As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a budgeting method, including:
step 101: setting a budget table, wherein the budget table comprises: at least one item name;
step 102: setting an index range configuration table, wherein the index range configuration table comprises: at least one index corresponding to each project name and an operation relation corresponding to the at least one index;
step 103: when an editing request sent by a user is acquired, the budget table is displayed to the user;
step 104: acquiring the name of a project to be budgeted, which is determined by the user from the displayed budget table;
step 105: searching at least one index corresponding to the item name to be budgeted from the index range configuration table, and displaying each searched index to the user;
step 106: acquiring each index value input by the user according to each displayed index;
step 107: and editing the budget of the project name to be budgeted according to the operation relation corresponding to the project name to be budgeted and each index value.
In the embodiment of the invention, by setting the budget table and the index range configuration table, not only can the project names in the budget table be associated with the indexes and the operational relations in the index range configuration table, but also all information does not need to be changed when editing the indexes and the operational relations corresponding to other project names, and the user does not need to spend too much time waiting for the change of the budget table, and then determines the project names to be budgeted and inputs each index value, so that the budget editing of the user on the project names to be budgeted is not influenced, thereby improving the flexibility of the budget editing and the flexibility of the configuration indexes and the operational relations.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the index range configuration table further includes: each index corresponds to an index level, wherein the index level comprises: a first level index, a second level index and a third level index;
the setting budget table includes:
sequencing at least one project name in a budget table according to a preset service rule, wherein each sequenced project name is in one-to-one correspondence with a row in the budget table;
for each of the sorted item names, performing:
d0: determining whether at least one index with the index level being the primary index exists in each index corresponding to the sorted project names, if so, executing D1, otherwise, executing D2;
d1: determining the first travel shrinkage corresponding to the first-level index, wherein the first travel shrinkage is the first travel shrinkage of the ordered project names;
d2: determining whether at least one index with the index level being the secondary index exists in each index corresponding to the sorted project names; if so, perform D3, otherwise perform D4;
d3: determining the first travel shrinkage corresponding to the secondary indexes, wherein the first travel shrinkage is the sorted first travel shrinkage of the project names;

the first advancing amount corresponding to the second-level index is larger than the first advancing amount corresponding to the first-level index and smaller than the first advancing amount corresponding to the third-level index.
In the embodiment of the invention, by determining the index levels corresponding to the indexes, after the project names are sorted, the index level corresponding to each project name is determined according to the index level corresponding to each index, and then the first advancing amount of the project name in the budget table is determined according to the index level corresponding to the project name. Because each index level corresponds to different first line indentation amounts, the first line indentation of the project name is determined, the arrangement of the project name in the budget table can be more hierarchical, and therefore the user experience of a user when viewing the project name can be improved.
The index level includes, but is not limited to, a primary index, a secondary index, and a tertiary index, and may be only a primary index, may be a combination of a primary index and a tertiary index, and may be other level indexes.
For example, the project names CNG gas sales, CNG car gas filling, and CNG tank lot;
the index grade of each index corresponding to the CNG gas consumption is a first-grade index;
the index level of each index corresponding to the gas filling amount of the CNG automobile is a second-level index;
the index level of each index corresponding to the CNG tank batch is a three-level index;
according to a preset service rule, the project names are arranged in a descending order, and the third row of CNG gas sales volume, the fourth row of CNG automobile gas filling volume and the fifth row of CNG tank batch in a budget table are determined;
determining the first advancing amount of the CNG gas sales amount to be 0 according to the condition that the index level of each index corresponding to the CNG gas sales amount is a first-level index;
determining the first advancing amount of the CNG automobile gas filling amount to be 2 according to the condition that the index level of each index corresponding to the CNG automobile gas filling amount is a second-level index;
determining that the first advancing amount of the CNG tank batch is 4 according to the fact that the index level of each index corresponding to the CNG tank batch is a three-level index;
the project names arranged according to the business rules and the index levels are as follows:
Figure BDA0001696088630000091
in an embodiment of the present invention, after the setting the index range configuration table, the method further includes:
determining the index sequence corresponding to each index;
the searching at least one index corresponding to the to-be-budgeted item name from the index range configuration table, and displaying each searched index to the user includes:
searching the operation relation corresponding to the item name to be budgeted from the index range configuration table;
determining each index serving as an independent variable in the searched operation relation;
displaying each index serving as an independent variable to the user in an ascending or descending order according to the corresponding index sequence;
the obtaining of each index value entered by the user according to each displayed index includes:
and acquiring index values corresponding to the indexes which are input by the user as independent variables according to the displayed indexes which are used as the independent variables.
