Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for removing lint, in particular to a method for singeing and removing lint after finishing linen ARIO.
Background
Linen products are widely favored by consumers due to the special moisture absorption effect and natural antibacterial property. However, the linen has the fiber characteristic of the knot, so that the cloth surface is not clean, the knot of the linen is easy to flower during dyeing, and the knot can feel stabbing when being worn, so that the comfort of a user is reduced. Therefore, the surface friction of the traditional linen can be carried out on the linen through the sanding machine during production, and the grinding head can rub off the grain heads on the linen. However, the grain removing method often influences the treatment effect of the linen due to different sanding effects of the sanding machine during treatment; the too light sanding process can cause the particle ends of the linen not to be completely removed, while the too heavy sanding process can cause the severe reduction of the strength of the linen, thereby reducing the structural performance of the linen and generating the situation of holes. Therefore, there is a need for a method that can effectively remove lint without affecting the strength of the lint.

4. The method for singeing and removing the particle heads after linen ARIO finishing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the larger particle heads in the step (iii) is 1-3 mm, and the diameter of the smaller particle heads in the step (iv) is less than 1 mm.
5. A linen dyeing process using the method of singeing and shot-removing after linen ARIO finishing as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
desizing: placing the grey cloth into a 60 ℃ trough for desizing, wherein 1g/L of penetrant and 2-3 g/L desizing enzyme are arranged in desizing agent used for desizing; then steaming the desized grey cloth at the temperature of 80 ℃, washing with water, and drying to obtain cloth A;
ARIO arrangement: padding the cloth A in warm water at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ to moisten the cloth surface, and then mechanically beating the padded cloth A at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ to float the grain heads of the cloth surface to obtain cloth B;
thirdly, singeing: brushing and singeing the cloth B in sequence, and removing the grain heads on the cloth B to obtain cloth C;
fourthly, stacking with alkali and oxygen: padding the cloth C with alkali liquor in a normal temperature environment, and stacking for 20-24 hours to obtain cloth D, wherein the alkali liquor is prepared from the following raw materials: 20-25 g/L of caustic soda, 8g/L of hydrogen peroxide, 3-4 g/L of refining agent, 3-4 g/L of oxygen bleaching stabilizer and 3-4 g/L of chelating dispersant;
bleaching: padding and bleaching the D cloth by a bleaching agent in a normal temperature environment, steaming, washing and drying the D cloth in sequence, wherein the steaming temperature is 98 ℃, and the steaming time is 30 minutes to obtain the E cloth, wherein the bleaching agent is prepared from the following raw materials: 4g/L of caustic soda, 6-8 g/L of hydrogen peroxide, 4g/L of refining agent, 4g/L of oxygen bleaching stabilizer, 4g/L of chelating dispersant and 3g/L of sodium silicate;
sixthly, semi-mercerizing: soaking and rolling the E cloth by 160g/L of sodium hydroxide solution, spraying the E cloth by 70g/L of sodium hydroxide solution, spraying the E cloth by warm water for three times, and steaming, washing and drying to obtain F cloth;
seventh, liquid flow dyeing: coloring the F cloth in a liquid flow dye vat by using a dye and an auxiliary agent to obtain G cloth;
and eighthly, after finishing: and drying, softening, tentering and preshrinking the G cloth to obtain the finished cloth.
