本发明属于阀技术领域,具体涉及一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统。
背景技术
为了保护压力管道、压力容器以及它们上下游的装置与设备,经常需要设置在超压工况下能够自动开启或关闭的阀门。在以往的实践中,通常使用压力变送器检测压力管道或者压力容器中的压力,压力变送器输出信号至控制系统,当压力超过设定值时,控制系统会自动发出指令使阀门开启或者关闭。
使用压力变送器和控制系统共同实现超压工况下自动启闭阀门的主要潜在风险在于,如果压力变送器失效,或者压力变送器与控制系统之间的信号传输出现问题,或者控制系统与阀门之间的信号传输出现问题,就可能出现压力已经超过设定值,阀门却未如期动作的情形,给压力管道、压力容器以及它们上下游的装置与设备带来威胁。
在压力控制精度要求较高的低压场合,尤其需要提高触发的灵敏性和可靠性。在实践中,可以采用基于压杆失稳触发的膜片先导型自动阀。该类自动阀通常采用连通管将先导触发机构与开关阀上游的管道相连通,但当上游管道中的流质比较粘稠或易结晶易凝固时,常常会造成连通管的阻塞,进而影响先导触发机构的灵敏性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,具体采用如下技术方案:
一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,包括安装于管道上的开关阀,开关阀控制着开关阀上游管道和开关阀下游管道内介质的流通;所述开关阀的阀杆连接有开关执行机构;开关阀上游管道通过连通管与先导触发机构相连,先导触发机构与开关执行机构相连,先导触发机构用于触发开关执行机构,其特征在于连通管上设置有隔离装置,隔离装置通过压力感受部件将连通管隔离为上游和下游两部分,隔离装置的压力感受部件能够感受来自上游管道的介质压力并将该压力反馈给先导触发机构,从而引起先导触发机构的动作,连通管的下游与先导触发机构之间填充有非粘稠且不可压缩的流体。
所述隔离装置包括壳体以及波纹管,压力感受部件为波纹管,波纹管的一面与上游管道的介质接触,另一面与填充于连通管与先导触发机构之间的流体相接触。
所述隔离装置为隔膜结构隔离装置,其壳体由隔离装置壳体A和隔离装置壳体B组成,压力感受部件为壳体A和壳体B之间固定的隔膜,隔膜面向连通管下游的一面连接有隔膜支撑板,隔膜支撑板另一端连接有活塞杆。
所述隔离装置为活塞结构隔离装置,包括壳体,压力感受部件为壳体内设置的活塞,活塞面向连通管下游的一面设置有活塞杆,活塞杆配套设置有导向套。
所述开关执行机构包括缸体,所述缸体内滑动安装有推杆,所述推杆的上端连接有执行活塞,所述执行活塞与所述缸体之间设置有压缩弹簧,所述推杆的中部铰接安装有与所述阀杆相连接的拨叉,所述推杆的下端伸出所述缸体,所述推杆做直线运动时带动所述拨叉进而改变所述开关阀的阀位状态;所述缸体的下端铰接安装有两个相对设置的锁止摇臂,所述开关阀处于正常阀位时,两个锁止摇臂处于闭合状态且所述推杆的下端与两个锁止摇臂相接触,两个所述锁止摇臂的自由端限制于所述锁止卡槽内。
所述先导触发机构包括先导阀体,先导阀体内由隔膜分隔为第一腔室和第二腔室,第一腔室与连通管下游相连通,先导阀体内滑动安装有与隔膜相连接的顶杆,由于隔膜具有弹性,最好在所述顶杆与所述膜片之间设置支撑板;所述顶杆的上端伸出所述先导阀体且连接用开关执行机构,顶杆的下端伸出所述先导阀体且连接有触发杆。
触发杆的外侧设置有保护罩,所述触发杆通过螺帽与所述保护罩可拆卸连接。
所述顶杆的上端伸出所述先导阀体且连接有用于限制所述开关执行机构动作的锁止卡槽。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有至少以下有益效果:
本发明通过设置隔离结构,可用于管道介质为易结晶易凝固流体的场合,提高了阀门响应的精确度和灵敏度。同时本发明采用隔膜式先导结构,当压力超过设定值时,动作响应快、反应灵敏,特别适用于压力控制精度要求较高的低压场合,触发灵敏性和可靠性好。

连通管50上设置有隔离装置,隔离装置通过压力感受部件将连通管50隔离为上游和下游两部分,隔离装置的压力感受部件能够感受来自上游管道41的介质压力并将该压力反馈给先导触发机构30,从而引起先导触发机构的动作,连通管50的下游与先导触发机构30之间填充有非粘稠且不可压缩的流体。隔离装置可由金属制成。