In the embodiment of the invention, after determining the name of the project to be budgeted to be edited, the user does not show each index corresponding to the name of the project to be budgeted to the user, but shows each index serving as an independent variable in the operation relation corresponding to the name of the project to be budgeted to the user, so that the index irrelevant to the input of the index value by the user is prevented from being shown, and the difficulty of the user in inputting the index value can be reduced. And the index sequence corresponding to each index is determined, so that the staff can conveniently maintain each index according to the index sequence, and the indexes which are arranged according to the index sequence and serve as independent variables can be more orderly, so that the user experience of a user in checking the indexes can be improved.
For example, the corresponding indexes are the number of business opportunities of the industrial and commercial enterprises, the number a of business opportunities of the industrial and commercial enterprises, the number of business opportunities of five small industrial and commercial enterprises and the number of business opportunities of coal-to-gas enterprises;
the index sequence of the business quantity of the industrial and commercial businesses is 161, the index sequence of the business quantity a of the industrial and commercial businesses is 165, the index sequence of the business quantity of the five small industrial and commercial businesses is 169 and the index sequence of the business quantity of the coal-to-gas business is 173;
the operational relationship among the commercial opportunity number of the industrial and commercial customers, the commercial opportunity number a of the industrial and commercial customers, the commercial opportunity number of the five small industrial and commercial customers and the commercial opportunity number of the coal-to-gas industry is as follows:
the commercial quantity of the industrial and commercial customers is equal to the commercial quantity of the industrial and commercial customers a + the commercial quantity of the five small industrial and commercial customers + the commercial quantity of the coal-to-gas industry;
and when the indexes serving as independent variables are displayed for the user, displaying the business quantity a of the industrial and commercial customers, displaying the business quantity a of the five small industrial and commercial customers, and finally displaying the arrangement sequence of the coal-to-gas business quantity.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining the index sequence corresponding to each of the indexes includes:
determining the index sequence corresponding to each index according to the following formula;
Zn=(n-1)m+1
wherein Z represents the index sequence corresponding to the index, n represents the number of rows of the index in the budget table, and m represents the number of reserved rows.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the index sequence of each index is determined, the index sequence is determined according to the number of lines of the index in the index configuration table and the number of reserved lines, and a neutral is reserved between the lines of each index, so that when the index is newly added, the newly added index can be added to the reserved lines, and the index sequence of all indexes behind the newly added index does not need to be changed after the newly added index is added, thereby reducing the difficulty of a worker when the index is newly added, and improving the flexibility of index configuration.
For example, the number of rows of the indicator a in the budget table is the first row, the number of rows of the indicator b is the second row, the number of rows of the indicator c is the third row, and the number of rows of the indicator d is the fourth row;
the number of reserved lines is 4;
according to ZnAs (n-1) m +1, it can be determined that the index order of the index a is 1, the index order of the index a is 5, the index order of the index c is 9, and the index order of the index d is 13.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the editing the budget of the project name to be budgeted according to the operation relationship corresponding to the project name to be budgeted and each index value includes:
replacing each index taking the operation relation corresponding to the item name to be budgeted as the index of the independent variable with the corresponding index value;
and acquiring the budget of the project name to be budgeted according to the operation relation among the index values.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the index values input by the user are obtained, the index values are brought into the name of the project to be budgeted, so that the budget of the name of the project to be budgeted can be obtained, manual calculation by the user is not needed, the difficulty of the user in budget editing can be reduced, and the experience of the user in budget editing can be improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the acquiring the editing request sent by the user, the method further includes:
the method comprises the steps of pre-storing appointed user information of at least one appointed user and authority corresponding to each appointed user information, wherein the authority comprises the following steps: viewing rights and/or editing rights;
after the acquiring of the editing request sent by the user, the method further includes:
acquiring user information sent by the user;
s0: determining whether the same user information as the user information is contained in each piece of the stored designated user information; if so, perform S1, otherwise, perform S3;
s1: determining whether the editing authority corresponding to the editing request exists in the authority corresponding to the same user information, if so, executing S2, otherwise, executing S3;
s2: performing the presentation of the budget form to the user;
s3: and prompting the user to have no authority.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the editing request of the user is obtained, the budget table is not displayed to the user, but the user information of the user is required to be obtained, so that whether the user information has the editing right or not is determined according to the pre-stored right, and the budget table is displayed to the user only when the user is determined to have the editing right, so that the user can input the corresponding budget value according to the budget table. In conclusion, by determining the authority of the user, the information in the budget table can be prevented from being randomly tampered by others, and the enterprise information can be prevented from being leaked, so that the safety of the enterprise information can be improved.
