Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a call processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the call processing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101, receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the call request includes a called number.
The calling terminal is a terminal which sends a call request, and is opposite to the called terminal. The calling terminal can be a mobile phone, a fixed telephone and other communication devices. The calling terminal has a user identifier and can communicate with other user terminals based on the user identifier, and the user identifier can be a telephone number.
Specifically, the call request sent by the calling terminal includes the called number, so that the method provided by this embodiment can determine whether the user of the called number has been replaced.
And 102, judging whether the latest logout time of the called number is within a preset time period before the current time.
Further, many users may no longer continue to use some telephone numbers for a variety of reasons, such as moving to other cities, where the user may purchase numbers suitable for use in new cities. In one case, after the user no longer uses the telephone number, a logout application can be submitted to the operator, and the operator logs out the telephone number and recovers for reuse. In another case, after the user no longer uses the telephone number, the number is not processed any more, so that the number is in a defaulting state for a long time. After the operator detects the long-term arrearage condition of the telephone number, the operator can actively recycle the telephone number and sell the telephone number again.
In an implementation manner, the logout time of each phone number may be stored in advance, and when a call request is received, the logout time of a called number in the call request is obtained, and a preset time period is set, and whether the logout time is within the preset time period before the current time is judged.
In another embodiment, a database may be maintained, all numbers within a preset time period before the current time are stored in the database at the logout time, and when a call request is received, it may be determined whether the called number is in the database.
If the last cancellation time of the called number is longer than the current time, for example, 3 years, that is, the original user of the number has not used the called number for a long time, in this case, it can be considered that the original contact of the number is unlikely to contact the original user of the number through the number. If the last cancellation time of the called number is closer to the current time, the original contact of the number may contact the original user through the number, and at this time, the call request intention of the calling terminal needs to be judged to determine whether the call request is sent to the original user of the called number or the current user.
If the answer in step 102 is yes, the call request intention of the calling terminal needs to be judged, and step 103 is executed; if the determination result in step 102 is negative, step 106 is executed without determining the call request intention of the calling terminal.
And 103, acquiring first user information corresponding to the called number in the address list of the calling terminal.
Specifically, the first user information of the called number can be acquired from the address book of the calling terminal. The call processing device may acquire the address list in various ways, so as to obtain the first user information from the address list. For example, the address book may be periodically synchronized by the calling terminal to the call processing apparatus, so that the call processing apparatus can acquire the first user information therefrom. In addition, the call processing device may send a request for acquiring the first user information to the calling terminal, and the calling terminal may send the first user information to the call processing device, or the call processing device may acquire the first user information.
And step 104, determining whether the first user information is matched with the current user of the called number.
In actual application, a matching rule for determining whether the first user information is matched with the current user can be further set. And determining whether the current user of the called number and the first user information are the same user or not through a matching rule. If the two users are the same user, the call request sent by the calling terminal is considered to be for the current user of the called number, and step 106 may be executed. Otherwise, the calling request sent by the calling terminal is considered to be for the original user of the called number, and step 105 is executed.
The preset matching rule may include a name matching rule, for example, the current user information of the called number may be obtained, then the name included in the first user information and the name included in the current user information are respectively obtained, and whether the two names are the same or not is determined, and if the two names are the same, the two names are matched. The current user information of the called number can be obtained from a user information base of an operator. Generally, an operator stores subscriber information of each phone number, which may specifically include information such as a subscriber name, an identification number, and a home address.
In addition, the preset matching rules may further include a time matching rule, for example, the storage time of the called number stored in the address book of the calling terminal may be obtained, and whether the storage time is before the latest logout time is judged, and if so, it is determined that the first user information does not match the current user of the called number.
And 105, prompting the calling terminal that the called user changes the number.
Specifically, if it is determined that the current user information and the first user information do not meet the preset matching rule, the call request can be considered to be directed to the original user of the called number, so that the calling terminal can be prompted that the called user changes the number at the moment, and the call is terminated, so that the problem that the original contact of the called number sends the call request to the current user terminal of the number, the current user receives a meaningless call is avoided, and the problem that the calling user dials the call but does not contact the user who wants to contact, and the time and the call charge are wasted is also avoided.
Step 106, sending the call request to the called number.
