The driving part 54 is provided with a guide hole 57 penetrating through the driving part 54, the two guide plates 55 are all located in the guide hole 57, the aperture of the guide hole 57 is larger than the distance between the two guide plates 55, when the driving part 54 slides relative to the first joint 4, the guide plates 55 can move in the guide hole 57, two ends of the first elastic piece 13 respectively abut against the seat body 51 and the other end of the locking piece 11, the first elastic piece 13 and the second elastic piece 14 are both springs, the sliding direction of the first elastic piece 13 is the same as the sliding direction of the locking piece 11, two ends of the second elastic piece 14 respectively abut against the locking piece 11 and the pressing part 53, the sliding direction of the second elastic piece 14 is the same as the sliding direction of the snap fastener 12, and the sliding direction of the locking piece 11 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the snap fastener 12.
In this embodiment, the length direction of the first elastic member 13 is parallel to the sliding direction of the locking piece 11, the length direction of the second elastic member 14 is parallel to the sliding direction of the snap fastener 12, a positioning blind hole (not numbered in the figure) is disposed on one side of the seat body 51 close to the locking piece 11 and one side of the locking piece 11 close to the seat body 51, two ends of the first elastic member 13 are respectively accommodated in the positioning blind hole of the seat body 51 and the positioning blind hole of the locking piece 11, the side wall of the positioning blind hole blocks the first elastic member 13, and the first elastic member 13 is prevented from moving relatively to the seat body 51, and meanwhile, the first elastic member 13 is also prevented from moving relatively to the locking piece 11. When the folding seat frame 2 is connected with the second joint 5 to complete the direction change, the protruding plate 15 of the second joint 5 is reinserted into the first chute 6, after the second joint 5 and the first joint 4 are assembled to the required position, the snap fastener 12 is loosened, the second elastic element 14 drives the snap fastener 12 to restore to the original position, meanwhile, the first elastic element 13 drives the locking piece 11 to protrude into the locking groove 8 again, and in the process that the locking piece 11 protrudes into the locking groove 8, the edge at the opening of the locking groove 8 is abutted against the second guiding inclined surface 61 due to the second guiding inclined surface 61, so that the locking piece 11 easily protrudes into the locking groove 8, and the clamping efficiency and the clamping yield of the first joint 4 and the second joint 5 are improved.
The lock block 11 is provided with a relief hole 62 penetrating the lock block 11, the rod body 58 is movably accommodated in the relief hole 62, a closed ring surrounding the rod body 58 is formed on the side wall of the relief hole 62, the rod body 58 is blocked by the closed ring, the rod body 58 is prevented from being separated from the lock block 11 along the radial direction of the rod body 58, and the first guide inclined plane 59 is the side wall on one side of the relief hole 62. Further, the side wall of the guide hole 57 forms a closed loop around the lock piece 11, with which the lock piece 11 is blocked, preventing the lock piece 11 from being separated from the snap fastener 12 in the axial direction of the rod 58.
The second joint 5 is provided with a guide rib 65 positioned in the first chute 6, the length direction of the guide rib 65 is parallel to the length direction of the first chute 6, the protruding plate 15 is provided with a guide groove 66, the guide rib 65 is slidingly accommodated in the guide groove 66, the side wall of the guide groove 66 is used for stopping the guide rib 65, after the protruding plate 15 of the second joint 5 is inserted into the first chute 6, the guide rib 65 is accommodated in the guide groove 66, the left side and the right side of the rib 16 are respectively stopped by utilizing the guide bar 7 and the bottom wall of the first chute 6, and the second joint 5 is prevented from moving along the left-right direction relative to the first joint 4; the second joint 5 is prevented from moving in the front-rear direction relative to the first joint 4 by stopping both sides of the guide rib 65 by the side walls on both sides of the guide groove 66; the second joint 5 is provided with a containing groove 68 for containing the folding seat frame 2, the containing groove 68 is concavely arranged on one side, far away from the joint body 9, of the seat body 51, the containing groove 68 is in a straight strip shape, the central axis of the containing groove 68 is crossed with the central axis of the first sliding groove 6, after the external folding seat frame 2 finishes reversing, the folding seat frame 2 and the folding seat frame 1 form an X shape, and the overall stability of the handcart is ensured.
The width of the pressing part 53 is larger than that of the driving part 54, a boss 67 protruding into the first sliding groove 6 is arranged on the first joint 4, the boss 67 is used for abutting against the pressing part 53, and when a user presses the snap fastener 12 to enable the snap fastener 12 to retract into the first sliding groove 6, the boss 67 is used for blocking the pressing part 53 to prevent the snap fastener 12 from being excessively inserted into the first sliding groove 6; a guide plate 55 is provided to abut against the side wall of the guide hole 57 at the end far from the pressing portion 53, and when the second elastic member 14 drives the snap fastener 12 to return to its original position, the guide plate 55 stops the side wall of the guide hole 57 at the end far from the pressing portion 53, thereby preventing the snap fastener 12 from being excessively withdrawn from the first slide groove 6.
