技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤技术领域,尤其是涉及一种综合型空气净化和调节器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,空气净化器逐渐得到普及。但是,常见的空气净化器对空气的净化能力要么不够理想,难以达到人们的高品质要求;要么对空气的净化较为单一,比如,只能对空气进行简单的过滤。也有的净化器虽然净化能力较佳,但是成本较高,实用性较差。也就是说,综合性能不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种综合型空气净化和调节器,它具有综合性能较佳的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:综合型空气净化和调节器,包括箱体,该箱体具有位于左端的进风口和位于右端的出风口,
所述箱体内从左至右依次设有依次贯通的粗过滤腔、二次过滤腔、引风腔、水淋腔、干燥腔;

该干燥腔内设有吸水物质。
所述引风机包括有电动机,该旋转轴的左端固定在该电动机的动力输出轴上。
所述带水板外部同轴套设有一风滤筒,该风滤筒从内至外包括非紧密贴合在一起的内层、中间层和外层,其中,该内层的左部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水,该中间层的右部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水,该外层整体具有筛孔。
所述水淋腔的左部和右部设有2个将该风滤筒夹在中间的蜂窝导流板层,蜂窝导流板层上分布有若干透风孔,透风孔的轴心线的延伸方向随机设置。
所述粗滤板采用无纺布制备。
所述化学处理层采用氢氧化钠浸泡过的活性炭颗粒制备。
所述箱体内还设有位于该储水箱上方的补水箱,该补水箱下部设有连通至该储水箱的补水孔,同时,有一杠杆的一端固定有位于该储水箱内的浮球、另一端固定有和该补水孔相配的橡皮塞。
所述储水箱中的水添加有高锰酸钾。
所述出风口的边侧设有出气口,有冷热交换管的内端连接该出气口、中部浸在该储水箱内的水中、外端连通至室外的大气中。
所述进风口包括有连接室内的内循环风口和连接至室外大气的外循环风口,该内循环风口和该外循环风口之间设有一转换阀板。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:综合性能较佳。本发明的综合型空气净化和调节器能够对空气过滤、净化以及调节温度,从而具有较为广泛的适用范围。同时,无需采用独特的材料和部件,且带水板和引风机还共用了动力源,极大降低了产品成本。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1至图3所示:综合型空气净化和调节器,包括箱体10,该箱体10具有位于左端的进风口101和位于右端的出风口102。也就是说,从该箱体10的左侧板上进风、从该箱体10的右侧板上出风。为了进出风较为顺畅,该进风口101最好采用格栅制备。
进一步的讲:
该箱体10内从左至右依次设有依次贯通的粗过滤腔11、二次过滤腔12、引风腔13、水淋腔14、干燥腔15。即,相邻的腔体相互贯通。
其中:
该粗过滤腔11内设有粗滤板20。该粗滤板20可以采用无纺布制备,但不仅限于此。即,经过该粗滤板20之后,空气中的大颗粒粉尘等物质得到了过滤。
该二次过滤腔12内设有化学处理层31和亚高效过滤纸层32。该化学处理层31用于对空气的酸碱度进行调节。本实施例中,该化学处理层31采用氢氧化钠浸泡过的活性炭颗粒制备。即,该化学处理层31置换空气中的各种酸性化学微量成分。亚高效过滤纸层32采用超细玻璃纤维滤纸或聚丙烯滤纸为滤材,经密摺而成,能够对空气进行超高洁净度的处理。
该引风腔13内设有引风机80。即,该引风机80提供风穿过该箱体10的动力。该引风机80必然包括有电动机。
该水淋腔14内设有喷淋装置40。该喷淋装置40包括:位于该水淋腔14下部的储水箱41,连接有动力装置的呈水平的在左右方向上进行延伸的旋转轴42,垂直固定于该旋转轴42上的至少2个带水板43。带水板43呈圆盘形,带水板43上设有若干透水孔431。该储水箱41内盛有水,且带水板43的下部浸在储水箱41内的水中。即,该水淋腔14能够对空气进行水洗,不仅实施了调温,且对空气进行了洗化、净化。该过程中,能够产生出天然的负氧离子,形成回归自然,超越自然的环境,使该综合型空气净化和调节器同样是一种能延年益寿的理想产品。
该干燥腔15内设有吸水物质50。吸水物质50可以采用多种常见的吸水材料制备,能够对水净化后的空气进行适当的干燥。
优化的:
该旋转轴42的左端固定在该电动机的动力输出轴上。即,带水板43和该引风机80共用动力装置,使该综合型空气净化和调节器的结构更加紧凑、成本更低。
该带水板43外部同轴套设有一风滤筒44。该风滤筒44从内至外包括非紧密贴合在一起的内层441、中间层442和外层443。其中,该内层441的左部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水;该中间层442的右部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水;该外层443整体具有筛孔。即,风和水从该风滤筒44内向外排出,进一步净化了空气,而通过各层不透水部位和筛孔部位的交错分布,使空气形成“S”形路线,且撞击力增加,从而达到更好的净化效果。
该水淋腔14的左部和右部设有2个将该风滤筒44夹在中间的蜂窝导流板层45,蜂窝导流板层45上分布有若干通透至相应的蜂窝导流板层45的左右侧面的透风孔451,透风孔451的轴心线的延伸方向随机设置。这样,随机分布了风的流向,类似于形成杂乱无章的风向,极大提高了喷淋装置40的工作效率和效果。
该箱体10内还设有位于该储水箱41上方的补水箱60,该补水箱60下部设有连通至该储水箱41的补水孔61。即,该补水箱60的高度高于该储水箱41。同时,有一杠杆62的一端固定有位于该储水箱41内的浮球621、另一端固定有和该补水孔61相配的橡皮塞622。即,当该储水箱41内水位较低时,该浮球621的位置会降低,该橡皮塞622会升高,该补水孔61打开,对该储水箱41内进行补水;反之,当该储水箱41内的水位足够高时,该浮球621的位置升高,该橡皮塞622会降低,对该补水孔61实施闭合。该补水箱60必然设有添水口,亦可设有观察窗。
该储水箱41中的水添加有高锰酸钾。即,空气进入高锰酸钾溶液中进行氧化处理,能够较好和高效的净化甲醛及有害VOC,又有灭菌消毒的作用。

