Abstract
The invention discloses a cantilever type adjustable positioning frame for steel pipe piles of a water bailey beam trestle, which comprises a bailey beam (1), wherein the end part of the bailey beam (1) is provided with a positioning frame through a connector (5), the upper surface and the lower surface of the positioning frame are respectively provided with two guide rails (3), and a row of horizontal positioning rods (6) are arranged between the two guide rails (3). The invention successfully solves the construction problems of cantilever type accurate positioning construction of the steel pipe pile of the steel trestle (or the water pile drilling platform), ensures the accuracy of the axis position of the steel pipe pile and the position of the beam part node, improves the stress state of the steel trestle (or the water pile drilling platform), has high economical efficiency, safety and reliability, short positioning time and improves the bearing capacity and stability compared with the traditional water ship positioning method.

Background
In the construction of underwater piers of railway and highway bridges, bridge foundations are generally constructed by erecting steel pipe piles and drilling pile steel platforms of underwater bailey beam trestle bridges. The steel trestle beam part and the steel platform beam part are the most used bailey beams, and because of the characteristics of the bailey beam structure, the fulcras of the steel trestle and the steel platform upright posts (piers) are required to be placed at the junction of chord members at the joints of the bailey beams, so that the accuracy of the plane position of the steel pipe piles serving as the piers cannot exceed +20mm when the steel pipe piles are constructed, and the verticality of the steel pipe piles does not exceed 0.5%. The problem is usually solved by setting up a water positioning frame in water for accurate control, but the method needs water ship equipment, and has the advantages of complex operation, long construction period and high cost.

The connectors are mounted at the four corners of the end face of the beret beam.
The locating rack comprises a front set of bailey racks and a rear set of bailey racks, the bailey racks are connected with the end parts through cross beams, and guide rails are arranged on channel steel on the inner sides of the upper chord member and the lower chord member of the bailey racks.
The guide rail and the horizontal positioning rod are steel pipes and are connected through fasteners.
The end part of the beam is provided with a strip hole, and the mounting position of the outer bailey frame is adjusted through the strip hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The perpendicularity of the cantilever type positioning frame can be adjusted through strip holes on the male and female heads of the connector, and when the steel pipe column is placed into the positioning frame to be positioned, accurate positioning is performed by adjusting the position of the horizontal positioning rod on the guide rail.