If the called number is not cancelled in the last period of time, or the current user information of the called number is matched with the first user information in the address list of the calling terminal, the call request sent by the calling terminal can be considered to be specific to the current user of the number, and the call can be forwarded to the called number, so that a normal call flow is executed.
The method provided by the embodiment is used for intercepting a call request for an original user of a telephone number, and is executed by equipment provided with the method provided by the embodiment, wherein the device is generally realized in a hardware and/or software manner.
The call processing method provided by the embodiment comprises the steps of receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the call request comprises a called number; judging whether the latest logout time of the called number is within a preset time period before the current time; if yes, first user information corresponding to the called number in an address list of the calling terminal is obtained, and whether the first user information is matched with the current user of the called number is determined; if not, the calling terminal is prompted that the called user changes the number. In the scheme provided by this embodiment, under the condition that the called number is recently cancelled, whether the first user information corresponding to the called number recorded in the calling terminal is matched with the current user of the number can be determined, so as to determine the calling intention of the calling terminal, that is, whether the calling request is for the original number user or the current user, and if the calling request is for the original user, the calling terminal can be prompted, so that the problem that in the prior art, the contact of the original number user continues to make a call to the number, and inconvenience is brought to the new number user, the original number user and the contact of the original number user is solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a call processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the call processing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, where the call request includes a called number.
Step 202, determining whether the last logout time of the called number is within a preset time period before the current time.
If yes, go to step 204. If not, go to step 207.
The specific principles and implementation of steps 201-202 are similar to those of steps 101-102, and are not described herein again.
Step 203, receiving the address list information periodically sent by the calling terminal.
The step 203 can be executed before, during or after the step 201-202, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the calling terminal may synchronize address book information with the call processing device at regular intervals. The synchronized content may include a correspondence of names to telephone numbers. After receiving the address list information, the call processing device can store the corresponding relation between the name and the telephone and record the time when the corresponding relation between the name and the telephone is received for the first time. For example, the address book information synchronized by the user terminal for the first time includes: -18688888888; b-18688888889, the time for first synchronization of the address book information is 2015, 6 months and 1 days. The call processing device can record the received telephone numbers of the A and the B and the receiving time; if the address list information of the second synchronization of the user terminal comprises: -18688888888; -18688888889; if the synchronization time is 2015, 7 months and 1 days, the call processing device may record only the telephone number and the reception time of the third party without repeatedly recording the information of the first party and the second party.
Further, the calling terminal may send the address book information to the call processing device regularly according to an agreed period, and the specific duration of the period may be set according to requirements, such as 10 days, 15 days, a month, and the like.
Step 204, obtaining a first receiving time for receiving the address book information, and determining a second receiving time for receiving the called number for the first time according to the first receiving time.
In practical application, the address book information of the called number appearing for the first time can be searched, and then the first receiving time for receiving the address book information is obtained and is used as the second receiving time for receiving the called number for the first time. In addition, the address book information including the called number can be determined, each first receiving time for receiving the address book information is determined, and the earliest time in the first receiving times is determined to be the second receiving time for receiving the called number for the first time.
Step 205, determine whether the second receiving time is earlier than the logout time.
And if so, determining that the current user does not match the first user information. Otherwise, determining that the current user is matched with the first user information.
If the second receiving time is earlier than the logout time, the calling terminal may be considered to have stored the number before the last logout of the telephone number, and at this time, the first user information of the called number stored by the calling terminal may be considered to be the original user of the number. If the second receiving time is later than or equal to the logout time, the calling terminal can be considered to store the called number after the called number is last logged out, and at this time, the first user information stored in the calling terminal can be considered to be the current user of the number.
Specifically, since the time of logout of the number can be used as the time node of the number replacement user, it can be determined whether the intention of the call request of the calling terminal is for the original number user or the current number user based on the time of logout of the number and the time of reporting the number by the calling terminal.
If yes, no match is made, step 206 is performed. If not, i.e., matching, step 207 is executed,
step 206, the calling terminal is prompted that the called user has changed number.
Step 207, the call request is sent to the called number.
The specific principles and implementation of steps 206-207 and steps 105-106 are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a call processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Step 301, receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, where the call request includes a called number.
Step 302, determining whether the last logout time of the called number is within a preset time period before the current time.
