本发明公开了一种太阳能卷式窗帘,包括卷帘本体、柔性太阳能电池板、蓄电池、电机、微型处理器、光感应器、GSM模块、逆变器模块;所述柔性太阳能电池板安装于卷帘本体的面向室外的一侧,所述电机驱动卷帘本体,所述柔性太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与逆变器模块相连,所述光感应器、GSM模块分别与微型处理器相连,所述微型处理器控制电机工作。太阳能卷式窗帘可以做到窗帘在阳光强的时候自动开启,也可以设置固定时间自动开启和关闭,无需人为手动操作,电能自给自足并能存储在蓄电池内或反馈到交流电网。

太阳能卷式窗帘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能卷式窗帘,属于光伏发电设备技术领域。
背景技术
房屋里为了防止阳光照射,隔断视线,会在房屋的阳台、房间的窗户处装设窗帘。尤其是炎炎夏日,可以有效的阻挡阳光对房屋的照射,降低房间温度。现在太阳能光伏发电具有广泛的用途和前景,但在现有的居民小区或者老小区中,或大的写字楼,由于先天设计的原因,没有地方放置太阳能电池板,无法有效地使用太阳板电池在每家每户进行太阳能发电,如何在现有的居民楼、写字楼安置太阳板电池进行光伏发电值得研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能卷式窗帘,让太阳能够照射到窗户的地方能够进行太阳能发电,无需特别找出专门安置太阳能电池板的地方,每家每户都有可能实现太阳能发电。本发明利用遮光窗帘和柔性电池板特点,既可以起到窗帘的作用,又可以进行太阳能发电。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种太阳能卷式窗帘,包括卷帘本体1、柔性太阳能电池板2、蓄电池3、电机4、微型处理器5、光感应器6、GSM模块7、逆变器模块8;所述柔性太阳能电池板2安装于卷帘本体1的面向室外的一侧,所述电机4驱动卷帘本体1,所述柔性太阳能电池板2与蓄电池3相连,所述蓄电池3与逆变器模块8相连,所述光感应器6、GSM模块7分别与微型处理器5相连,所述微型处理器5控制电机4工作。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现:
前述太阳能卷式窗帘,其中GSM模块7通过移动互联网与电脑端或手机端通信连接。
前述太阳能卷式窗帘,其中微型处理器5为STC15F204EA。
前述太阳能卷式窗帘,其中GSM模块7由主芯片TC35i与SIM卡模块构成。
前述太阳能卷式窗帘,其中电机4为DM45R-20/15型内置管状电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:太阳能卷式窗帘可以做到窗帘在阳光强的时候自动开启,也可以设置固定时间自动开启和关闭,无需人为手动操作,电能自给自足并能存储在蓄电池内或反馈到交流电网。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的太阳能卷式窗帘,包括卷帘本体1、柔性太阳能电池板2、蓄电池3、电机4、微型处理器5、光感应器6、GSM模块7、逆变器模块8。
所述柔性太阳能电池板2安装于卷帘本体1的面向室外的一侧,利用柔性薄膜太阳能电池板可弯曲的特性,卷帘本体1的背面与柔性太阳能电池板2贴合在一起,卷帘本体1面向房间,柔性太阳能电池板2面向窗外,另外可以根据柔性薄膜太阳能电池板可以弯曲的幅度,决定每块电池板的宽度。
逆变器模块8为市场上常用的家用220V单相光伏逆变器,蓄电池3是家用太阳能光伏发电专用蓄电池12V、100AH。
微型处理器5为STC15F204EA,电机4为DM45R-20/15型内置管状电机。所述电机4驱动卷帘本体1,所述柔性太阳能电池板2与蓄电池3相连,所述蓄电池3与逆变器模块8相连,蓄电池3存储的直流电可以送与逆变器模块8进行变换后送至电网;所述光感应器6、GSM模块7分别与微型处理器5相连,所述微型处理器5控制电机4工作。
如图2所示,通过接收从光传感器6得到的模拟电压或者模拟电流信号(一般工业的模拟量电压:1-5V,电流:4-20mA),使用单片机STC15F204EA对检测的信号进行模数转换并进行计算比较,得到是否开启或关断窗帘电机的控制信号。
如图3所示,GSM模块7由主芯片TC35i芯片与SIM卡模块构成,可实现与手机等终端通过移动互联网进行通信,并且,如图4所示PC终端机也可以通过MAX3232模块实现GSM的通信方式。
本发明的太阳能卷式窗帘可以工作于以下几种模式:
1.充电发电:当阳光强烈时,微处理器接收到感应器发出的信号,触发电机启动,将窗帘放下,使得柔性太阳能电池板能够接受到阳光的照射,太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能对蓄电池进行充电。
2.设定模式:用户可以用终端对微处理器进行控制,根据自己的需求进行即时或定时开关窗帘。
3.逆变模式:用户可以将几个窗户的蓄电池进行串联或并联,将多余的电能通过逆变器变成交流电供给市电网或者家中其它用电设备。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种太阳能卷式窗帘,其特征在于,包括卷帘本体、柔性太阳能电池板、蓄电池、电机、微型处理器、光感应器、GSM模块、逆变器模块;所述柔性太阳能电池板安装于卷帘本体的面向室外的一侧,所述电机驱动卷帘本体,所述柔性太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与逆变器模块相连,所述光感应器、GSM模块分别与微型处理器相连,所述微型处理器控制电机工作。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能卷式窗帘,其特征在于,所述GSM模块通过移动互联网与电脑端或手机端通信连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能卷式窗帘,其特征在于,所述微型处理器为STC15F204EA。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能卷式窗帘,其特征在于,所述GSM模块由主芯片TC35i与SIM卡模块构成。
5.如权利要求1所述的太阳能卷式窗帘,其特征在于,所述电机为DM45R-20/15型内置管状电机。
