Abstract
The invention discloses a bimetal sheet connecting structure of a molded case circuit breaker, which comprises a bimetal sheet and a connecting conductor, wherein a transition connecting plate is fixed at the top of the bimetal sheet, the whole transition connecting plate is an L-shaped bending plate and comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting part is connected with the bimetal sheet, the connecting conductor is welded and fixed on the second connecting part, and the melting point of the transition connecting plate is higher than that of the bimetal sheet. The bimetal sheet connecting structure of the plastic shell circuit breaker is additionally provided with the transition connecting plate, the connecting conductor is welded on the transition connecting plate, and the transition connecting plate is made of a material with a higher melting point, so that the transition connecting plate can be prevented from fusing when bearing a larger short-circuit current. The structure is simple, and the implementation is easy; and moreover, the easy fusing of the bimetallic strip can be effectively avoided, and the stable and reliable work of the molded case circuit breaker is ensured.
