Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a report monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
s1: and asynchronously waiting for feedback information of the report in the monitoring state after the data loading is finished.
The asynchronization in this step refers to a mechanism of the monitored object, for example, the browser has a sequence to load the items, And detects the returned content after the completion of loading the items, And the asynchronization in this embodiment is to request other core content, such as detail data, through a mechanism of AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML, which refers to a web page development technology for creating interactive web applications) after the data loading of the report page is completed. The report of this embodiment is an asynchronous loading type report, such as a Cognos report type, for example, a report frame is loaded first, and then the data content of the report is loaded asynchronously. The Cognos of the embodiment is a data model which is structured on a core platform by taking service as guidance, is the only solution which can provide complete business intelligent functions through a single product or on a single reliable structure, can provide solutions such as seamless and coherent reports, analysis, scorecards, instrument panels and the like, can be easily integrated into the existing multi-system and data source structure by providing all system and data resources, is based on a uniform metadata model, provides a uniform view for application, can define reports in a browser by a user, has rich flexible elements in format, can perform timely open Query through Query Studio (powerful database Query construction control), can make and display Cognos reports through a pure Web interface, reduces deployment cost and management cost to the lowest, but lacks real-time performance of the asynchronous loading type report, the real-time state monitoring can not be carried out, and the loading data state of the report can not be controlled normally.
S2: and if the feedback information is not received, judging that the monitoring state is monitoring failure.
In this embodiment, if the feedback information is not received, it is indicated that the report is not in the monitoring state, or the automatic monitoring system and the monitored report do not have a matching connection relationship, and the monitoring fails.
S3: and if the feedback information is received, analyzing whether the feedback information carries preset target keywords or not.
The target keywords in this step include the tag keywords of the tree menu formed on the loaded page after the report loading data state is the loading completion, and the target keywords in other embodiments of the present application may also be other identifier symbols or contents preset by the user. In this embodiment, the report loading data state is successfully loaded by receiving the target keyword, and monitoring may be performed, and whether the asynchronous loading type report loading data state is in a normal state is indirectly monitored by monitoring the target keyword. According to the embodiment, the asynchronous loading type Web is monitored in an asynchronous target keyword waiting mode, and the technical vulnerability that the asynchronous loading type Web cannot be automatically monitored in the existing industry is overcome. Asynchronous loading is non-blocking loading, the browser continues to analyze and process subsequent pages while downloading, the data shunting loading speed is improved through asynchronous loading, the transaction progress efficiency is improved, Web monitoring of asynchronous loading types is achieved through a mode of asynchronously waiting for target keywords, and safety and effectiveness are guaranteed while the transaction progress efficiency is improved. In the embodiment, the asynchronous loading type automatic monitoring is realized by the method of asynchronously waiting for the target keyword, the monitoring efficiency, the process and the accuracy are improved, particularly the monitoring of the Cognos report type makes up the defect that the asynchronous loading type report cannot realize monitoring, and the method has practical application value.
S4: and if the target keyword is carried, judging that the monitoring state is successful.
In this embodiment, the received target keyword representation report is matched with the automatic monitoring system, so that normal monitoring can be performed, and the monitoring state is fed back as successful monitoring.
S5: and if the target keyword is not carried, judging that the monitoring state is monitoring failure.
The monitoring states in the embodiment include monitoring failure and monitoring success, and when the feedback information does not carry preset target keywords or receives no feedback information, the monitoring failure is both monitoring failure, so that manual participation operation is timely reminded, and whether the report loading data state is abnormal or not is timely checked. According to other embodiments of the application, a report repairing and adjusting mechanism after report monitoring fails is automatically started according to the received monitoring failure state, so that monitoring obstacles are timely dredged, and a report monitoring process is smoothly carried out.
Further, in this embodiment, before the step S1, the method includes:
s10: and determining the report needing to be monitored according to the state information refreshed by the model of each report.
