A plurality of fixing rods 10 are connected between the button seat 5b and the valve body 1 of the control valve, and the distance between the mounting seat 5b1 and the valve body 1 of the control valve can be adjusted by the fixing rods 10. The number and positions of the fixing bars 10 are set in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing holes 5b 7. The fixed end 10a is arranged at one end of the fixed rod 10 connected with the valve body 1, and the fixed end 10a is connected with the valve body 1 of the control valve in a threaded manner and can move on the valve body 1 of the control valve in a spiral manner. The fixed end 10a is screwed with a lock nut 11, the lock nut 11 is abutted against the valve body 1 of the control valve, and the adjusted fixed rod 10 is fixed to the valve body 1 by the lock nut 11. One end of the fixing rod 10 connected with the button seat 5b is a connecting end 10b, and the connecting end 10b is detachably clamped in the corresponding fixing hole 5b 7. An annular groove is arranged on the outer side face of the connecting end 10b, and an elastic clamping ring 10c is fixed in the annular groove. The inner side of the elastic collar 10c is fixed in the annular groove, and the outer side of the elastic collar 10c is clamped at the step 5b8. The step 5b8 is obliquely arranged, so that the disassembly is convenient. The elastic collar 10c may be a collar made of an elastic material, such as silicone or rubber; alternatively, the elastic collar 10c may be a collar provided with an elastic structure, such as a spring 8 provided on the outer side of the elastic collar 10c. The end face of the connecting end 10b is provided with a bar-shaped groove 10d, and the adjustment of the fixing rod 10 is facilitated through the bar-shaped groove 10 d. Alternatively, a locking groove is provided on the wall surface of the fixing hole 5b7, and the elastic collar 10c is locked in the locking groove. The elastic collar 10c may be fixed in the fixing hole 5b7, and a locking groove may be provided in the connection end 10b, and the elastic collar 10c may be locked in the locking groove. The cap 3 is moved spirally to accommodate the adjustment of the fixing lever 10, so that the button cover 4a protrudes to an appropriate height from the cover plate 5a and the spring 8 is brought to an appropriate compressed length.
Installing the button panel includes factory assembly and field assembly. During factory assembly, the gasket 4b is fixed in the button cover 4a, the spring 8 is sleeved on the button cover 4a, the spacer ring 7 is sleeved on the button cover 4a, the button cover 4a is placed in the mounting holes 5b2, after the button cover 4a is placed in each mounting hole 5b2, the cover plate 5a is covered on the button seat 5b, the outer end of the button cover 4a extends out of the corresponding button hole 5a2, the guide ring 7a in the spacer ring 7 is inserted into the corresponding button hole 5a2, the button cover 4a can be adaptively adjusted in the mounting process and the position relation between the button hole 5a2 and the guide ring 7a, the button cover 4a slides smoothly on the guide ring 7a, friction noise generated in the use process of the button piece 4 is reduced, the fixing screw 6 is screwed with the connecting post 5a3 through the through hole 5b10, the fixing screw 6 is screwed to fix the cover plate 5a on the button seat 5b, and the spacer ring 7 is clamped between the cover plate 5a and the button seat 5 b. Thus, the factory assembly of the button panel is completed, the flatness of the cover plate 5a can be ensured in the factory assembly process, and meanwhile, the button cover 4a can slide smoothly in the guide ring 7 a. After factory assembly, the cover plate 5a, the button seat 5b and the button cover 4a are formed as a single body.
The control valve is already installed in the pre-buried hole before the field assembly. During field assembly, the fixing rod 10 is connected to the valve body 1, the extending height of the fixing rod 10 is adjusted according to the depth of the embedded hole, then the fixing rod is fixed by the locking nut 11, the sealing cap 3 is connected to the connecting rod 9 in a threaded mode, the sealing cap 3 is spirally moved to enable the sealing cap 3 to extend to a proper height relative to the connecting rod 9, adjustment of the fixing rod 10 is adapted, the fixing hole 5b7 of the button seat 5b is aligned with the connecting end 10b of the fixing rod 10, meanwhile, the button cover 4a is buckled on the corresponding sealing cap 3, the connecting end 10b is buckled into the fixing hole 5b7 to be fixed, the button cover 4a abuts against the sealing cap 3, the spring 8 is compressed between the spacing ring 7 and the baffle ring 4a3, and the spring 8 compresses the button cover 4a on the sealing cap 3. If the heights of the fixing rod 10 and the sealing cap 3 are not proper, the button seat 5b can be detached again, and then the fixing rod 10 and the sealing cap 3 can be adjusted, and the adjustment process can be repeated.
