实施例5中的四份重组猪长效干扰素γ冻干剂对猪细胞免疫应答影响的测定
取六只体重大致相同的仔猪分为两组,记为实验组和对照组;实验组颈部皮下注射2mg/ml重组猪长效干扰素γ冻干剂2ml,对照组颈部皮下注射2mL的PBS,取注射4周后猪外周血,之后每周取一次血,使用淋巴细胞分离液分离淋巴细胞,淋巴细胞经过无血清RPMI1640培养基洗2次后,用完全培养基重悬、调整细胞浓度为2×106个/ml,24孔细胞培养板每孔加入1ml淋巴细胞,37℃,5%CO2培养72h,收集淋巴细胞培养时上清。ELISA检测培养上清中IL-2、IL-4含量,按试剂盒说明书进行,检测结果如表12所示:

结果表明注射重组猪长效干扰素γ后,能够显著提高猪外周血中细胞因子IL-2、IL-4的含量,增强了细胞免疫应答水平,显著提高免疫力水平。