The state information in this step is generated by the model refresh program, i.e. reloading the data by model refresh. The report of the embodiment depends on the report loading data, and the report loading data depends on model refreshing. For example, the state information includes six states for model refresh, wait for refresh- > refresh in- > refresh exception- > finish refresh- > issue in-issue. The model is refreshed and released completely to form the whole flow, the released completion indicates that the corresponding report has data loading and updating, the report with the updated loaded data in the embodiment is the report needing to be monitored, and the update state of the report loaded data is the report list needing to be monitored automatically according to the update progress state of the loaded data after the release is completed, so that the monitoring system can be automatically entered.
The process of determining the report list required to be monitored in this embodiment is as follows, that is, step S10 includes:
s101: and receiving the state information of the first report issued after the model is refreshed.
The state information of this step is one of the six states as described above, and the receiving manner may be a text expression such as a refresh exception, or preset corresponding designated code information, for example, when the refresh exception occurs, the display code is "HTTP 404 error" or the like.
S102: and judging whether the state information refreshed by the model of the first report is released completely.
In the step, the received state information is identified and analyzed through modes such as character identification, character identification and the like. The text recognition or character recognition of the embodiment is performed by a template comparison method, the text or character is segmented and the characteristic parameters are extracted, then the extracted characteristic parameters are compared with the text or character characteristics which are prestored in the template and indicate that the publishing is completed, a certain text or character matched with the template is determined according to the similarity, if the matching is successful, the state information is that the publishing is completed, otherwise, the state information is that the publishing is not completed. For example, whether the similarity reaches a preset threshold is judged, and if so, the received characters or characters of the state information are consistent with a certain character or character of the template.
S103: if so, determining the first report as the report needing to be monitored.
In the step, only when the received state information is released, the report is judged to be in the updating state of the loaded data, and then the report is judged to need to be monitored, and an automatic monitoring system is triggered to monitor the report. Any state information except for the completion of the release in the six kinds of state information does not trigger the automatic monitoring system.
Further, after step S10 of the present embodiment, the method includes:
s104: the browser is automatically started.
The embodiment automatically opens the browser by simulating the user behavior so as to increase the automation of the monitoring process. The browser of the present embodiment includes the browser of the version above IE 6.
S105: and performing login authentication on a login page of the browser.
In the embodiment, after the browser page is automatically logged in, the mode that the user browses the report is simulated by automatically inputting the user name and the password, and the report data of the report in the monitoring state is automatically accessed, so that the automation of the monitoring process is further improved, manual participation is not needed, the browsing frequency is higher, and the browsed data are more comprehensive. For example, when the user clicks manually, the user is limited by the action frequency of manual operation, and the click access rate is too low, in the embodiment, by simulating manual login, an access mode with high frequency and large data can be set, the coverage of accessing data is improved, the data obtained by accessing is more comprehensive and reliable, and the monitoring abnormal data of the report can be more exposed.
S106: and accessing the report needing to be monitored.
The process of accessing the report in this embodiment is the process of browsing the report data and browsing the monitoring state data of the report, so as to find the report abnormality in time. According to the embodiment, the automatic operation of the whole monitoring process is realized by simulating the modes of browsing the report form by the user, automatically identifying the report form to be monitored and automatically alarming the abnormal report form, personnel intervention is not needed, the monitoring cost is reduced, and the effectiveness of monitoring is improved.
Further, after step S4 of the present embodiment, the method includes:
s41: and writing the report forms which are successfully monitored and the monitoring data of the monitoring process into a database.
The embodiment writes the report forms and the monitoring data which are successfully monitored into the database, so that the report forms can be directly incorporated into the automatic monitoring system when being used subsequently, the monitoring test process is omitted, and the cost is saved.
In another embodiment of the present application, after the step S2 or S5, the method further includes:
and S21, triggering an alarm mechanism by the feedback information of the monitoring failure.