The steps 301-302 are similar to the specific principles and implementation of the steps 101-102, and are not described herein again.
If yes, go to step 303. Otherwise, step 312 is performed.
Step 303, sending a user information request to the calling terminal, where the user information request includes a called number.
If the called number in the call request is recently cancelled, the call processing device can send a user request message to the calling terminal, and the called number is encapsulated in the request message, so that the calling terminal can feed back first user information corresponding to the number. Optionally, the call processing apparatus may send the user information request to the calling terminal through the data channel.
Step 304, receiving first user information corresponding to the called number sent by the calling terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the user request message, the calling terminal may query, according to the number therein, the first user information corresponding to the number in the address book. The first user information includes at least name information.
Furthermore, the calling terminal can feed back the first user information to the call processing device through a data channel or a short message channel.
Step 305, obtaining a current name included in the current user information of the called number, and obtaining a first name included in the first user information.
In practical application, the call processing device can query the current user information of the called number according to the called number in the call request. Typically, the operator stores subscriber information for the number, such as name, address, identification number, etc. Therefore, the current user information of the number can be acquired from the operator side.
The first user information of the called number stored in the calling terminal can be considered as the current user of the number if the names in the two pieces of user information are the same.
Step 306, determining the similarity between the current name and the first name.
Step 307, it is determined whether the similarity is greater than or equal to a threshold.
If the similarity is greater than or equal to the threshold, it is determined that the first user information matches the current user of the called number, and step 312 is performed. Otherwise, it is determined that the first user information does not match the current user of the called number, step 308 is performed.
Specifically, many users store the full name of the telephone number in the address book, and sometimes only store the first name, not the last name. Therefore, whether the two names are completely consistent or partially consistent can be compared, so that whether the first user information is matched with the current user of the called number or not can be determined according to the names.
Furthermore, the similarity of the two names can be determined, a threshold value is set, and if the similarity of the two names is greater than the threshold value, the first user information is considered to be matched with the current user of the called number. For example, the first name is ABC and the current name is DEF, the similarity between them is considered to be 0. If the first name is ABC and the current name is BC, the similarity between the first name and the current name is 67%.
Step 308, the calling terminal is prompted that the called user has changed the number.
Step 308 is similar to step 105 in specific principles and implementations, and will not be described here again.
Optionally, if the first user information does not match with the current user of the called number, the method provided in this embodiment further includes:
step 309, determining at least one current number belonging to the called user according to the called number and the first user information.
The method can acquire historical user information of the called number, and determines the called user according to the first user information. The target user is the user that the calling terminal wants to call. For example, if the history user information of the called number includes three persons a, b and c, and the name in the first user information is b, it can be determined that the user that the calling terminal wants to call is b.
Specifically, whether other effective telephone numbers exist under the name of the called user can be determined through the user information of the operator side, and if only one effective number exists, the effective number is used as the current number of the called user. If the called user has a plurality of effective numbers, determining the current number of the called user according to the liveness of each number. For example, the liveness of each number can be determined based on information such as the frequency of calls.
Further, if the current number of the called user can be determined, step 310 is executed, otherwise, only according to step 308, the step of prompting the called user that the number of the called user is changed is executed, and the call is terminated.
The order of execution of steps 308 and 309 is not limited.
Step 310, sending a message whether to call other numbers of the called user to the calling terminal.
In practical application, after the current number of the called user is determined, the calling terminal can be inquired whether to call other numbers of the called user. The inquiry message may be sent to the calling terminal by voice.
Step 311, receiving the feedback message of the calling terminal, and making a call or terminating a call according to the feedback message.
After receiving the inquiry message through the calling terminal, the calling user can agree to dial other numbers of the called user and can refuse to dial other numbers of the called user. If the calling user agrees to dial other numbers, a confirmation message can be sent through the calling terminal, so that the call processing device receives the agreed feedback message and sends a call request to other numbers of the called user according to the feedback message. If the calling user refuses to dial other numbers, a refusal message can be sent through the calling terminal, so that the call processing device receives the refused feedback message, and the call is terminated according to the refused feedback message.
Step 312, the call request is sent to the called number.
Step 312 is similar to step 106 in specific principles and implementations, and is not described here again.