如图1所示,本发明的隔离装置60包括壳体601以及波纹管602,压力感受部件为波纹管602,波纹管602可以伸缩,其一面与上游管道41的介质接触,另一面填充于连通管50与先导触发机构30之间的流体相接触,当上游管道41的介质压力过大时,其波纹管收缩,进而挤压连通管50与先导触发机构之间的流体,该流体的压力增大会导致先导触发机构30动作,进而带动开关执行机构20控制开关阀10的开启和闭合。
上述波纹管的设置方向可以设置于隔离装置靠近连通管下游的部位,也可像图4设置于隔离装置靠近连通管上游的部位,如图4所示,此时隔离装置可称为反置隔离装置63,同样包括反置隔离装置壳体631和波纹管632。
本发明的隔离装置还可采用图2所示隔膜结构隔离装置61,其壳体由612隔离装置壳体A和613隔离装置壳体B组成,壳体A和壳体B之间固定有隔膜611,压力感受部件为隔膜611,隔膜面向连通管50下游的一面连接有隔膜支撑板616,隔膜支撑板616另一端连接有活塞杆615,当受到压力时,隔膜611向连通管50下游移动,带动隔膜支撑板616及活塞杆615向先导触发机构30施加压力。
作为变通的形式,隔离装置还可采用图3的活塞结构隔离装置62,其包括隔离装置壳体621,其内设置有活塞622,压力感受部件为活塞622,活塞面向连通管50下游的一面设置有活塞杆624,活塞杆624配套设置有导向套623,当受到压力时,活塞622向连通管50下游移动,带动活塞杆624向先导触发机构30施加压力。
其中,所述先导触发机构30包括先导阀体31,所述先导阀体31内由隔膜32分隔为第一腔室33和第二腔室34,第一腔室33与连通管50下游相连通,所述先导阀体31内滑动安装有与隔膜32相连接的顶杆35,由于隔膜32具有弹性,最好在所述顶杆35与所述隔膜32之间设置支撑板39;所述顶杆35的上端伸出所述先导阀体31且连接有用于限制所述开关执行机构20动作的锁止卡槽36,所述顶杆35的下端伸出所述先导阀体31且连接有触发杆37。
该先导触发机构30是基于压杆稳定和压杆失稳原理设计,具有两个工作位置。决定该机构处于哪一个工作位置,进而决定整个自动阀门是否动作的部件是触发杆37,所述触发杆37的外侧设置有保护罩38,所述触发杆37通过螺帽与所述保护罩38可拆卸连接。当第一腔室33内压力超过设定值时,介质压力通过膜片32快速传递而使所述触发杆37发生失稳弯曲,此时所述锁止卡槽36解除对所述开关执行机构20限制,进而所述开关执行机构20触发开关阀10由正常阀位改变为非正常阀位。
本实施例中,所述开关执行机构20包括缸体21,所述缸体21内滑动安装有推杆22,所述推杆22的上端连接有执行活塞23,所述执行活塞23与所述缸体21之间设置有压缩弹簧24,所述推杆22的中部铰接安装有与所述阀杆11相连接的拨叉25,所述推杆22的下端伸出所述缸体21,所述推杆22做直线运动时带动所述拨叉25进而改变所述开关阀10的阀位状态;所述缸体21的下端铰接安装有两个相对设置的锁止摇臂26,参考图1,所述开关阀10处于正常阀位时,两个锁止摇臂26处于闭合状态且所述推杆22的下端与两个锁止摇臂26相接触,两个所述锁止摇臂26的自由端限制于所述锁止卡槽36内,这样推杆22会受到两个锁止摇臂26的限制而无法运动。两个所述锁止摇臂26的自由端均安装有与所述锁止卡槽36滚动摩擦的轴承27,以便减小摩擦力。
参考图1,当开关阀上游管道41内介质压力低于设定压力时,即先导阀体31的第一腔室33内的压力低于设定压力,此时触发杆37承受的载荷小于其临界载荷而压杆稳定,当触发杆37处于压杆稳定状态时,触发杆37的轴向推力会使顶杆35、隔膜32以及锁止卡槽36处于工作位置一,此时锁止卡槽36与轴承27接触,将两个锁止摇臂26卡住,阻止了锁止摇臂26的旋转运动,两个锁止摇臂26处于闭合状态而将推杆22顶住,推杆22不会发生轴向直线运动,压缩弹簧24的弹性势能无法释放,开关阀10处于正常阀位。
