Abstract
The application discloses a floater, a water tank assembly and electrical equipment, wherein the floater comprises a driving part, a rotating part and a floating part, the driving part and the floating part are positioned on two sides of the rotating part, the driving part is used for driving a valve structure linked with the floater, the floating part can move under the action of the buoyancy of liquid and the gravity of the floating part, so that the floater can rotate relative to the rotating part, the floating part comprises a shell and a weight adjusting structure arranged in the shell, and the weight adjusting structure is used for adjusting the weight of the floating part. The float has larger mass and smaller volume, thereby ensuring that the floating part can smoothly sink when water is lack and can smoothly float upwards when water is available.

Technical Field

Background
Many electrical appliances containing liquid in the existing market, such as humidifiers, water purifiers, water dispensers and the like, are provided with floating blocks. The floating block can detect the liquid level by using buoyancy without external force.
The existing floating blocks utilizing buoyancy effect have two extremes: 1. a solid entity; 2. a hollow housing. The two disadvantages are as follows: the solid floating blocks have high density and have much draft in water, and a large amount of water is needed to enable the buoyancy to be greater than the gravity, so that the floating blocks float upwards; the floating blocks of the hollow shell are small in density and easy to float, but the weight is too small, so that the lever is difficult to jack up the water draining device by gravity.

The application provides a float, which comprises a driving part 1, a rotating part 2 and a floating part 3, wherein the driving part 1 and the floating part 3 are positioned at two sides of the rotating part 2 and can rotate around the rotating part, the driving part 1 is used for driving a valve structure 4 linked with the float to open or close the valve structure 4, the floating part 3 can move under the action of the buoyancy of liquid and the gravity of the floating part, so that the float can rotate relative to the rotating part 2, and the floating part 3 comprises a shell and a weight adjusting structure arranged in the shell, and the weight adjusting structure is used for adjusting the weight of the floating part 3. Further, the lower housing 31 and the upper housing 32 are in a split structure, the first extension structure 311 and the lower housing 31 are in an integral structure, and preferably, the second extension structure 321 and the upper housing 32 are in an integral structure, which is convenient for manufacturing, processing and assembling. In other embodiments, the weight adjustment structure may also include an adjustment entity (not shown) removably disposed within the housing. Preferably, the adjustment bodies comprise a plurality of series of adjustment bodies of different weights, the density of which is greater than the density of the liquid contained in the tank 6, by placing different adjustment bodies in the housing to obtain a particular different density of the floating portion 3. By providing a plurality of series of adjustment entities of different weights, the float can be adapted to different working environments.
More preferably, the casing may be an integral structure, and other materials with high density may be added at the position where the floating part 3 is far away from the rotating part 2, so that the gravity center of the floating part 3 is far away from the rotating part 2, the moment arm is longer, the moment is larger, the sinking of the floating part 3 is facilitated when water is absent, but the overall density of the floating part 3 should be less than the density of the solution contained in the water tank 6.
Further, the driving part 1 comprises a driving ejector rod 11, and the free end of the driving ejector rod 11 is arranged at the lower side of the valve structure 4 and is used for driving the valve structure 4 to act. When the water is deficient, the floating part 3 sinks, the driving part 1 moves upwards, and the driving ejector rod 11 drives the valve structure 4 to act. When the water reaches a certain amount, the floating part 3 floats upwards, the driving part 1 moves downwards, and the valve structure 4 is restored to the original state.
Preferably, the density of the floats is 0.30-0.99 g/cm 3 For example 0.6g/cm 3 ,0.9g/cm 3 。
The application also provides a water tank assembly, which comprises a water tank 6, a valve structure 4 arranged in the water tank 6 and a floater, wherein the valve structure 4 comprises a valve core 41, the driving part 1 is arranged at the lower side of the valve core 41, and the driving part 1 can drive the valve core 41 to move so as to open or close the valve structure 4.
Preferably, the trough bottom of the trough 6 is configured as: the area corresponding to the floating part 3 is lower than other areas, so that the floating part 3 can have a larger movable space, the sinking range is larger, and the range in which the driving part 1 can move upwards is also larger.
Further, a support structure 61 is provided on the water tank 6 for supporting the rotating part 2, a rotating shaft or a rotating hole is provided on the support structure 61, the rotating part 2 includes the rotating hole or the rotating shaft, and the rotation of the float is realized through the cooperation of the rotating shaft and the rotating hole. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rotating part 2 includes a rotating shaft 21.

the shell comprises a lower shell and an upper shell, a first extending structure extending towards the upper shell is arranged on the lower shell, a second extending structure extending towards the lower shell is arranged on the upper shell, and the first extending structure and the second extending structure form the weight adjusting structure;
the first extending structures are arranged in a plurality, and the first extending structures are arranged at intervals; and/or, a plurality of second extending structures are arranged, and the plurality of second extending structures are arranged at intervals;
the first extending structure and the second extending structure are arranged in an interpenetration mode.
2. The float of claim 1 wherein said weight adjustment structure is disposed within said housing at a location remote from said turning portion.
3. The float of claim 1 wherein said lower and upper housings are of a split construction,
the first extending structure and the lower shell are of an integral structure, and/or the second extending structure and the upper shell are of an integral structure.
4. The float of claim 1 wherein said upper housing has a guide thereon for guiding said lower housing and said upper housing to be mounted together.
5. The float of claim 1 wherein the weight adjustment structure includes an adjustment entity removably disposed within the housing.
6. The float of claim 5 wherein the adjustment body comprises a plurality of series of adjustment bodies of different weights, the different adjustment bodies being placed within the housing to obtain a particular different density of float.
7. A float according to claim 1, wherein the drive portion comprises a drive ram, the free end of the drive ram being disposed on the underside of the valve structure for actuating the valve structure.
8. Float according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the density of the float is 0.30-0.99 g/cm 3 。
9. A water tank assembly comprising a water tank and a valve structure disposed in the water tank and the float of any one of claims 1 to 8, the valve structure comprising a valve core, the drive portion being disposed on a lower side of the valve core, the drive portion being capable of driving the valve core to move so as to open or close the valve structure.
10. The sink assembly of claim 9, wherein a bottom of the sink is configured to: the area corresponding to the floating portion is lower than other areas.
11. The sink assembly of claim 10 wherein a support structure is provided on the sink for supporting the rotating portion, the support structure being provided with a rotating shaft or a rotating hole, the rotating portion including a rotating hole or a rotating shaft, the rotation of the float being accomplished by the cooperation of the rotating shaft and the rotating hole.
12. An electrical appliance comprising a sink assembly as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 11.
13. The electrical device of claim 12, wherein the electrical device comprises a humidifier, a water purifier, or a water dispenser.