In this embodiment, when the monitoring state is a monitoring failure, an alarm mechanism is triggered to automatically alarm an abnormal report so as to remind a worker to check the abnormal report in time, thereby improving the monitoring efficiency. The alarm mechanism of the embodiment includes that if the received feedback information is received within a specified time period or no corresponding preset target keyword exists in the received feedback information, a sound alarm is triggered, or a monitoring failure state information is sent to a specified worker while the sound alarm is triggered, so that the worker can pay attention to and process the feedback information in time. According to other embodiments of the application, the display mode of the alarm mechanism can be further refined according to two conditions that the received feedback information is received within the specified time period or no corresponding preset target keyword exists in the received feedback information, so that related workers can quickly judge the abnormal reason of report monitoring according to two different alarm display modes, and the efficiency of relieving the abnormal state of report monitoring is improved.
And S22, displaying report information of the report with failed monitoring.
The report information displayed in this embodiment includes the name of the abnormal report, the detection time, the corresponding monitoring model, the access state, and other information, so that the staff or the automatic report repairing and adjusting mechanism can timely and accurately grasp the monitoring state and timely provide the coping scheme strategy. The display mode of the embodiment includes sending text information or audio information to an operation page of a designated responsible person, or displaying the text information or the audio information through a designated display screen.
Further, in another embodiment of the present application, after step S22, the method includes:
s23: and writing the report information of the report with failed monitoring and the corresponding monitoring state with failed monitoring into the database.
According to the implementation, the monitoring state of the monitoring failure is written into the database, so that a mechanism for manually or automatically repairing and adjusting the report forms in the later period and a strategy scheme for removing the monitoring failure form a prior database for removing the failure, so that when the monitoring failure existing in the prior database is encountered in the later period, a corresponding strategy scheme is timely called, the timeliness and pertinence of the monitoring failure for removing the monitoring failure state are improved, and the application range of the automatic monitoring process is more favorable for popularization.
In another embodiment of the present application, after step S23, the method includes:
s24: and classifying the report forms of the database according to the monitoring state.
The monitoring states in the embodiment comprise two states of monitoring failure and monitoring success, the report form of monitoring failure is classified, effective management of report form monitoring data is achieved, on one hand, the report form of monitoring success state after the report form of monitoring failure is removed is directly brought into an automatic monitoring system, and the workload of workers is reduced; on the other hand, the data analysis is conveniently carried out on the reason of the monitoring failure in a centralized way, and the effective experience of removing the monitoring failure is obtained.
Further, step S24 of the present embodiment includes:
s240: and integrating the report with the monitoring state of successful monitoring in the same directory to form first report data suitable for automatic monitoring.
In the embodiment, the report successfully monitored in the database is classified into the first report data, so that the effectiveness and pertinence of data calling from the database in the automatic monitoring process are further improved, and meanwhile, the effective popularization and application of the automatic monitoring process are realized according to the report information of the report suitable for automatic monitoring in the database.
For example, the automatic monitoring process is applied to the field of security management of report data. In the report access process, the access level and the corresponding measures of the target data are preset in advance. And the authority of different users can only access the low-level report data. If the user with low access authority is unauthorized to access, the monitoring process is executed according to the preset corresponding measures, so that the current user is prevented from accessing illegal reports and information; and the unauthorized access abnormity is automatically written into the database and an abnormal information mail is sent out at the same time, so that the situation that a user attempts to access a high-level data report in an override mode in the report accessing process is prevented, meanwhile, the automatic monitoring process can upgrade the monitoring level and strengthen the process supervision on the access user, or the abnormal access is sent to a report data responsible person in a short message mode at the same time, and the safety of data in a report system is ensured.
For another example, the automatic monitoring process is applied to the management field of audit report data. In the process of displaying the supervision and reporting system, the automatic monitoring process of the embodiment stores the generated correct and wrong states in the process database so as to provide a data base for auditors in the process of system audit and safety audit.
