Abstract
本发明公开了一种插接定位式蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、连接套、驱动杆、伸缩组件;所述的伸缩组件包括定位块、伸缩筒、伸缩体;本发明的驱动杆向下移动,驱动杆带动定位块向下移动,此时的伸缩筒是压缩在定位块的伸缩槽内的,当伸缩筒移动至卡接槽时,伸缩筒就会被伸缩体弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽内,此时即可转动驱动杆带动阀板转动,当调节完毕之后,驱动杆继续向下移动,伸缩筒向下移动的同时伸缩筒会沿着锥形滑槽向伸缩槽内部移动,当伸缩筒完全插入定位块的伸缩槽时九十度转动驱动杆即可拔出驱动杆和伸缩组件;如此实现了驱动杆和阀板的活动连接,驱动杆拆卸安装便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插接定位式蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是一种结构相对简单的调节阀,通常主要用于管道内水、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属等各种类型流体的切断或节流作用,也正是由于主要针对各种类型的流体;现有的蝶阀一般包括阀体、阀板、驱动杆,阀板密封连接在阀体的内侧,驱动杆穿过阀体固定在阀板的一侧,通过转动驱动杆,驱动杆带动阀板转动,从而可以完成阀板和阀体的启闭过程;但是目前,驱动杆和阀板一般是固定连接的,一旦驱动杆发生损坏,整个阀板就要更换,给企业增加了成本,如此本发明需要实现驱动杆和阀板可以活动连接以便驱动杆的更换。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种驱动杆和阀体拆卸安装便利的插接定位式蝶阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种插接定位式蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、连接套、驱动杆、伸缩组件;所述的阀体呈环形结构;所述的阀板安装在阀体的内部;所述的连接套固定安装在阀板的一侧面上;所述的连接套上端开口,连接套内部设有插腔;所述的插腔下方两侧向外侧各延伸有一个卡接槽;所述的卡接槽的下端设有锥形滑槽;所述的锥形滑槽呈上大下小的锥形结构;所述的驱动杆的下端安装伸缩组件;所述的驱动杆下端穿过阀体后穿接在连接套内;所述的伸缩组件包括定位块、伸缩筒、伸缩体;所述的定位块的上端固定在驱动杆的下端;所述的定位块的两侧各设有一个伸缩槽;所述的伸缩体设有两个;所述的伸缩槽内各安装一个伸缩体;所述的伸缩筒设有两个,伸缩筒一端设有开口端,伸缩筒另一端设有封闭端;所述定位块两侧的伸缩槽内的伸缩体上各套接一个伸缩筒;所述的伸缩筒通过开口端插入伸缩槽后套接在伸缩体上;所述的伸缩筒通过伸缩体弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽内;所述驱动杆向下移动时带动伸缩筒沿着锥形滑槽向伸缩槽内部移动。
进一步,所述的定位块呈扁体圆柱形结构;所述的连接套内部的插腔呈圆柱形结构。
进一步,还包括密封圈;所述的密封圈卡接在阀体内侧边缘。
进一步,所述的伸缩筒和卡接槽的截面均呈矩形结构。
进一步,所述的密封圈呈环体结构;所述的密封圈的外侧设有密封连接环;所述的阀体的内侧设有密封安装环槽;所述的密封圈通过密封连接环密封连接在阀体内侧的密封安装环槽内。
进一步,还包括驱动机构;所述的驱动机构安装在驱动杆的上端;所述的驱动机构为驱动电机或者驱动轮。
进一步,所述的密封圈的内侧截面呈弧形结构;所述的密封圈由弹性密封材料制成。
进一步,所述的伸缩组件还包括稳固弹性体;所述的稳固弹性体安装在连接套插腔的底部;所述的稳固弹性体上端弹性压缩抵压在定位块的下端面上。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的驱动杆向下移动,驱动杆带动定位块向下移动,此时的伸缩筒是压缩在定位块的伸缩槽内的,当伸缩筒移动至卡接槽时,伸缩筒就会被伸缩体弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽内,此时即可转动驱动杆带动阀板转动,当调节完毕之后,驱动杆继续向下移动,伸缩筒向下移动的同时伸缩筒会沿着锥形滑槽向伸缩槽内部移动,当伸缩筒完全插入定位块的伸缩槽时九十度转动驱动杆即可拔出驱动杆和伸缩组件;如此实现了驱动杆和阀板的活动连接,驱动杆拆卸安装便利。

