本发明公开了一种移动式监控设备安装结构,包括安装轨道(1),在安装轨道(1)内移动的滑动件(3)以及位于滑动件(3)上方且与安装轨道(1)相连的定位件(2)。本发明便于随轨道移动监控设备,同时方便监控设备的定位和拆卸,并且具有防掉落结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及悬挂式可移动的室外监控设备的安装结构,特别是安装轨道和移动结构。
背景技术
智能监控技术在越来越多的写字楼和住宅小区内使用,而监控设备安装是其中最重要的基础工作之一。出于成本和监控范围的综合考虑,移动式监控设备是比较合适的选择,移动式监控设备主要的安装结构包括与建筑物固定的导轨,与监控设备连接的滑动结构,以及滑动结构与导轨之间的定位结构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种移动式监控设备安装结构,便于随轨道移动监控设备,同时方便监控设备的定位和拆卸,并且具有防掉落结构。
本发明的技术方案如下:
移动式监控设备安装结构,包括安装轨道,在安装轨道内移动的滑动件以及位于滑动件上方且与安装轨道相连的定位件;
所述安装轨道为门形,其两条竖直边内侧各有一条滑移轨道;
所述滑动件包括悬挂基体,悬挂基体上有一对关于悬挂基体对称的悬挂臂,悬挂臂下端与转动轮可转动连接,转动轮下端面固定连接有三个分布在三角形顶点的半球形凸起;悬挂基体下端为螺纹连接筒,悬挂基体上端面开有定位通孔;
所述定位件包括圆柱管体,圆柱管体的表面沿周向开有多个通孔,通孔平行于圆柱管体轴线方向的两端分别与外凸的弧形弹片连接,圆柱管体下端为导向球体,导向球体和圆柱管体的外径小于定位通孔的外径,多个弧形弹片的外凸位置连线形成的圆周直径大于定位通孔的外径。
所述安装导轨的一条竖直边上开有观察孔。
所述悬挂基体为圆盘件,悬挂臂位于圆盘件圆盘面的直径线上。
所述悬挂臂下端面开有转轮槽,转轮槽内设置有转轮轴。
所述安装轨道水平边下端面有多个连接柱,连接柱外表面有螺纹,所述圆柱管体上端内表面有螺纹。
所述悬挂基体的外径大于等于两条所述滑移轨道的间距。
本发明的滑动件可带动监控设备沿着安装导轨内部滑动,从而调整监控设备的安装位置,获得更大的视野范围,同时也能方便拆卸替换。当需要固定在安装轨道上某个特定位置时,可以向上移动监控设备,待定位件插入滑动件的定位通孔,挤压外凸的弧形弹片向内凹,然后弧形弹片复原卡住滑动件,利用摩擦力保持滑动件及监控设备的位置,当需要调整位置时,向下拉拽监控设备,带动滑动件挤压外凸的弧形弹片脱离滑动件的定位通孔,再通过悬挂臂上的转动轮沿滑移轨道移动寻找下一个固定位置。
本发明具有以下特点:
(1)定位结构简单,可拆卸并容易调整位置,由于定位件与安装轨道采用螺纹连接,因此,可以方便的拆卸和调整导向球体与定位件间的距离。
(2)定位件固定方式简单,通过弧形弹片的变形和复原实现固定和拆卸,无需借助工具,弧形弹片的变形抗力需根据监控设备的自重计算,由于有滑移轨道的保护,即使滑动件脱离定位件,也能确保不会导致监控设备掉落。
(3)转动轮的结构形式新颖,不占用竖向空间,可缩小安装轨道的高度,三个半球形凸起分局正三角形的顶点处,形成一个平面与滑移轨道接触并绕三角形的中心旋转,实现安装轨道内平移。
(4)滑动件与定位件及监控设备均采用螺纹连接,拆卸方便。

下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,移动式监控设备安装结构包括安装轨道1,在安装轨道1内移动的滑动件3以及位于滑动件3上方且与安装轨道1相连的定位件2;安装轨道1为门形,其两条竖直边内侧各有一条滑移轨道4;如图4和图5所示,滑动件3包括悬挂基体31,悬挂基体31上有一对关于悬挂基体31对称的悬挂臂33,悬挂臂33下端与转动轮36可转动连接,转动轮36下端面固定连接有三个分布在正三角形三个顶点的半球形凸起37;悬挂基体31下端为螺纹连接筒32,悬挂基体31上端面开有定位通孔38;如图3所示,定位件2包括圆柱管体21,圆柱管体21的表面沿周向开有多个通孔,通孔平行于圆柱管体21轴线方向的两端分别与外凸的弧形弹片22两端焊接,圆柱管体21下端为导向球体23,导向球体23和圆柱管体21的外径小于定位通孔38的外径,多个弧形弹片22的外凸位置连线形成的圆周直径大于定位通孔38的外径。
如图1所示,优选的,安装导轨1的一条竖直边上开有观察孔5,便于观察定位件2与滑动件3的相对位置,在拆卸和安装时方便操作人员。
如图2所示,优选的,安装轨道1水平边下端面有多个圆柱形连接柱6,连接柱6外表面有螺纹,圆柱管体21上端内表面有螺纹,二者螺纹连接,既方便拆卸安装,也方便调整定位件2与滑动件3上端的距离。
如图4和图5,优选的,悬挂基体31为圆盘件,悬挂臂33位于圆盘件圆盘面的直径线上,悬挂基体31的外径大于等于两条所述滑移轨道4的间距。悬挂臂33下端面开有转轮槽34,转轮槽34内设置有转轮轴35,转动轮36通过转轮轴35在转轮槽34内旋转。

1.移动式监控设备安装结构,其特征在于:包括安装轨道(1),在安装轨道(1)内移动的滑动件(3)以及位于滑动件(3)上方且与安装轨道(1)相连的定位件(2);
所述安装轨道(1)为门形,其两条竖直边内侧各有一条滑移轨道(4);
所述滑动件(3)包括悬挂基体(31),悬挂基体(31)上有一对关于悬挂基体(31)对称的悬挂臂(33),悬挂臂(33)下端与转动轮(36)可转动连接,转动轮(36)下端面固定连接有三个分布在三角形顶点的半球形凸起(37);悬挂基体(31)下端为螺纹连接筒(32),悬挂基体(31)上端面开有定位通孔(38);
所述定位件(2)包括圆柱管体(21),圆柱管体(21)的表面沿周向开有多个通孔,通孔平行于圆柱管体(21)轴线方向的两端分别与外凸的弧形弹片(22)连接,圆柱管体(21)下端为导向球体(23),导向球体(23)和圆柱管体(21)的外径小于定位通孔(38)的外径,多个弧形弹片(22)的外凸位置连线形成的圆周直径大于定位通孔(38)的外径。
