Background
As is well known, a building material drying device is a device used for drying various materials in the building industry to achieve a better use effect, and is widely used in the field of building engineering. The existing drying treatment method of the composite board is that a fuel oil boiler is adopted to heat water, then the water is sent into a dryer, and then the composite board is dried.
The drying method and the drying device have the defects that: the oil-fired boiler is not environment-friendly, the labor intensity is high in the production process, the drying process is long, other processes such as deburring cannot be carried out on the plates, and the production efficiency is low.

The invention provides a drying device with a deburring function for building materials, which comprises a support frame and a plate body, wherein the top end of the support frame is fixed with a workbench through bolts, rectangular sliding grooves are respectively formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of two sides of the workbench, sliding frames are respectively connected in the rectangular sliding grooves on the two sides of the workbench in a sliding manner, a supporting plate is reserved in the middle of the support frame, four groove-shaped sliding rails with opposite openings and parallel to each other are welded between the upper surface of the supporting plate close to the two sides and the lower surface of the workbench, a same conical roller bearing is connected between the four groove-shaped sliding rails in a sliding manner, a driven gear ring is clamped in an inner ring of the conical roller bearing, a rectangular hole is reserved in the middle of the workbench, T-shaped sliding grooves are respectively formed in the edges of the two opposite sides of the upper surface of the workbench close to the rectangular hole, and, the top ends of the two T-shaped sliding blocks are both fixed with electric push rods through bolts, the top ends of the electric push rod extension rods are both rotatably connected with fixed clamping plates, two channel steel slide rails with opposite openings and parallel to each other are welded between the top ends of the two sliding frames, the same motor box is connected between the two channel steel slide rails in a sliding manner, the side surface of the workbench is fixed with a control cabinet through bolts, a controller and an electric heater are respectively fixed in the control cabinet through bolts, the lower surface of the outer ring of the conical roller bearing is fixed with an arched fixed beam through bolts, the middle of the arched fixed beam is sleeved with a fixed pipe, the upper surface of the supporting plate is close to the right lower part of the fixed pipe and is fixed with a hydraulic ejector rod through bolts, the top end of the hydraulic ejector rod extension rod is inserted in the fixed pipe, the arched fixed beam is close to the edge and is fixed with a driving motor, the driving gear is mutually meshed with the driven gear ring, an arched fixing plate is fixed to the top end of the driven gear ring through bolts, heat conducting pipes distributed in a zigzag mode are fixed to the upper surface of the arched fixing plate through bolts, the input ends of the heat conducting pipes are connected with the output end of the electric heater through the wires, four sliding grooves with opposite openings are welded on the inner wall of the motor box, a same deburring machine is connected between the four sliding grooves in a sliding mode, and the output end of the deburring machine is fixedly provided with a chamfering milling head through bolts.
Preferably, the support frame includes four supporting legs, and the top circumference outer wall of four supporting legs has all cup jointed the sleeve pipe, all is equipped with damping spring in the sleeve pipe.
Preferably, two all be equipped with thrust ball bearing between the top of solid fixed splint and electric putter extension rod, and two electric putter all are connected with the switch through the wire, and the switch passes through the signal output part of signal line and controller and links to each other.
Preferably, the edges of two opposite sides of the T-shaped sliding groove are far away from the upper surface of the workbench, second electric push rods are fixed on the edges of the two opposite sides of the T-shaped sliding groove through bolts, second clamping blocks are fixed on the top ends of the extension rods of the second electric push rods through bolts, and anti-skidding grooves are reserved in the middle parts of one sides, close to the plate body, of the two second clamping blocks and the fixed clamping plates.
Preferably, sliding motors are fixed to the upper surfaces, close to the workbench, of the middles of the two sliding frames through bolts, helical gears are welded to the top ends of output shafts of the two sliding motors, and racks meshed with the helical gears are fixed to the upper surface of the workbench through bolts.
Preferably, the top reservation of motor case has the case lid that is disc structure, and the middle part of case lid inlays and is equipped with electric telescopic handle, and the top welding of electric telescopic handle extension bar has the fixed plate, and the lower skin weld of fixed plate has two bracing pieces that are parallel to each other, and the low side of two bracing pieces is fixed on the top outer wall of burr-grinding machine.
Preferably, the outer wall of the circumference of the motor box is sleeved with a sliding plate, and the middle of the sliding plate is provided with a groove matched with the motor box.
Preferably, a transmission screw penetrates through the middle of the motor box, an internal thread pipe matched with the transmission screw is embedded in the motor box, and a transmission motor is fixed at one end of the transmission screw.

3. Through the grooved slide rail and the hydraulic ejector rod which are arranged, the heat conduction pipe can ascend or descend according to the heating rate so as to be close to or far away from the plate ladder, or a space is reserved for the plate body to rotate in situ.
4. Through the electric telescopic rod who sets up and the burr-grinding machine of sliding connection in the spout, can conveniently carry out the burring to the surface of panel body to the burr-grinding machine can move about making a round trip on the workstation.

In the invention, the support frame 1 comprises four support legs, sleeves 28 are sleeved on the outer walls of the circumferences of the top ends of the four support legs, and damping springs are arranged in the sleeves 28.

When the device is used, a plate body to be deburred and dried is fixed between two fixed clamping plates 12 and two second clamping blocks 20, then the electric push rod 15 and the second electric push rod are started to clamp the plate body, then the deburring machine 34 is controlled to descend to be in contact with the surface of the plate body 21, and then the driving motor 23 and the transmission motor 36 are controlled to drive the deburring machine 34 to work on the surface of the plate body 21; the electric heater is started to heat the lower surface of the plate body 21 by the heat conduction pipe 8, and the heating is completed and the plate body is turned over.
