The invention relates to a rotary speed reducer with damping and buffering output, which comprises a base (1), wherein the base (1) comprises a shaft housing (11) and a seat ring (12) connected with the shaft housing (11) into a whole, a worm (2) is arranged in the shaft housing (11), a worm wheel (3) is arranged in the seat ring (12), the worm (2) is meshed with the worm wheel (3), and a damping and buffering device (4) is arranged on the inner side of the worm wheel (3). The invention discloses a rotary speed reducer with damping and buffering output, which adopts a worm wheel with a damping and buffering structure to output, and can solve the problem that the rotary speed reducer vibrates under the action of wind load in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rotary speed reducer with damping and buffering output, which is widely applied to various transmission mechanisms, in particular to a solar photo-thermal power generation tracking system.
Background
The rotary speed reducer is used as an important power transmission device of the solar tracking system, and has an important effect on the stability and reliability of the whole tracking system. Particularly, the solar photo-thermal tracking system has high requirements on the precision and rigidity of the rotary speed reducer, and the common rotary speed reducer inevitably vibrates under the action of wind load due to the existence of gaps between bearings or raceways, so that the whole bracket shakes, the normal operation of the whole tracking system is influenced, and the safety of the system is threatened.

Preferably, the damping buffer device comprises an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is fixedly arranged at the center of the seat ring, a damping sleeve, a spring, a check ring and an adjusting nut are sequentially sleeved on the adjusting bolt from top to bottom, the spring is arranged between the damping sleeve and the check ring, the adjusting nut is matched with the adjusting bolt through threads, and the damping sleeve is matched with the worm wheel.
Preferably, the outer surface of the damping sleeve is a conical surface, the inner hole of the worm wheel is a conical hole, and the outer conical surface of the damping sleeve is matched with the inner conical hole of the worm wheel.
Preferably, the damping sleeve and the seat ring are positioned by a positioning pin.

the damping buffer device 4 comprises an adjusting bolt 41, the adjusting bolt 41 is fixedly arranged at the center of the seat ring 12, a damping sleeve 42, a spring 43, a check ring 44 and an adjusting nut 45 are sleeved on the adjusting bolt 41 from top to bottom in sequence, the spring 43 is arranged between the damping sleeve 42 and the check ring 44, the adjusting nut 45 is matched with the adjusting bolt 41 through threads, and the damping sleeve 42 is matched with the worm wheel 3;
the outer surface of the damping sleeve 41 is a conical surface, the inner hole of the worm wheel 3 is a conical hole, and the outer conical surface of the damping sleeve 41 is matched with the inner conical hole of the worm wheel 3;
