4. An automotive trim panel assembly comprising an automotive trim panel insert as defined in claim 3.
5. A method of installing an automotive trim panel assembly as defined in claim 4, comprising the steps of:
1) When the automobile body is manufactured and molded at the position where the automobile decorative plate (100) is required to be mounted, the base (1) of the automobile decorative plate insert is molded together, the connecting part (16) of the base (1) is fixed on the automobile body (300), and meanwhile, a hole position is reserved at the corresponding position of the automobile body (300) and the mounting through hole (15) of the base (1);
