The child car seat leveling device has a first state and a second state. When the child car seat leveling device is in the first state, the outer sleeve 14 of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are jointly supported on the installation plane. The leveling plane 11 is parallel or coincident with the horizontal plane. The plumb piece 7 is in a vertical state, and the unlocking piece 8 is separated from the locking mechanism 6 under the driving of the plumb piece 7. The left pawl 62 and the right pawl 63 are respectively clamped into tooth grooves of the ratchet wheel 61 to lock the ratchet wheel 61 and the screw rod 51, i.e. the locking mechanism 6 is in a locking state. At this time, the screw rod 1 cannot be rotated by screwing the knob 52.
When the child car safety seat leveling device is in a second state, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are supported on an installation plane together, the leveling plane 11 is intersected with a horizontal plane, the plumb bob 7 approaches from an inclined state to a vertical state until the leveling device is in the vertical state under the action of self gravity, and the unlocking piece 8 drives the locking mechanism 6 to unlock under the drive of the plumb bob 7. At this time, the adjustment mechanism 5 can automatically operate. The adjusting mechanism 5 acts to drive the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 to rotate relatively through the sliding piece 3 and the connecting piece 4.
The following specifically describes the leveling operation procedure of the child car safety seat leveling device installed on the installation plane:
when the installation plane is parallel or coincident with the horizontal plane, the child car safety seat leveling device is arranged on the installation plane, the locking mechanism 6 enters a locking state, the child car safety seat leveling device is always in a first state, the leveling plane 11 is parallel with the horizontal plane, the plumb bob piece 7 is in a vertical state, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are fixed in mutual angle, and the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 cannot rotate relatively.
When the installation plane is high left and low right, the child car safety seat leveling device is arranged on the installation plane, the child car safety seat leveling device enters a second state, the leveling plane is intersected with the horizontal plane, the plumb 7 automatically approaches to a vertical state from an inclined state under the action of self gravity until the plumb 7 is in the vertical state, namely, the plumb 7 rotates around a fourth shaft 104 from left to right, the plumb 7 props against the clamping groove 81 to drive the unlocking piece 8 to slide rightwards, the left hook 84 of the unlocking piece 8 pulls the left pawl 62, and the left pawl 62 rotates around a fifth shaft 105 away from the ratchet 61 to be separated from the ratchet 61 against the action of the elastic force of the left spring 64. Thus, the locking mechanism 6 is unlocked, and the adjusting mechanism 5 can freely move. The operator screws the knob 52, drives the screw rod 51 to rotate in the threaded hole 32 to drive the sliding piece 3 to slide downwards in the sliding groove 12, so that the first bracket 1, the second bracket 2 and the connecting piece 4 move under the driving of the sliding piece 3 due to the action of the crank sliding block structure, and the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 rotate relative to the first shaft 101 to adjust the postures until the leveling plane 11 is parallel or coincident with the horizontal plane. The unlocking piece 8 also tends to horizontally align under the drive of the first bracket 1, meanwhile, as the plumb piece 7 is in a vertical state, the unlocking piece 8 moves rightwards under the extrusion action of the plumb piece 7, the left hook 84 and the left pawl 62 are mutually released, the left pawl 62 is clamped in the tooth slot of the ratchet wheel 61 again under the elastic action of the left spring 64, the ratchet wheel 61 and the screw rod 51 are locked by the left pawl 62 and the right pawl 63, namely the adjusting mechanism 5 is locked again, and the child car safety seat leveling device enters a first state. This also gives an indication to the operator that the child car seat leveling device has been in the first state when the knob 52 can no longer be turned, the leveling plane 11 being parallel or coincident with the horizontal plane.
Similarly, when the installation plane is low on the left and high on the right, the child car safety seat leveling device is arranged on the installation plane, the child car safety seat leveling device enters a second state, the leveling plane is intersected with the horizontal plane, the plumb 7 automatically approaches to a vertical state from an inclined state under the action of self gravity until the plumb is in the vertical state, namely, the plumb 7 rotates around the fourth shaft 104 from the right to the left, the plumb 7 props against the clamping groove 81 to drive the unlocking piece 8 to slide leftwards, the right hook 85 of the unlocking piece 8 pulls the right pawl 63, and the right pawl 63 rotates around the sixth shaft 106 to a direction away from the ratchet 61 against the action of the elastic force of the right spring 65 so as to be separated from the ratchet 61. The unlocking piece 8 also tends to horizontally straighten under the drive of the first bracket 1, meanwhile, as the plumb piece 7 is in a vertical state, the unlocking piece 8 moves leftwards under the extrusion action of the plumb piece 7, the right hook 85 and the right pawl 63 are mutually released, the right pawl 63 is clamped in the tooth slot of the ratchet wheel 61 again under the elastic action of the right spring 65, the ratchet wheel 61 and the screw rod 51 are locked by the left pawl 62 and the right pawl 63, namely, the adjusting mechanism 5 is locked again, and the child car safety seat leveling device enters a first state. This also gives an indication to the operator that the child car seat leveling device has been in the first state when the knob 52 can no longer be turned, the leveling plane 11 being parallel or coincident with the horizontal plane.