In another embodiment of the present application, step S24 includes:
s241: and integrating the report with the monitoring state of failure in the same directory to form second report data with the monitoring failure.
The embodiment collects the report information of the report form with the monitoring failure so as to analyze the reason of the monitoring failure in a centralized manner and improve the analysis efficiency. The second report data of this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the name of the exception report, the detection time, the corresponding monitoring model, the access status, the exception reason, the exception resolution policy, the exception duration, and other information.
Step S241 may be followed by:
s242: and analyzing the monitoring failure reason of the second report data.
The monitoring failure reasons of this embodiment include, but are not limited to, loading failure due to damage of a loaded file, interruption of the loaded file due to a network failure, mismatch between the page configuration of a report and a monitoring process, and the like.
S243: and screening the report which enters the automatic monitoring system again according to the monitoring failure reason.
Such as: when the monitoring fails, due to the fact that loading fails caused by damage of the loaded files, the files are repaired and displayed to be unrepairable, and then the possibility of screening into the automatic monitoring system again is eliminated; if the file repair display is repairable, the possibility that the file passes through the repaired file and is successfully monitored after entering the automatic monitoring system again exists, and the report form of the repaired file is screened and enters the queue of the monitoring test to be performed again.
Further, after step S243, the method includes:
s244: and adjusting the matching information of the report according to the monitoring failure reason.
For example, if the reason of the monitoring failure is that the page configuration of the report is not matched with the monitoring process, the matching information of the report page needs to be adjusted, so as to improve the success rate of successfully monitoring the report that has failed in the previous monitoring after the report enters the automatic monitoring process again.
S245: and carrying out secondary monitoring test on the adjusted report again.
For example, if the monitoring fails due to interruption of the loaded file caused by the network fault, the monitoring is performed by diagnosing whether the network state is recovered to normal, and if the network state is recovered to normal, the report that the monitoring fails due to interruption of the loaded file caused by the network fault at the last time enters the automatic monitoring process again, so as to perform a secondary monitoring test, thereby increasing the number of the monitored reports of the automatic monitoring process and increasing the application coverage of the automatic monitoring process.
The method realizes the automatic monitoring of the asynchronous loading type by the method of asynchronously waiting for the target keyword, improves the monitoring efficiency, the process and the accuracy, and particularly makes up the defects of the prior art by monitoring the Cognos report type, thereby having practical application value; according to the method and the system, automation of the whole monitoring process is realized by simulating a mode that a user browses the report, automatically identifies the report to be monitored and automatically alarms the abnormal report, personnel intervention is not needed, the monitoring cost is reduced, and the monitoring effectiveness is improved; according to the method and the device, the abnormal report is automatically alarmed, the abnormal type is fed back, useful reference information is provided for reanalysis and reutilization of the database, and the application coverage of the automatic monitoring process is further popularized.
Referring to fig. 2, a report monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
and the asynchronous waiting module 1 is used for asynchronously waiting the feedback information of the report in the monitoring state after the data loading is finished.
The asynchronization in this embodiment refers to a mechanism of a monitored object, for example, a browser has a sequence to load items, And detects returned content after the loaded items are completed, And the asynchronization in this embodiment is to request other core content, such as detail data, through an AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML, which is a web page development technology for creating an interactive web application) mechanism after a report page completes data loading.
And the first judging module 2 is used for judging that the monitoring state is monitoring failure if the feedback information is not received.
In this embodiment, if the feedback information is not received, it is indicated that the report is not in the monitoring state, or the automatic monitoring system and the monitored report do not have a matching connection relationship, and the monitoring fails.
And the analysis module 3 is used for analyzing whether the feedback information carries preset target keywords or not if the feedback information is received.
The target keywords of this embodiment include tag keywords of a tree menu formed on a loaded page after the report loading data state is loaded, and the target keywords of other embodiments of the present application may also be other identifier symbols or contents preset by a user.
