自动包装机包装,得成品,包装入库。
实施例二
一种8%四聚乙醛和5%茶皂素农药颗粒剂制备,将8%四聚乙醛、5%茶皂素、15%鱼粉、25%麦皮、10%白糖、5%滑石粉、32%淀粉等原料,经过微粉机,进行粉碎均匀。再通过上料机加入混合器中,同时加入新鲜水50%重量比,常温下搅拌若3小时,让其充分混匀。经过充分搅拌混合后,经过自动上料机,把湿的物料打入到造粒机。进入造粒机后机械挤压,制造出不同尺寸的颗粒状。再经过自动上料机进入流化床蒸汽加温50~60℃烘干颗粒。经过气泵鼓吹50~60℃热风吹风干燥,冷却后,进入自动包装机包装,得成品,包装入库。

Claims (5)

1.一种四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工工艺,其特征在于四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药复配颗粒剂配比,颗粒剂中四聚乙醛含量0.5%~20%和茶皂素含量0.1%~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工工艺其他辅料,其特征是所述辅料成分为鱼粉、麦皮、白糖、滑石粉、淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂加工混匀,其特征是,将原料按比例经过微粉机,进行粉碎均匀;再通过上料机加入混合器中,加入新鲜水搅拌若干小时,让其充分混匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂造粒,其特征是经过充分搅拌混合后,湿的物料打入到造粒机,机械挤压造粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的四聚乙醛和茶皂素农药颗粒剂烘干包装,其特征是机械挤压造粒后进入流化床蒸汽加温50~60℃烘干颗粒,经过气泵鼓吹50~60℃热风吹风干燥。
