Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, the network call disturbance prevention method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, obtaining the call state of a second conference group except the first conference group.
In this embodiment, the first conference group is a conference group in which the first user is currently in a call, and the second conference group is another conference group including the same first user. For example, before a conference group is established, the user a is preset in a plurality of conference groups, and after the conference groups are established, the list of the user a directly appears in the conference groups.
Because a plurality of conference groups cannot be simultaneously established to carry out the call, even if the call is simultaneously established to carry out the call, the first user can only select one of the conference groups to carry out the call. In this embodiment, when the first user is already in a call of one conference group, the call states of other conference groups including the first user are continuously monitored, that is, whether a person is in a call is determined. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, if the second conference group is only established and no one is talking, the state of the conference group will not be prompted to the first user as in the conventional technology.
In this embodiment, in order to monitor all conference groups including the first user except the first conference group, first all conference groups except the first conference group are traversed, all conference groups including the first user are screened out, and then the screened conference groups are monitored.
S102, when the second conference group starts to talk, it is determined whether the second conference group is the temporary conference group.
If the conversation of the second conference group is monitored at a certain moment, the second conference group is determined to be in a conversation state, and at the moment, the attribute of the second conference group needs to be judged. The attributes of the conference group include an ad hoc conference group, which belongs to an unimportant conference in this embodiment and has a low priority, and a non-ad hoc conference group. And the non-temporary conference group is a conference which is preset by the first user in advance, and the priority level is higher.
Therefore, when the second conference group is monitored to be in a call state, the attribute of the second conference group is judged first.
And S103, if the second conference group is the temporary conference group, not prompting the first user about the call state of the second conference group.
If the second conference group is determined to be the temporary conference group in S102, it is determined that the second conference group belongs to a non-important conference for the first user, and the current conference group call of the first user does not need to be interrupted, so that the first user does not need to be reminded of the call state of the second user.
And S104, if the second conference group is not the temporary conference group, popping up a first notification message of starting a call of the second conference group to the first user, and shielding the second notification message.
However, when it is determined that the second conference group is not the temporary conference group, since the importance degree of the second conference group and the first conference group cannot be determined, the first user needs to be notified of the call state of the second conference group at this time. The informing mode in this embodiment uses a popup message mode, thereby avoiding the problem that the current conference group call of the user is affected by the ring in the traditional mode.
It is noted that there may be many conference groups containing the first user in addition to the second conference group currently in a call state. If at the next moment, a conference group including the first user starts to talk and the newly established conference group is not the temporary conference group, a notification message needs to be sent to the first user as well. However, at this time, if the first user has not processed the previous notification message, the number of notification messages may increase, which affects the current conference group call of the first user.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the first notification message is popped up to the first user, the first lock processing is performed, and the first lock processing keeps the notification message in the state of the first notification message, and no notification message is popped up any more no matter how many conference groups including the first user start talking. And releasing the first lock processing only after the first user finishes processing the first notification message, and popping up a third notification message if other non-temporary conference groups including the first user still talk at the moment. Similarly, the third notification message is popped up and processed again.
In the processing process, other information is missed due to the fact that other notification messages are not sent when the conference group is created, so that the information is completely missed, which is the reason why the user is monitored to speak for notification in the embodiment, even if the lock processing misses a call or two calls, the conference group continuously speaks, and after one call is processed, the change of the conference group is continuously monitored later, and then notification is carried out, so that the call of the conference group is not missed.
And S105, selecting a conference group for communication from the first conference group and the second conference group.
And when the first user receives the first notification message, the first user selects a conference group for carrying out conversation at the next moment. The first user may choose to continue the call in the first conference group or may choose to switch to the second conference group. In this embodiment, the selection may be based on the priority of the first conference group and the priority of the second conference group, for example, the priority is determined by the importance of the conference content. In this embodiment, how to select and switch from two conference groups is not specifically limited, which is only illustrative, and whether to switch a conference group may be determined in other manners.
And S106, updating the conference group attributes of the first conference group and the second conference group according to the selection result.
The notification message for the second conference group call may also pop up continuously if the first user chooses to continue the call in the first conference group. Accordingly, if switching to a call in the second conference group is selected, the first conference group is still in a call, and a notification message is continuously popped up to the first user, which obviously causes trouble to the first user. Therefore, in this embodiment, the conference group attributes of the first conference group and the second conference group are updated according to the selection result.
And if the first user continues to keep the conversation of the first conference group, the importance of the first conference group is higher than that of the second conference group, the second conference group is added into the temporary conference group at the moment, the first lock processing is released, and a notification message of the conversation of the second conference group cannot be popped up to the first user because the attribute of the second conference group at the moment is the temporary conference group.
Correspondingly, if the selection is switched to the second conference group call, the importance of the second conference group is higher than that of the first conference group, at this time, the first conference group is added into the temporary conference group, the first lock processing is released, and similarly, a notification message of the first conference group call cannot be popped up to the first user.
And after the first user is switched to the second conference group to finish the conversation, the first conference group is still in a conversation state. If the first user needs to return to the first conference group for conversation, the conference group attribute of the first conference group can be modified into a non-temporary conference group at the moment when the second conference group finishes the conversation, and at this moment, the first user can return to the first conference group to continue the conversation.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the method for preventing network call interruption provided in this embodiment, when a first user makes a call in a first conference group, a second conference group including the first user is obtained in real time, and if there is a second conference group to start the call, the type of the second conference group is determined first. If the second conference group has been set as the provisional conference group in advance, directly ignoring the second conference group; and if the second conference group is not the temporary conference group, popping up a first notification message of starting the call of the second conference group to the first user, and then shielding the message pop-up of all the subsequent conference groups until the first user finishes processing the first notification message. The first user selects any one of the first conference group and the second conference group corresponding to the first notification message to carry out communication, and sets the conference group which does not carry out communication as a temporary conference group, thereby preventing continuous reminding of messages. After the first user finishes the selected conference group call, if the conference set as the temporary conference group continues, the conference can be switched to the past to continue the call, thereby avoiding the traditional mode of directly hanging up and pulling out the blacklist and being incapable of entering the conference group again.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method for preventing network call disturbance, the embodiment of the application also provides a system for preventing network call disturbance.
