Abstract
本发明提供了一种防爆玻璃,包括通过玻璃胶固定的玻璃基层和防爆层,所述的防爆层包括中央夹丝层以及通过EVA胶层粘接在中央夹丝层两面的钢化玻璃层,内侧的钢化玻璃层与玻璃基层连接,外侧的钢化玻璃层表面涂覆有耐磨涂层。本发明利用胶层连接形成多层结构,在保证抗冲击性能的同时可以有效的防止玻璃破碎时碎片的飞溅,安全性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及特种玻璃领域,具体是一种防爆玻璃。
背景技术
防爆玻璃,就是能够防止暴力冲击的玻璃,它是利用特殊的添加剂和中间的夹层由机器加工做成的特种玻璃,即使玻璃打破也不会轻易掉落,因为中间的材料(PVB胶片)或另一侧防爆玻璃已经充分粘接起来。因此,防爆玻璃可以大大减少遭遇暴力冲击时对人员及贵重物品的伤害。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种防爆玻璃,利用胶层连接形成多层结构,在保证抗冲击性能的同时可以有效的防止玻璃破碎时碎片的飞溅,安全性能好。
及通过EVA胶层粘接在中央夹丝层两面的钢化玻璃层,内侧的钢化玻璃层与玻璃基层连接,外侧的钢化玻璃层表面涂覆有耐磨涂层。
本发明有益效果在于:利用胶层连接形成多层结构,在保证抗冲击性能的同时可以有效的防止玻璃破碎时碎片的飞溅,安全性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明结构如图1所示,包括通过玻璃胶固定的玻璃基层4和防爆层,所述的防爆层包括中央夹丝层3以及通过EVA胶层粘接在中央夹丝层3两面的钢化玻璃层2,内侧的钢化玻璃层与玻璃基层连接,外侧的钢化玻璃层表面涂覆有耐磨涂层1。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防爆玻璃,其特征在于:包括通过玻璃胶固定的玻璃基层和防爆层,所述的防爆层包括中央夹丝层以及通过EVA胶层粘接在中央夹丝层两面的钢化玻璃层,内侧的钢化玻璃层与玻璃基层连接,外侧的钢化玻璃层表面涂覆有耐磨涂层。
