According to the embodiment of the application, aiming at the judgment of the priority level of the second communication code and the first communication code, one or more parameters are provided for judging the priority level, wherein the parameters comprise ① whether the second communication code is a harassing call, ② preset priority level of a contact group to which the second communication code belongs, ③ current position information of the first electronic equipment and a passing position area of the second communication code, ④ current time information and a passing time period of the second communication code, and ⑤ whether the second communication code belongs to a specific contact group.
The first method is as follows: and judging whether the second communication code contained in the attribute information is a crank call, wherein the crank call comprises a promotional call, a fraud call, a blacklist call in the address book and the like. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the current communication state of the electronic equipment and the attribute information of calling electronic equipment initiating a call request, obtaining a corresponding response mode according to the current communication state of the electronic equipment and the attribute information of the calling electronic equipment, responding to the call request according to the corresponding response mode, avoiding inserting all call requests into the current communication, solving the technical problem that the electronic equipment wastes user time in the process of processing call services in the prior art, and reducing the waste of the user time.

Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a server, including:
the monitoring module 701 monitors the current communication state of the first electronic device;
when the communication state is a non-idle state, the monitoring module 702 monitors a call request, which is initiated by a second electronic device to the server, for calling with the first electronic device, and obtains attribute information of the second electronic device;
a response module 703, configured to obtain a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state, and respond to the call request according to the response mode.
In a specific implementation process, the non-idle state specifically is: a dial state or a talk state. The response mode specifically includes: receiving the call request and automatically intercepting the call request.
In a specific implementation process, when the obtained communication state is the dialing state, the response module 703 is configured to: judging whether a second communication number contained in the attribute information is the same as a first communication number dialed by the first electronic equipment or not; if the second communication number is the same as the first communication number, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the dialing state as a combined call request; and combining the call requests initiated by the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment, and establishing call connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment.
In a specific implementation process, the server further includes: a first prompting module 704, configured to prompt a user that a call is incoming, whether dialing is suspended, and the call request is answered when the second communication number is different from the first communication number; or, the priority used for judging the said second communication number is higher than the priority of the first communication number; if yes, terminating the dialing of the first communication number and receiving the call request of the second communication number; if not, continuing to dial the first communication number and intercepting the call request of the second communication number.
In a specific implementation process, when the obtained communication state is the dialing state and call requests initiated by at least two second electronic devices are obtained, the response module 703 is further configured to: judging whether a first communication number dialed by the first electronic equipment belongs to the same group or not; if the first electronic equipment belongs to the same group, generating and sending a first prompt to the first electronic equipment, wherein the first prompt is used for prompting whether at least two second communication numbers corresponding to the at least two second electronic equipment are calling in and whether a telephone conference needs to be established or not; and responding to the feedback information for establishing the teleconference, which is sent by the first electronic equipment, establishing the teleconference and adding the at least two second electronic equipment into the teleconference.
In a specific implementation process, the response module 703 is further configured to: when the obtained communication state is the call state, obtaining the priority of a second communication number contained in the attribute information; judging whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of a third communication code which is currently communicated with the first electronic equipment; and if the priority of the second communication code is not higher than that of the third communication code, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state as an automatic call interception request.
In a specific implementation process, the response module 703 is further configured to: judging whether the second communication number contained in the attribute information is a crank call or not; and if the second communication code is a harassing call, judging that the priority of the second communication code is not higher than the priority of the third communication code.
In a specific implementation process, the response module 703 is further configured to: obtaining current position information of the first electronic equipment and a passing position area of the second passing signal code; judging whether the current position corresponding to the current position information is in the passing position area; and if the current position is not in the passing position area, judging that the priority of the second traffic signal code is not higher than the priority of the third traffic signal code.
In a specific implementation process, the response module 703 is further configured to: obtaining the current time information of the first electronic equipment and obtaining the passing time period of the second communication number; judging whether the current time corresponding to the current time information is contained in the passing time period; and if the current time is not included in the passing time period, judging that the priority of the second traffic signal code is not higher than the priority of the third traffic signal code.