当开关阀上游管道41内介质压力高于设定压力时,即先导阀体31的第一腔室33内的压力高于设定压力,此时触发杆37承受的载荷将超过其临界载荷而压杆失稳、丧失承载能力,在触发杆37失稳弯曲而丧失承载能力后,其作用在顶杆35上的推力会骤然降低,介质压力会推动隔膜32移动至工作位置二,在此过程中,顶杆35会带动与之固定为一体的锁止卡槽36移动直至锁止卡槽36失去对锁止摇臂26的约束作用,推杆22在压缩弹簧24的推动作用下推动锁止摇臂26旋转,锁止摇臂26将不再顶住推杆22,推杆22在压缩弹簧24的推动作用下移动,通过拨叉25将开关阀10由正常阀位改变为非正常阀位(若正常工况下开关阀处于全开位,则超压工况下开关阀应自动关闭,阀位变为全关位;若正常工况下开关阀处于全关位,则超压工况下开关阀应自动开启,阀位变为全开位),从而实现了超压时阀门的自动开启或者关闭。
另外,根据压杆失稳的欧拉定律,可以通过调整触发杆37(细长杆)的弹性模量和长细比而改变其临界载荷,进而改变开关阀10动作时的设定压力。
在本发明中,波纹管与隔膜、活塞之间可以互相替换,具有等同的技术效果,其基本原理在于波纹管、隔膜、活塞
都能够通过隔离产生两个腔室且能够感受压力并进行一定的移动,均为压力感受装置的变通形式。

Claims (8)

1.一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,包括安装于管道上的开关阀,开关阀控制着开关阀上游管道和开关阀下游管道内介质的流通;所述开关阀的阀杆连接有开关执行机构;开关阀上游管道通过连通管与先导触发机构相连,先导触发机构与开关执行机构相连,先导触发机构用于触发开关执行机构,其特征在于连通管上设置有隔离装置,隔离装置通过压力感受部件将连通管隔离为上游和下游两部分,隔离装置的压力感受部件能够感受来自上游管道的介质压力并将该压力反馈给先导触发机构,从而引起先导触发机构的动作,连通管的下游与先导触发机构之间填充有非粘稠且不可压缩的流体。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其特征在于隔离装置包括壳体以及波纹管,压力感受部件为波纹管,波纹管的一面与上游管道的介质接触,另一面与填充于连通管与先导触发机构之间的液体相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其特征在于所述隔离装置为隔膜结构隔离装置,其壳体由隔离装置壳体A和隔离装置壳体B组成,压力感受部件为壳体A和壳体B之间固定的隔膜,隔膜面向连通管下游的一面连接有隔膜支撑板,隔膜支撑板另一端连接有活塞杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其特征在于所述隔离装置为活塞结构隔离装置,包括壳体,压力感受部件为壳体内设置的活塞,活塞面向连通管下游的一面设置有活塞杆,活塞杆配套设置有导向套。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其开关执行机构包括缸体,所述缸体内滑动安装有推杆,所述推杆的上端连接有执行活塞,所述执行活塞与所述缸体之间设置有压缩弹簧,所述推杆的中部铰接安装有与所述阀杆相连接的拨叉,所述推杆的下端伸出所述缸体,所述推杆做直线运动时带动所述拨叉进而改变所述开关阀的阀位状态;所述缸体的下端铰接安装有两个相对设置的锁止摇臂,所述开关阀处于正常阀位时,两个锁止摇臂处于闭合状态且所述推杆的下端与两个锁止摇臂相接触,两个所述锁止摇臂的自由端限制于所述锁止卡槽内。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,所述先导触发机构包括先导阀体,先导阀体内由隔膜分隔为第一腔室和第二腔室,第一腔室与连通管下游相连通,先导阀体内滑动安装有与隔膜相连接的顶杆,由于隔膜具有弹性,最好在所述顶杆与所述隔膜之间设置支撑板;所述顶杆的上端伸出所述先导阀体且连接用开关执行机构,顶杆的下端伸出所述先导阀体且连接有触发杆。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其特征在于触发杆的外侧设置有保护罩,所述触发杆通过螺帽与所述保护罩可拆卸连接。
8.根据权利要求6所述一种带有隔离装置的阀门系统,其特征在于所述顶杆的上端伸出所述先导阀体且连接有用于限制所述开关执行机构动作的锁止卡槽。