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution and advantages of the present invention, the following describes in detail a budget editing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 201: the method comprises the steps that appointed user information of at least one appointed user and viewing authority and/or editing authority corresponding to each appointed user information are stored in advance;
specifically, by storing the designated user information of the designated user and the authority corresponding to the designated user information, when the request and the user information sent by the user are obtained, whether the user has the operation authority corresponding to the request can be determined, so that a lawbreaker is prevented from tampering the enterprise information and stealing the enterprise information, and the security of the enterprise information can be improved.
For example, storing the specified user information of the specified user A as Xiao 'an, the specified user information of the specified user B as Xiao' B and the specified user information of the specified user D as Xiao Ding;
the corresponding permissions of the small A and the small B are viewing permissions;
the corresponding authorities of the small T are editing authorities and viewing authorities.
Step 202: setting an index range configuration table, wherein the index range configuration table comprises: at least one index corresponding to at least one project name in the budget table, an operation relation corresponding to the at least one index, and an index level corresponding to each index;
specifically, the indexes, the operational relationships and the index levels of the indexes corresponding to each project name in the budget table are set in the index range configuration table, so that the budget table and the index range configuration table are associated and independent from each other, and when a worker changes the index, the operational relationship or the index level corresponding to a certain project name in the table, the budget editing of other project names is not affected, so that the flexibility of index configuration can be improved, and the flexibility of budget editing can be improved.
It should be noted that the operational relationship in the embodiment of the present invention is a formula.
For example, the item names in the budget table are: clothing sales, food sales, and fruit sales;
in the index range configuration table, indexes corresponding to the clothing sales amount are as follows: clothing brand sales, brand a sales, and brand b sales;
the indexes corresponding to the food sales volume are as follows: food type sales, beverage sales, and delicatessen sales;
indexes corresponding to the fruit sales volume are as follows: fruit type sales, strawberry sales, and grape sales;
the formula of the operation relationship among the clothing brand sales volume, the brand sales volume a and the brand sales volume b is as follows: brand sales amount ═ (a Brand sales amount + b Brand sales amount)
The operational relationship among the food type sales volume, the beverage sales volume and the cooked food sales volume is as follows:
food type sales (beverage sales + delicatessen sales);
the operational relationship among the fruit type sales volume, the strawberry sales volume and the grape sales volume is as follows:
fruit type sales (strawberry sales + grape sales);
setting the following index range configuration table:
Figure BDA0001696088630000131
step 203: sequencing at least one project name in a budget table according to a preset service rule;
specifically, each project name in the budget table needs to be sorted according to the business rule, so that the corresponding first-run shrinkage is set according to the sorted project names.
For example, the preset business rules are that the project names are arranged in ascending order, and the arranged project names are the clothing sales volume, the food sales volume and the fruit sales volume in sequence.
Step 204: setting the first travel shrinkage amount corresponding to each sorted project name, wherein the first travel shrinkage amount corresponding to the project name corresponds to the index level of each index corresponding to the project name;
specifically, after the arrangement order of the respective item names is determined, the top line indentation of each item name needs to be set so that the arrangement of the respective item names is more hierarchical.
For example, the first travel shrinkage amount corresponding to the index level of the first level is 0, the first travel shrinkage amount corresponding to the index level of the second level is 2, and the first travel shrinkage amount corresponding to the index level of the third level is 4;
the corresponding index levels of the brand sales volume corresponding to the clothing sales volume, the brand sales volume a and the brand sales volume b are all first-level, so the index level corresponding to the clothing sales volume is first-level, and the first advancing amount is 0;
the corresponding index levels of the beverage sales volume and the cooked food sales volume corresponding to the food sales volume are both two levels, so the index level corresponding to the food sales volume is two levels, and the first advancing amount is 2;
strawberry sales and grape sales corresponding to the fruit sales, wherein the corresponding index levels are three levels, so the index level corresponding to the fruit sales is three levels, and the first advancing amount is 4;
as shown in the following table, the following,
Figure BDA0001696088630000141
step 205: acquiring an editing request and user information sent by a user;
specifically, if a user needs to edit or view a budget table or an index configuration table, a corresponding request and user information need to be sent first, so that whether the user has an operation right is determined according to the user information.
