a transmission gear is formed on one side, located on the wind wheel fixing frame, of the pneumatic wind wheel; the lower part of the inner wall of the outer tube body is rotatably connected with a reduction gear a and a reduction gear b which are coaxially arranged, and the diameter of the reduction gear a is larger than that of the reduction gear b; the reduction gear b is meshed with the propelling gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the reduction gear a;
