本发明涉及螺栓生产领域,具体说是一种螺栓螺杆用表面处理剂。
背景技术
在螺栓生产过程中,需要对螺杆表面进行适当的处理,以增强其防腐蚀、耐光、抗老化等性能,目前常用的处理方法有黑色磷化以及镀锌两种方法,其中黑色磷化会使螺杆表面产生变色,一定程度上限制了螺杆的应用范围,而且磷化后的废液会对环境产生污染,镀锌虽然可以取得较好的处理效果,但工艺复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺栓螺杆用表面处理剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种螺栓螺杆用表面处理剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚四氟乙烯30-50份,消泡剂2-3份,三聚磷酸铝6-10份,表面活化剂1-2份,二甲苯1-2份,硅溶胶1-2份,固化剂1-2份,去离子水10-18份,助剂6-10份。
作为优选,一种螺栓螺杆用表面处理剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚四氟乙烯30份,消泡剂2份,三聚磷酸铝6份,表面活化剂1份,二甲苯1份,硅溶胶1份,固化剂1份,去离子水10份,助剂6份。

一种螺栓螺杆用表面处理剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚四氟乙烯40份,消泡剂2.5份,三聚磷酸铝8份,表面活化剂1.5份,二甲苯1.5份,硅溶胶1.5份,固化剂1.5份,去离子水14份,助剂8份。