Specifically, an editing request and a small butyl sent by Dingchi are obtained.
Step 206: determining whether the same user information identical to the user information exists in each piece of stored specified user information, if so, executing step 207, otherwise, executing step 214;
specifically, after the user information sent by the user is acquired, whether the user has the operation authority can be determined according to the stored designated user information.
For example, in the stored specified user information small pieces, the specified user information small pieces and the specified user information small pieces, the specified user information small pieces are the same as the user information small pieces sent by the user, and the small pieces can be determined to be the same user information.
Step 207: determining whether the editing authority corresponding to the editing request exists in the authority corresponding to the same user information, if so, executing step 208, otherwise, executing step 214;
specifically, after it is determined that the same user information as the user information exists in each piece of stored specified user information, it may be determined that the user is a legal user, but it is also necessary to determine whether the user has an operation right corresponding to the editing request according to a right corresponding to the same user information, so as to ensure the security of the enterprise information.
For example, the authority of the same user information decimal is an editing authority and a viewing authority, and the editing authority corresponding to the editing request exists, so that the budget table can be displayed to the user.
Step 208: the budget table is displayed to a user, and the name of a project to be budgeted, which is determined by the user from the budget table, is acquired;
specifically, when the identity of the user is determined to be legal and corresponding operation rights exist, the budget table can be displayed to the user, so that the user can determine the name of the project to be edited from the budget table.
For example, the budget table is displayed to the Dinger, the Dinger is obtained, the item name displayed in the budget table is the clothing sales volume, the food sales volume and the fruit sales volume, and the selected item name to be budgeted is the fruit sales volume.
Step 209: searching an operation relation corresponding to the name of the item to be budgeted from the index range configuration table;
specifically, after the name of the item to be budgeted determined by the user is obtained, the operation relation corresponding to the name of the item to be budgeted needs to be searched, so that the index displayed for the user is determined according to the searched operation relation.
For example, the operation relationship corresponding to the fruit sales of the item name to be budgeted is found from the index range configuration table as fruit type sales (strawberry sales + grape sales).
Step 210: displaying each index serving as an independent variable in the searched operation relation to a user in an ascending order or a descending order according to the corresponding index sequence;
specifically, after the operation relationship corresponding to the to-be-budgeted project name is found, not every index is displayed to the user, but indexes serving as independent variables are displayed to the user, and when each index serving as an independent variable is displayed, the indexes serving as the independent variables need to be displayed to the user in an ascending order or a descending order according to the index sequence corresponding to the index serving as the independent variable, so that the user can make each index serving as an independent variable more definite, and the difficulty of the user in inputting the index value is reduced.
For example, the operation relationship corresponding to the fruit sales of the item name to be budgeted is fruit type sales (strawberry sales + grape sales), and the indexes as arguments are strawberry sales and grape sales, and are displayed to the fruit type sales in ascending order according to the index order.
Step 211: acquiring index values corresponding to indexes which are input by a user and serve as independent variables according to each displayed index which serves as an independent variable;
specifically, after each index value serving as an independent variable is displayed to the user, the user can input the corresponding index value, so that the budget corresponding to the project name to be budgeted is obtained according to the index value.
For example, 740 boxes of index values of strawberry sales volume and 690 boxes of index values of grape sales volume are obtained from Dinghua entries.
Step 212: replacing each operation relation corresponding to the project name to be budgeted with a corresponding index value as an index of an independent variable;
specifically, after the index value entered by the user is obtained, the index value needs to be brought into the operation relationship corresponding to the name of the project to be budgeted, so that the budget of the name of the project to be budgeted can be obtained.
For example, the operational relationship of the item to be budgeted with the name of fruit sales is that the strawberry sales in the fruit type sales (strawberry sales + grape sales) is replaced with 740, and the grape sales is replaced with 690.
Step 213: acquiring the budget of the project name to be budgeted according to the operational relationship among the index values;
specifically, after each index value is brought into the operation relationship corresponding to the name of the item to be budgeted, the budget of the name of the item to be budgeted can be obtained according to the operation relationship.
For example, according to the index value 740 and the index value 690, and the calculation relationship is added, the sales volume of the fruit type is 1430, that is, the sales volume of the fruit is 1430 boxes.
Step 214: and prompting the user to have no authority.
Specifically, when it is determined that the user is an illegal user or the right corresponding to the request does not exist in the right corresponding to the user information, the user needs to be prompted to have no right, so that the notification user cannot perform corresponding operations.