该出风口102的边侧设有出气口103,有冷热交换管70的内端连接该出气口103、中部浸在该储水箱41内的水中、外端连通至室外的大气中。即,在净化的过程中,尤其是将室外的空气抽入室内时,室内的压力会增加,高压的室内空气会经由出气口103从冷热交换管70,在室内内正压与室外负压差的驱动下,让室内已经形成的二氧化碳相对稍高的气体在大量新鲜空气不断补充产生正压的情况下,通过气压差形成室内室外循环流动,保持室内空气时刻处于清新怡人状态。在冬季时,前述过程中该储水箱41会截留一部分热量,且与室外产生平衡;在夏季时,前述过程使该储水箱41截留一定的冷气,来抵消室外进来的热气,保持热冷平衡和起到节能的效果。
另外,底部的冷热交换管70与室外排气口的结合部可以设有一单向阀,确保空气单向流动而只出不进,当室内压力不足时处于密闭状态、室内压力增大后自动打开。
该进风口101包括有连接室内的内循环风口1011和连接至室外大气的外循环风口1012,该内循环风口1011和该外循环风口1012之间设有一转换阀板1013。比如,该箱体10的左侧板上固定有进风腔,进风腔内通过转换阀板1013分割为两部分,其中一部分的左侧板上设有形成内循环风口1011的格栅、另一部分的左侧板上设有连接至室外大气的进气管。这样,针对不同的情况,可以对室内的空气进行净化,亦可将室外空气抽入室内而对室内补充新鲜空气。

该水淋腔(14)内设有喷淋装置(40),该喷淋装置(40)包括:位于该水淋腔(14)下部的储水箱(41),连接有动力装置的呈水平的在左右方向上进行延伸的旋转轴(42),垂直固定于该旋转轴(42)上的至少2个带水板(43),其中,带水板(43)上设有若干透水孔(431),该储水箱(41)内盛有水,且带水板(43)的下部浸在储水箱(41)内的水中;
该干燥腔(15)内设有吸水物质(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述引风机(80)包括有电动机,该旋转轴(42)的左端固定在该电动机的动力输出轴上。
3.根据权利要求3所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述带水板(43)外部同轴套设有一风滤筒(44),该风滤筒(44)从内至外包括非紧密贴合在一起的内层(441)、中间层(442)和外层(443),其中,该内层(441)的左部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水,该中间层(442)的右部⅓具有筛孔、其余部位不透水,该外层(443)整体具有筛孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述水淋腔(14)的左部和右部设有2个将该风滤筒(44)夹在中间的蜂窝导流板层(45),蜂窝导流板层(45)上分布有若干透风孔(451),透风孔(451)的轴心线的延伸方向随机设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述粗滤板(20)采用无纺布制备。
6.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述化学处理层(31)采用氢氧化钠浸泡过的活性炭颗粒制备。
7.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述箱体(10)内还设有位于该储水箱(41)上方的补水箱(60),该补水箱(60)下部设有连通至该储水箱(41)的补水孔(61),同时,有一杠杆(62)的一端固定有位于该储水箱(41)内的浮球(621)、另一端固定有和该补水孔(61)相配的橡皮塞(622)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述储水箱(41)中的水添加有高锰酸钾。
9.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述出风口(102)的边侧设有出气口(103),有冷热交换管(70)的内端连接该出气口(103)、中部浸在该储水箱(41)内的水中、外端连通至室外的大气中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的综合型空气净化和调节器,其特征在于:所述进风口(101)包括有连接室内的内循环风口(1011)和连接至室外大气的外循环风口(1012),该内循环风口(1011)和该外循环风口(1012)之间设有一转换阀板(1013)。