下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1至6所示,一种插接定位式蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀板2、连接套4、驱动杆3、伸缩组件7。所述的阀体2呈环形结构;所述的阀板2安装在阀体1的内部;所述的连接套4固定安装在阀板2的一侧面上;所述的连接套4上端开口,连接套4内部设有插腔41;所述的插腔41下方两侧向外侧各延伸有一个卡接槽42;所述的卡接槽42的下端设有锥形滑槽43;所述的锥形滑槽43呈上大下小的锥形结构;所述的驱动杆3的下端安装伸缩组件7;所述的驱动杆3下端穿过阀体1后穿接在连接套4内;所述的伸缩组件7包括定位块71、伸缩筒72、伸缩体73;所述的定位块71的上端固定在驱动杆3的下端;所述的定位块71的两侧各设有一个伸缩槽711;所述的伸缩体73设有两个;所述的伸缩槽711内各安装一个伸缩体73;所述的伸缩筒72设有两个,伸缩筒72一端设有开口端,伸缩筒另一端设有封闭端;所述定位块71两侧的伸缩槽711内的伸缩体73上各套接一个伸缩筒72;所述的伸缩筒72通过开口端插入伸缩槽711后套接在伸缩体73上;所述的伸缩筒72通过伸缩体73弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽42内;所述驱动杆3向下移动时带动伸缩筒72沿着锥形滑槽43向伸缩槽711内部移动。进一步优选,所述的定位块71呈扁体圆柱形结构;所述的连接套4内部的插腔呈圆柱形结构。进一步优选,为了保证密封性,还包括密封圈5;所述的密封圈5卡接在阀体1内侧边缘。进一步优选,所述的伸缩筒72和卡接槽42的截面均呈矩形结构。进一步优选,所述的密封圈5呈环体结构;所述的密封圈5的外侧设有密封连接环51;所述的阀体1的内侧设有密封安装环槽11;所述的密封圈5通过密封连接环51密封连接在阀体1内侧的密封安装环槽11内。进一步优选,还包括驱动机构6;所述的驱动机构6安装在驱动杆3的上端;所述的驱动机构6为驱动电机或者驱动轮。进一步优选,所述的密封圈5的内侧截面呈弧形结构;所述的密封圈5由弹性密封材料制成。进一步优选,所述的伸缩组件7还包括稳固弹性体74;所述的稳固弹性体74安装在连接套4插腔41的底部;所述的稳固弹性体74上端弹性压缩抵压在定位块71的下端面上。
本发明的驱动杆3向下移动,驱动杆3带动定位块71向下移动,此时的伸缩筒72是压缩在定位块71的伸缩槽711内的,当伸缩筒72移动至卡接槽42时,伸缩筒72就会被伸缩体73弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽42内,此时即可转动驱动杆3带动阀板2转动,当调节完毕之后,驱动杆3继续向下移动,伸缩筒72向下移动的同时伸缩筒72会沿着锥形滑槽43向伸缩槽711内部移动,当伸缩筒72完全插入定位块71的伸缩槽711时九十度转动驱动杆3即可拔出驱动杆3和伸缩组件7;如此实现了驱动杆3和阀板2的活动连接,驱动杆3拆卸安装便利。

1.一种插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀板、连接套、驱动杆、伸缩组件;所述的阀体呈环形结构;所述的阀板安装在阀体的内部;所述的连接套固定安装在阀板的一侧面上;所述的连接套上端开口,连接套内部设有插腔;所述的插腔下方两侧向外侧各延伸有一个卡接槽;所述的卡接槽的下端设有锥形滑槽;所述的锥形滑槽呈上大下小的锥形结构;所述的驱动杆的下端安装伸缩组件;所述的驱动杆下端穿过阀体后穿接在连接套内;所述的伸缩组件包括定位块、伸缩筒、伸缩体;所述的定位块的上端固定在驱动杆的下端;所述的定位块的两侧各设有一个伸缩槽;所述的伸缩体设有两个;所述的伸缩槽内各安装一个伸缩体;所述的伸缩筒设有两个,伸缩筒一端设有开口端,伸缩筒另一端设有封闭端;所述定位块两侧的伸缩槽内的伸缩体上各套接一个伸缩筒;所述的伸缩筒通过开口端插入伸缩槽后套接在伸缩体上;所述的伸缩筒通过伸缩体弹力推动后插入卡接在卡接槽内;所述驱动杆向下移动时带动伸缩筒沿着锥形滑槽向伸缩槽内部移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的定位块呈扁体圆柱形结构;所述的连接套内部的插腔呈圆柱形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,还包括密封圈;所述的密封圈卡接在阀体内侧边缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的伸缩筒和卡接槽的截面均呈矩形结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的密封圈呈环体结构;所述的密封圈的外侧设有密封连接环;所述的阀体的内侧设有密封安装环槽;所述的密封圈通过密封连接环密封连接在阀体内侧的密封安装环槽内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构;所述的驱动机构安装在驱动杆的上端;所述的驱动机构为驱动电机或者驱动轮。
7.根据权利要求5所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的密封圈的内侧截面呈弧形结构;所述的密封圈由弹性密封材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的插接定位式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的伸缩组件还包括稳固弹性体;所述的稳固弹性体安装在连接套插腔的底部;所述的稳固弹性体上端弹性压缩抵压在定位块的下端面上。
