Abstract
The invention relates to a key slot type scaffold combined connection fixing device, which comprises a base part, wherein two sides of the base part extend upwards to form side sealing parts, and the side sealing parts are folded inwards to form a top supporting part; the rear side of the base part extends upwards to form an abutting part, the outer side of the abutting part is connected with a key body, and key grooves are formed between the key bodies; the top support part is connected with the abutting part, and a perspective window is formed among the top support part, the abutting part, the side sealing part and the base part; a butt joint groove is formed among the base part, the side sealing part and the top supporting part; the inner side of the abutting part is connected with a limiting part, and a limiting groove is formed between the limiting parts; the limiting part is positioned below the top surface of the abutting part, and the lower end of the limiting part is connected with the top supporting part. The invention can realize the combined connection between the profile steel and the pipe fitting, and has convenient use and strong connection stability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a fixing device, in particular to a key slot type scaffold combined connection fixing device.
Background
The scaffold is a temporary support system which is temporarily erected around a building or a structure under construction, can facilitate the structural construction or exterior wall decoration operation of constructors and serve as auxiliary construction facilities for stacking building materials in operation or is erected for fixing templates in the concrete pouring process. The double-shaft symmetrical section of the I-steel structure has reliable performance, good stress stability, convenient design and construction and is commonly used in construction of a section steel overhanging scaffold. The assembly of traditional round button, dish knot and keyway structure can only realize the group joint between the pipe support, and at present when shaped steel, pipe or side's pipe group joint scaffold frame, there is not suitable technical scheme to make I-shaped steel and stable connection of pipe fitting. Therefore, the applicant researches on the combination of the pipe fitting and the profile steel, and designs a series of combined connection fixing technical schemes, which are one of research results.

When the section steel is inserted into the abutting groove, the section steel is allowed to move to the abutting portion position through the accommodation gap.

As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, the key slot type scaffold combined connection fixing device comprises a base part 1, wherein side sealing parts 2 are formed by extending upwards from two sides of the base part 1, and top supporting parts 3 are formed by folding the side sealing parts 2 inwards; the rear side of the base part 1 extends upwards to form an abutting part 4, a key body 5 is connected to the outer side of the abutting part 4, and a key groove 6 is formed between the key bodies 5; a butt groove 7 is formed among the base part 1, the side seal part 2 and the top support part 3.
In one embodiment of the key-slot type scaffold combined connection fixing device, the top supporting part 3 is connected with the abutting part 4, and a perspective window 8 is formed among the top supporting part 3, the abutting part 4, the side sealing part 2 and the base part 1. The top supporting part 3 adopts the integrated connected mode with the abutting part 4, realizes the integrated design through welding or casting mode, reserves perspective window 8 simultaneously between top supporting part 3, abutting part 4, side seal part 2 and base part 1, and the distance of inserting into butt joint groove 7 is confirmed shaped steel B when convenient group's scaffold frame.

The invention can realize the combined connection between the profile steel B and the pipe fitting, and has convenient use and strong connection stability.
