本发明公开了一种降低制冷工况再热能耗的新风空气处理机组,所述新风空气处理机组用于中央空调系统,所述新风空气处理机组为组合式空调机组,所述组合式新风空调机组采取模块化的形式,集多种功能段于一体,包括表冷段、加热段、风机段、过滤段、出风段等单元体的一段或者若干段;从新风的流向上看,未冷却的新风先经过热交换段,而后所述未冷却的新风再经过表冷器后被冷却,冷却后的新风与未冷却的新风在热交换段进行热交换;从位置上看,热交换段设置在表冷器段的上游侧。利用室外新风与通过表冷器处理的新风热交换,降低夏季制冷工况下空气处理机组的再热能耗。

技术领域
本发明属一种改进的新风空气处理机组,本案中的通过改进新风空气处理机组夏季制冷工况的处理过程,利用室外新风与通过表冷器处理的新风热交换,降低夏季制冷工况下空气处理机组的再热能耗。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展,促使公共建筑的兴起。为满足室内空气品质的舒适性需求,公共建筑通常配置中央空调系统,组合式空调机组是中央空调系统的关键构成要素,它是控制空调系统中冷、热能量的主要设备,同时也是改变空气状态的决定设施。组合式空调机组采取模块化的形式,集多种功能段于一体,包括空气混合段、表冷段、加热段、加湿段、风机段、均流段、过滤段、出风段等单元体。组合式空调机组所消耗电量在25%左右,是空调系统中耗能最多的设置之一。
传统空气处理机组夏季在制冷工况运行时,新风通过表冷器冷却除湿后,至空气露点,然后再经过再加热(采用电加热、热水或蒸汽)至设定性的室内温度后,向室内送风。该制冷过程工序中,空气再加热是通过外部能源对空气加热的方式,能耗较大,不够合理。如夏季工况条件下,常规空气处理机组新风通过表冷器后处理到室内状态点的等焓线的露点(温度为10℃)。根据空调设计要求室内设计房间空调设计温度取26℃,送风温差取6℃,常规做法是采用电加热,将新风从露点温度加热到20℃后送入房间。本专利在新风空气处理机组表冷器前面增加一段换热装置,将通过表冷器送风与室外新风进行换热,通过热交换后送风的露点温度提升到20℃左右,可以根据实际送风条件,选择再热或者不加热送入到空调房间,降低制冷工况下的再热能耗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,对传统空气处理机组夏季制冷工况下新风的处理过程,降低夏季空气处理机组的再热能耗,提供了一种可降低夏季制冷工况再热能耗的空气处理机组。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种降低制冷工况再热能耗的新风空气处理机组,所述新风空气处理机组用于中央空调系统,所述新风空气处理机组为组合式空调机组,所述组合式新风空调机组采取模块化的形式,集多种功能段于一体,包括表冷段、加热段、风机段、过滤段、出风段等单元体的一段或者若干段; 从新风的流向上看,未冷却的新风先经过热交换段,而后所述未冷却的新风再经过表冷器后被冷却,冷却后的新风与未冷却的新风在热交换段进行热交换;从位置上看,热交换段设置在表冷器段的上游侧。
本技术方案优点是,冷新风被原先进来的温度较高的新风所加热,而原先进来的温度较高的新风又被冷新风所冷却。总共只有一套新风系统。
在组合式新风空气处理机组的表冷器段前增加热交换段后,将通过表冷器处理后的新风与室外新风在热交换段进行热交换,将送风露点温度由10℃提高到20℃左右,降低新风送风再热能耗(将温度从10℃提升到20℃左右)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例就本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,新风从新风口处进入过滤段过滤杂质,风机段为新风提供动力。在热交换段,新风从热交换段底部向上到达热交换段上部,之后进入表冷段,新风在表冷段进行降温除湿。降温后的新风重新进入热交换段的下部,从热交换段的上部出去,接着进入加热段,从加热段进入房间。房间内空气被引风机吸入,从排风口排出。
为实现本案降低制冷工况下的再热能耗,本案例中,在空气处理机组表冷段后增加一个热交换段,将通过表冷器的送风与室外新风进行换热,通过热交换后送风的露点温度提升到20℃左右,可以根据实际送风条件,选择再热或者不加热送入到空调房间,降低夏季制冷工况下新风空气处理机组的再热能耗。该改进的空气处理机组通过在表冷器后增加热交换段,降低空气处理机组再热能耗。

1.一种降低制冷工况再热能耗的新风空气处理机组,所述新风空气处理机组用于中央空调系统,所述新风空气处理机组为组合式空调机组,所述组合式新风空调机组采取模块化的形式,集多种功能段于一体,包括表冷段、加热段、风机段、过滤段、出风段等单元体的一段或者若干段;其特征在于:
从新风的流向上看,未冷却的新风先经过热交换段,而后所述未冷却的新风再经过表冷器后被冷却,冷却后的新风与未冷却的新风在热交换段进行热交换;从位置上看,热交换段设置在表冷器段的上游侧。