In a specific implementation process, the server further includes: a third prompting module 706, configured to generate or obtain feedback prompting information after the call request is prohibited from being inserted into the current call of the first electronic device, where the feedback prompting information includes text information and/or voice information; and a sending module 707, configured to send the feedback prompt information to the second electronic device, so as to prompt that the first electronic device cannot answer a call temporarily.
It should be noted that, the server provided in the embodiment of the present application is a virtual device of the method for responding to a call request provided in the second embodiment, and through the detailed description of the foregoing embodiment, a person skilled in the art can clearly know a specific implementation process of the server provided in the present embodiment, and for the sake of brevity of the description, a description is not repeated here. Through one or more technical schemes in the embodiment of the application, the following technical effects can be realized:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current communication state of the first electronic equipment and the attribute information of the second electronic equipment initiating a call request, obtaining a corresponding response mode according to the current communication state of the first electronic equipment and the attribute information of the second electronic equipment, responding to the call request according to the corresponding response mode, avoiding inserting all call requests into the current communication, solving the technical problem that the electronic equipment wastes user time in the process of processing call services in the prior art, and reducing the waste of the user time.

Claims (28)

1. A method for responding to a call request is applied to a first electronic device, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring the current communication state of the first electronic equipment;
when the communication state is a non-idle state, monitoring a call request initiated by second electronic equipment to the first electronic equipment, and acquiring attribute information of the second electronic equipment;
obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state, and responding to the call request according to the response mode, specifically comprising: when the obtained communication state is a dialing state and call requests initiated by at least two second electronic devices are obtained, judging whether at least two second communication numbers corresponding to the at least two second electronic devices and a first communication number dialed by the first electronic device belong to the same group; if the users belong to the same group, prompting the users whether to establish a teleconference; and responding to the confirmation operation of the user for establishing the teleconference, establishing the teleconference and adding the at least two second electronic devices into the teleconference.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the non-idle state is in particular: a dial state or a talk state.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the answering mode specifically comprises:
receiving the call request and automatically intercepting the call request.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein when the obtained communication state is the dialing state, the obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state, and responding to the call request according to the response mode comprises:
judging whether a second communication number contained in the attribute information is the same as a first communication number dialed by the first electronic equipment or not;
if the second communication number is the same as the first communication number, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the dialing state as a combined call request;
and combining the call requests initiated by the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment, and establishing call connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the merging of the call requests initiated by the first electronic device and the second electronic device establishes a call connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, specifically:
stopping dialing the first communication number, and accepting the call request to establish a call connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device; or
And continuing to dial the first communication number, and establishing a call connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment when the second electronic equipment accepts the call request of the first electronic equipment.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein when the second communication code is not the same as the first communication code, the method further comprises:
prompting the user that a call is coming, whether dialing is suspended and the call request is answered; or
Judging whether the priority of the second communication number is higher than that of the first communication number; if yes, terminating the dialing of the first communication number and receiving the call request of the second communication number; if not, continuing to dial the first communication number and intercepting the call request of the second communication number.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the obtained communication state is the call state, the obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state specifically includes:
obtaining the priority of a second communication signal code contained in the attribute information;
judging whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of a third communication code which is currently communicated with the first electronic equipment;
and if the priority of the second communication code is not higher than that of the third communication code, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state as an automatic call interception request.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of the third communication code currently communicating with the first electronic device comprises:
judging whether the second communication number contained in the attribute information is a crank call or not;
and if the second communication code is a harassing call, judging that the priority of the second communication code is not higher than the priority of the third communication code.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of the third communication code currently communicating with the first electronic device comprises:
obtaining current position information of the first electronic equipment and a passing position area of the second passing signal code;
judging whether the current position corresponding to the current position information is in the passing position area;
and if the current position is not in the passing position area, judging that the priority of the second traffic signal code is not higher than the priority of the third traffic signal code.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of the third communication code currently communicating with the first electronic device comprises:
obtaining the current time information of the first electronic equipment and obtaining the passing time period of the second communication number;
judging whether the current time corresponding to the current time information is contained in the passing time period;
and if the current time is not included in the passing time period, judging that the priority of the second traffic signal code is not higher than the priority of the third traffic signal code.
11. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of the third communication code currently communicating with the first electronic device comprises:
obtaining a contact person group to which the second communication code belongs;
judging whether the contact person group belongs to a set group or not;
and if the contact person group does not belong to the set group, judging that the priority of the second communication code is not higher than the priority of the third communication code.
12. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 11, wherein when obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state is an automatic call interception request, the responding to the call request according to the response mode specifically includes:
and prohibiting the call request from being inserted into the current call of the first electronic equipment.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein after said prohibiting the call request from being inserted into a current call of the first electronic device, the method further comprises:
and generating interception prompt information for prompting the detail information of the intercepted second communication code when the first electronic equipment is in an idle state.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein after said prohibiting the call request from being inserted into a current call of the first electronic device, the method further comprises:
generating or acquiring feedback prompt information, wherein the feedback prompt information comprises text information and/or voice information;
and sending the feedback prompt information to the second electronic equipment to prompt that the first electronic equipment cannot answer the call temporarily.
15. A method for responding to a call request, which is applied to a server, is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring the current communication state of the first electronic equipment;
when the communication state is a non-idle state, monitoring a call request of a second electronic device for calling with the first electronic device, wherein the call request is initiated by the second electronic device to the server, and acquiring attribute information of the second electronic device;
obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state, and responding to the call request according to the response mode, specifically comprising: when the obtained communication state is a dialing state and call requests initiated by at least two second electronic devices are obtained, judging whether at least two second communication numbers corresponding to the at least two second electronic devices and a first communication number dialed by the first electronic device belong to the same group; if the first electronic equipment belongs to the same group, generating and sending a first prompt to the first electronic equipment, wherein the first prompt is used for prompting whether at least two second communication numbers corresponding to the at least two second electronic equipment are calling in and whether a telephone conference needs to be established or not; and responding to the feedback information for establishing the teleconference, which is sent by the first electronic equipment, establishing the teleconference and adding the at least two second electronic equipment into the teleconference.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein the non-idle state is specifically: a dial state or a talk state.
17. The method according to claim 15, wherein the answering mode specifically comprises:
receiving the call request and automatically intercepting the call request.
18. The method of claim 15, wherein when the obtained communication state is the dialing state, the obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state, and responding to the call request according to the response mode comprises:
judging whether a second communication number contained in the attribute information is the same as a first communication number dialed by the first electronic equipment or not;
if the second communication number is the same as the first communication number, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the dialing state as a combined call request;
and combining the call requests initiated by the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment, and establishing call connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein when the second communication code is not the same as the first communication code, the method further comprises:
prompting the user that a call is coming, whether dialing is suspended and the call request is answered; or
Judging whether the priority of the second communication number is higher than that of the first communication number; if yes, terminating the dialing of the first communication number and receiving the call request of the second communication number; if not, continuing to dial the first communication number and intercepting the call request of the second communication number.
20. The method according to claim 16, wherein when the obtained communication status is the call status, the obtaining a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle status specifically includes:
obtaining the priority of a second communication signal code contained in the attribute information;
judging whether the priority of the second communication code is higher than the priority of a third communication code which is currently communicated with the first electronic equipment;
and if the priority of the second communication code is not higher than that of the third communication code, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state as an automatic call interception request.
21. The method according to claim 20, wherein when obtaining the response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state is automatically intercepting a call request, the responding to the call request according to the response mode specifically comprises:
and prohibiting the call request from being inserted into the current call of the first electronic equipment.
22. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the current communication state of the electronic equipment;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring a call request initiated by calling electronic equipment to the electronic equipment when the communication state is a non-idle state, and acquiring attribute information of the calling electronic equipment;

24. The electronic device of claim 23, wherein when the obtained communication state is the dialing state, the response unit is to:
judging whether a second communication number contained in the attribute information is the same as a first communication number dialed by the electronic equipment or not;
if the second communication number is the same as the first communication number, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the dialing state as a combined call request;
and combining the call requests initiated by the electronic equipment and the calling electronic equipment, and establishing call connection between the electronic equipment and the calling electronic equipment.
25. The electronic device of claim 24, wherein the response unit is further to:
when the call requests initiated by the electronic equipment and the calling electronic equipment are combined, stopping dialing the first communication number, and receiving the call requests to establish call connection between the electronic equipment and the calling electronic equipment; or

and if the priority of the second communication code is not higher than that of the third communication code, acquiring a response mode corresponding to the attribute information and the non-idle state as an automatic call interception request.
