本发明公开了一种无土栽培技术的基质,其特征在于:所述基质原料由以下重量份配比的原料组成:草炭8‑10份、酵母硒0.4‑0.6份、褐藻酸钠0.5‑0.7份、蔬菜废弃叶3‑5份、水葫芦2‑4份、河沙1‑3份、菌棒废渣16‑18份、植物秸秆9‑11份、冬青油10‑12份、腐植酸2‑4份、风化煤3‑5份、光合菌6‑8份、氨基酸4‑6份。本发明无土栽培基质的原料比例的配置合理,蔬菜废弃叶、水葫芦以及发酵混合浆料等的配合使用使制得的无土培养基质具有明显良好的透气性、缓冲性、保水性及保肥性,同时还具有良好的其他各项理化指标。

技术领域
本发明涉及无土栽培的技术领域,具体涉及一种无土栽培技术的基质及其培育方法。
背景技术
无土栽培是指不用天然土壤而用基质或仅育苗时用基质,在定植以后用营养液进行灌溉的栽培方法。可节约土地由于无土栽培可人工创造良好的根际环境以取代土壤环境,有效防止土壤连作病害及土壤盐分积累造成的生理障碍,充分满足作物对矿质营养,水分、气体等环境条件的需要,栽培用的基本材料又可以循环利用,因此具有省水、省肥、省工、高产优质等特点。我国对无土栽培技术的研究和应用起步较晚,但由于其与传统的土壤栽培相比,具有洁净、高产、适应性强等明显优势,因此,近年来无土栽培技术在我国也得到了快速发展。无土栽培一般可以分为无基质栽培和基质栽培两种。无土栽培生产的成功与否,在很大程度上取决于营养基质的配方是否合适,植物生长过程的营养管理是否能满足各个不同生长阶段的要求。目前无土栽培基质主要分为无机和有机两大类,使得有效养分单一,营养不全面。植物与根际微生物作为一个生态系统互惠互利,在共同进化的过程中相互作用,这是一个长期互相选择的过程。它可以促进宿主植物吸收营养成分、帮助宿主植物扩大营养成分吸收面积、增强宿主植物的抗逆性。根际微生物的存在还显著提高植株的叶片叶绿素含量,从而促进其光合作用的进行,因此根际微生物对植株的生长也至关重要,为此,我们提出一种无土栽培技术的基质及其培育方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无土栽培技术的基质及其培育方法,选用合理基质培育方法,作为补充营养成分,可以提高无土栽培植株的成活率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种无土栽培技术的基质,其特征在于:所述基质原料由以下重量份配比的原料组成:草炭8-10份、酵母硒0.4-0.6份、褐藻酸钠0.5-0.7份、蔬菜废弃叶3-5份、水葫芦2-4份、河沙1-3份、菌棒废渣16-18份、植物秸秆9-11份、冬青油10-12份、腐植酸2-4份、风化煤3-5份、光合菌6-8份、氨基酸4-6份。
一种无土栽培技术的基质的培育方法,其特征在于:其培育方法具体如下:步骤一,将菌棒废渣、植物秸秆、冬青油投入研磨机中进行研磨粉碎,按照所述重量份称取原料,混合并粉碎成粉末,备用;将前述所得的混合粉末,加入其10倍重量的体积分数为60%的乙醇,20~35℃条件下浸渍提取30天,200目过滤取滤液,滤液回收乙醇,然后浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.10~1.20,即得到浓缩液,将所得浓缩液中加入助剂得到混合溶液,所述助剂在混合溶液中的质量百分比浓度达到5~15%,充分搅拌,即得;步骤二,静放发酵处理后再向发酵罐内投入腐植酸、氨基酸,在常温下保温发酵5-6天,获得最终发酵物;步骤三,将草炭、酵母硒、褐藻酸钠、河沙、风化煤、光合菌投入研磨机中进行研磨粉碎,过50-60目筛,投入至搅拌桶中,再加入与去离子水比重1:2,混合搅拌40-50min,获得粘稠状的混合料;步骤四,将步骤二中的最终发酵物与步骤三中的粘稠状的混合料投入至剪切设备中,在转速3000-4000转/分钟的转速下,分散处理1-2h,得到混合浆料。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:无土栽培基质的原料比例的配置合理,蔬菜废弃叶、水葫芦以及发酵混合浆料等的配合使用使制得的无土培养基质具有明显良好的透气性、缓冲性、保水性及保肥性,同时还具有良好的其他各项理化指标,而该制作方法简单方便,劳动力成本低;基质具有营养元素全面、保水保肥性能好、生产工艺简单、生产周期短、投资少、制备原料材料来源广泛、价格低廉、对环境无污染。

下面采用具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明;
一种无土栽培技术的基质,其特征在于:所述基质原料由以下重量份配比的原料组成:草炭8-10份、酵母硒0.4-0.6份、褐藻酸钠0.5-0.7份、蔬菜废弃叶3-5份、水葫芦2-4份、河沙1-3份、菌棒废渣16-18份、植物秸秆9-11份、冬青油10-12份、腐植酸2-4份、风化煤3-5份、光合菌6-8份、氨基酸4-6份。
一种无土栽培技术的基质的培育方法,其特征在于:其培育方法具体如下:步骤一,将菌棒废渣、植物秸秆、冬青油投入研磨机中进行研磨粉碎,按照所述重量份称取原料,混合并粉碎成粉末,备用;将前述所得的混合粉末,加入其10倍重量的体积分数为60%的乙醇,20~35℃条件下浸渍提取30天,200目过滤取滤液,滤液回收乙醇,然后浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.10~1.20,即得到浓缩液,将所得浓缩液中加入助剂得到混合溶液,所述助剂在混合溶液中的质量百分比浓度达到5~15%,充分搅拌,即得;步骤二,静放发酵处理后再向发酵罐内投入腐植酸、氨基酸,在常温下保温发酵5-6天,获得最终发酵物;步骤三,将草炭、酵母硒、褐藻酸钠、河沙、风化煤、光合菌投入研磨机中进行研磨粉碎,过50-60目筛,投入至搅拌桶中,再加入与去离子水比重1:2,混合搅拌40-50min,获得粘稠状的混合料;步骤四,将步骤二中的最终发酵物与步骤三中的粘稠状的混合料投入至剪切设备中,在转速3000-4000转/分钟的转速下,分散处理1-2h,得到混合浆料。
