(2) when the device is used, the limiting rod 33 is clamped by a wrench, the limiting rod 33 is screwed, the limiting rod 33 drives the sliding rod 32 to push the fixing ring 31 to abut against the storage barrel 7, then one end of the connecting pipe 5 abuts against the fixing ring 31, the other end of the connecting pipe 5 corresponds to the clamping sleeve 45 one by one, then the limiting rod 33 is screwed, the limiting rod 33 drives the sliding rod 32 to slide relative to the sliding sleeve 34, so that the fixing ring 31 pushes the connecting pipe 5 to be clamped with the clamping sleeve 45, the device is convenient to install in two floors with different heights, and meanwhile, the device is more convenient to overhaul and maintain; the connecting pipe 5 penetrates through the second limiting ring 68, after the clamping sleeve 45 is clamped with the connecting pipe 5, the connecting pipe 5 is abutted against the second limiting ring 68, the first limiting ring 62 is clamped with the storage barrel 7, the driving rod 66 is screwed, the driving rod 66 drives the pressing plate 65 to abut against the second air bag 64, so that the storage space in the second air bag 64 is reduced, gas is pressed into the first limiting ring 62 and the second limiting ring 68, the connection sealing performance between the connecting pipe 5 and the storage barrel 7 is improved, the indoor working environment is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the overhauling and maintenance are more convenient and faster;
(3) the feeding pipe 21 is connected with a feeding hole of the plastic film blowing machine, a power line of the motor 26 is connected with a control switch of the plastic film blowing machine, the motor 26 rotates clockwise to uniformly drive materials to enter the feeding pipe 21 from the storage barrel 7, so that the feeding speed is more convenient to control, the anti-blocking performance of the storage barrel 7 is improved, the cover plate 22 is arranged to facilitate observation of the discharge condition of the materials, and meanwhile, the pull ring 23 at the bottom end of the cover plate 22 is arranged to facilitate fixing of the magnet through iron wires, facilitate adsorption of iron filings in the materials, and greatly improve the processing quality;
(4) when different materials need to be changed, the draft tube 12 is screwed, the draft tube 12 is in threaded connection with the sleeve 24, the other end of the draft tube 12 is connected with the guide tube, and therefore the materials are discharged into the material storage barrel, after the use, the draft tube 12 is screwed, the draft tube 12 and the sleeve 24 are separated, the end cover 11 is screwed to seal the draft tube 12, and therefore the materials are changed more conveniently.
The flow guide structure 4 is matched with the connecting pipe 5 for use, so that plastic materials can be conveniently added in an attic of a processing workshop, and the plastic materials can be more conveniently added; the bottom end of the connecting pipe 5 is fixed inside the storage barrel 7 through the height adjusting structure 3 in cooperation with the overhaul structure 6, so that the connecting pipe is convenient to install in workshops with different floor heights, meanwhile, the sealing performance between the connecting pipe 5 and the storage barrel 7 is enhanced, dust in materials is prevented from being mixed in air in the process of adding the materials, and the environment quality of production and processing of plastic films is improved; the use of feeding structure 2 is convenient for control the input speed of material, effectively prevents that the material from blockking up in the inside of bucket 7, and the material of the inside of bucket 7 is convenient for change in the use of feeding structure 2 cooperation material emission structure 1 simultaneously, makes the material change convenient and fast more.
