Referring to fig. 7, in order to prevent the adjusting sleeve 11 from following the adjusting rod 12 and moving axially to a side close to the bouncing valve core and even separating from the mounting plate 20 when the adjusting rod 12 in the mounting plate 20 is axially adjusted and pressed against the bouncing valve core, in one embodiment of the present invention, the transmission adjusting assembly 10 further includes a limiting mechanism 114, where the limiting mechanism 114 is disposed at an end of the adjusting sleeve 11 away from the bouncing valve core, so that when the adjusting rod 12 is axially adjusted, the limiting mechanism 114 blocks the adjusting sleeve 11 from moving along with the adjusting rod 12 in a direction close to the bouncing valve core and prevents the adjusting sleeve 11 from separating from the mounting plate 20. The limiting mechanism 114 may be disposed around a boss at the end of the adjusting sleeve 11, and a limiting matching portion matched with the limiting mechanism 114 is disposed at the adjacent position of the mounting hole 208 and the limiting hole 202, specifically may be a hole structure with a radial diameter larger than that of the mounting hole 208 and smaller than that of the limiting hole 202, and the end of the limiting hole 202 forms a supporting portion of the limiting matching portion to support the boss; alternatively, the groove end surface of the anti-rotation mechanism 110 formed in a groove form may be used as the stopper mechanism 114, and the end surface of the anti-rotation engaging portion 200 may be caught by the groove end surface, so that the adjustment sleeve 11 cannot follow the axial movement of the adjustment lever 12 and cannot be axially displaced.
The present invention provides a drive adjustment assembly 10 for a bathroom fixture, see fig. 9-11. During actual installation, the bouncing valve core 30 in the wall body is well arranged, the installation disc 20 is fixed on the wall surface, the adjusting sleeve 11 and the adjusting rod 12 which are well connected through threads are installed in the installation hole 208, the limiting plug is installed in the limiting hole 202, the adjusting sleeve 11 is blocked by the limiting mechanism 114 on the adjusting sleeve 11 to move along the axial direction of the adjusting rod 12 by acting on the tool acting surface of the adjusting rod 12, the adjusting rod 12 gradually presses the bouncing valve core 30 until the limiting position of the bouncing valve core 30 is reached, the length of the adjusting rod 12 is adjusted in place at the moment, the limiting plug is removed, the adjusting rod 12 moves axially towards one side far away from the bouncing valve core 30 in a linkage mode under the elastic force effect generated by resetting the bouncing valve core 30, the limiting mechanism 112 blocks the adjusting sleeve 11 from being separated from the installation hole 208, and therefore, the adjustment of the transmission adjusting assembly is completed.
The transmission adjusting assembly 10 can adjust the axial length of the adjusting rod 12 connected with the adjusting sleeve 11 according to different installation requirements and installation conditions in the installation process, so that the adjusting rod 12 can effectively press the bouncing valve core to realize the control of opening and closing of the fluid conveying pipeline, and the tolerance existing in the parts or the accumulated tolerance generated by installation is eliminated because the adjusting rod 12 and the adjusting sleeve 11 can be adjusted in a stepless manner in the axial direction.

Claims (7)

1. A transmission adjustment assembly for a push button bathroom fixture, comprising:
the adjusting sleeve is provided with an anti-rotation mechanism on the outer peripheral surface, the anti-rotation mechanism is matched with an anti-rotation matching part on a mounting disc of the button type bathroom device so that the adjusting sleeve can axially move but can not be rotatably mounted in the mounting disc, and the mounting disc is mounted and fixed on a wall surface;
the adjusting rod is axially arranged in the adjusting sleeve in a telescopic manner and can axially press the bouncing valve core of the button type bathroom device to a limit position in the installation process of the button type bathroom device, at least one end of the adjusting rod is provided with a tool acting surface for adjusting a tool to axially adjust the tool acting surface, and the tool acting surface is arranged at one side far away from the bouncing valve core;
the stop mechanism is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the adjusting sleeve and is abutted with a stop matching part on the mounting disc at the end point of axial movement of the adjusting sleeve so as to prevent the adjusting sleeve from being separated from the mounting disc;
the adjusting sleeve is further provided with a limiting mechanism at one end far away from the bouncing valve core, the limiting mechanism is formed in a boss mode of being annularly arranged on the adjusting sleeve or is formed in a groove mode of being axially extended, the anti-rotation mechanism is formed at the end face of a groove at one side far away from the bouncing valve core, and the limiting mechanism is matched with a limiting matching part on the mounting disc to prevent the adjusting sleeve from being excessively separated from the mounting disc due to axial pressing in the mounting process;
the shrinkage stopping piece is configured to be sleeved on an annular structure at one end of the adjusting rod far away from the bouncing valve core or configured to be arranged in the adjusting sleeve and axially extend in a cantilever structure, and is arranged between the adjusting rod and the adjusting sleeve so as to prevent the adjusting rod axially extending out of the adjusting sleeve from retracting;
the limiting piece is installed into the limiting hole of the installation disc through the bayonet connection mechanism to limit the axial movement of the adjusting sleeve, the limiting piece can prevent the adjusting sleeve from being reset to enable the adjusting sleeve to move axially due to the fact that the acting force applied by the outside acts on the adjusting rod discontinuously exists in the axial length adjusting process of the adjusting rod, and the limiting piece is configured to be detached from the installation disc after the adjusting rod is adjusted.
2. A transmission adjustment assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-rotation means are constituted in the form of axially extending grooves or protrusions or in the form of polygonal outer contours of the adjustment sleeve.
3. A transmission adjustment assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the stop means are formed in the form of a radially outwardly protruding projection from the outer circumferential surface of the adjustment sleeve.
4. The drive adjustment assembly of claim 1, wherein the stop is sized and/or shaped to form an interference fit with the stop aperture.
5. The drive adjustment assembly of claim 1, wherein the stop is circumferentially provided with a flange having an axially extending projection thereon, the flange and the projection cooperating with the stop aperture to limit rotation and axial movement of the stop.
6. The transmission adjustment assembly according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the adjustment sleeve is threadably connected to the adjustment rod.
7. A push button shower device comprising a mounting panel having a push button, a mounting disc mounted on a wall, a bouncing valve element mounted in the wall, and a transmission adjustment assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the adjustment sleeve being mounted in the mounting disc and the adjustment lever abutting the bouncing valve element, the push button on the mounting panel acting on the adjustment sleeve to axially press the bouncing valve element through the adjustment lever.