Because the button seat 5b, the cover plate 5a and the button cover 4a are formed into a whole during factory assembly, only the heights of the fixing rod 10 and the sealing cap 3 are required to be adjusted during site construction, and then the button seat 5b is fixed on the fixing rod 10, so that the site construction is very convenient. In the process of fixing the button seat 5b and the fixing rod 10, the cover plate 5a does not participate in connection and fixation, so that the deformation of the cover plate 5a is not caused; meanwhile, the cover plate 5a is fixed on the valve body 1 through the button seat 5b and the fixing rod 10, and the flatness of the installation of the cover plate 5a is not affected by the flatness of the wall surface, so that the cover plate 5a is kept flat; the height of the fixing rod 10 and the height of the sealing cap 3 can be adjusted repeatedly, the distance between the cover plate 5a and the valve body 1 of the control valve can be reasonable through adjusting the fixing rod 10, the cover plate 5a can cover the embedded hole and can be flatly attached to the wall surface, the height of the sealing cap 3 can be correspondingly adjusted through spiral movement of the sealing cap 3 while adjusting the fixing rod 10, so that the protruding height of the button piece 4 from the button hole 5a2 can be correspondingly adjusted, and the spring 8 can be compressed and pressed on the button piece 4 at a proper protruding height.
The spacer 7 is made of a self-lubricating material such as polytetrafluoroethylene, polyoxymethylene, or the like. The button and the cover plate 5a are separated by the spacer ring 7, the spacer ring 7 is made of self-lubricating materials, friction force in the moving process of the button piece 4 can be reduced, the button experience effect is improved, and noise generated by friction is reduced. The cover plate 5a, the sealing cap 3 and the button cover 4a are all made of metal materials, such as brass and stainless steel materials, and have good corrosion resistance and high strength, so that the service life of the product can be greatly prolonged. The gasket 4b between the button cover 4a and the cap 3 has a buffering function, so that noise generated when the button member 4 moves can be reduced. In the process of installing the button panel, the button piece 4 can appropriately move before being compressed by the spring 8, and the button piece 4 can be self-adaptively matched with the guide ring 7a to generate better matching, so that the button piece 4 slides smoothly, and friction noise is reduced. After the button panel is assembled on site, the elastic force of the spring 8 enables the button piece 4 to be pressed on the sealing cap 3, when the button piece 4 is pressed at this time, the abutting surfaces among the cover body 4a2, the gasket 4b and the sealing plate 3b cannot be impacted, and collision noise cannot be generated when the button is pressed. The button piece 4 is pressed inwards, the compression amount of the spring 8 is reduced, the compression force of the spring 8 to the button piece 4 is gradually reduced, the button piece 4 is loosened after being pressed, the button piece 4 is in a micro-pressure or non-pressure state, at this time, the button piece 4 is subjected to the outward acting force generated by the return spring of the control valve, the button piece 4 is ejected outwards in the guide ring 7a, under the guide action of the guide ring 7a, the button piece 4 can be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner, and the eccentric condition caused by shaking of fingers when being loosened is reduced, so that the friction noise generated by the button piece is reduced. The compression amount of the spring 8 is gradually increased, the elastic force generated by the spring 8 acts on the button piece 8 to enable the button piece 8 to be pressed on the sealing cap 3, the spring has a buffer effect in the process that the button piece 4 rebounds outwards to reset, the button piece 4 is prevented from being directly impacted on the panel piece 5 by the reset elastic acceleration of the control valve, and the generation of collision noise is reduced. By using the button panel, the panel 5 can be installed flatly, the protruding panel 5 of the button 4 can be adjusted to be at a proper height, the noise generated in the use process of the button 4 can be reduced, the structure is stable, the service life is long, and the installation and the debugging are convenient.
Example two
The structure of the button member 4 is different from that of the first embodiment, the button member 4 comprises a cylindrical button body, the outer end of the button body extends out of the button hole 5a2, a shallow groove is arranged at the inner end of the button body 4, and the bottom surface of the shallow groove is abutted against the sealing plate 3b of the sealing cap 3. The outer side surface of the inner end of the button body is provided with a baffle ring 4a3, and a spring 8 is abutted against the baffle ring 4a3 to press the button body on the sealing cap 3. The other structure is the same as that of the first embodiment.
