Abstract

本案涉及一种油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其从上至下依次设有第一绝缘涂层、耐高温层、第一胶黏剂层、基材层、第二胶黏剂层和第二绝缘涂层;第一绝缘涂层和第二绝缘涂层均包括以下重量份的材料:聚碳酸酯100重量份;聚四氟乙烯20~25重量份;氮化硼10~12重量份;3‑甲基吲哚2~3重量份。本案通过引入聚四氟乙烯和聚醚砜树脂的聚合物来调节体系整体的抗拉伸强度,以能够在保证保护膜具有高绝缘性能和高耐热性能的前提下,取得很好的平衡;同时,复配的无机添加剂组合物与树脂体系具有很好地兼容性,可以使保护膜获得更高的绝缘性、耐热性和耐放电劣化性。

Description

油浸式变压器的绝缘膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘膜,具体涉及一种油浸式变压器的绝缘膜。
背景技术
变压器按照绝缘冷却类型可分为油浸式变压器和干式变压器。为了加强绝缘和冷却条件,变压器的铁芯和绕组都一起浸入灌满了变压器油的油箱中。近年来,变压器存在使用电压增高的倾向,对于其中所使用的绝缘膜也要求高耐热性和耐电压性。
绝缘膜的耐电压性因热劣化和放电劣化的影响而逐年降低。具体而言,在放电劣化方面,若绝缘材料中存在小的空隙、裂纹、伤痕等缺陷,则由于施加电压,在该缺陷处产生微弱的放电即局部放电(电晕放电)。可以认为由于反复发生该局部放电,产生局部破坏,其逐渐发展成树枝状,最终导致绝缘破坏。另外,将此时树枝状的破坏痕迹称为电树枝。现有的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜存在耐热性差和耐放电劣化性不足的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其具有耐热性和耐放电劣化性优异、且绝缘寿命长的绝缘膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,其从上至下依次设有第一绝缘涂层、耐高温层、第一胶黏剂层、基材层、第二胶黏剂层和第二绝缘涂层;
其中,所述第一绝缘涂层和第二绝缘涂层均包括以下重量份的材料:
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,还包括2~3重量份的碳化钨。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,还包括2~3重量份的氧化铝。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,还包括4~6重量份的聚醚砜树脂。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,还包括1~2重量份的Ti2SC。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,还包括2~3重量份的氧化钼。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,所述聚碳酸酯的数均分子量为18000~20000g/mol,所述聚四氟乙烯的数均分子量为5000~6000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,所述耐高温层包括玻璃纤维层和聚丙烯腈纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层位于所述聚丙烯腈纤维层的上表面。
优选的是,所述的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其中,所述聚醚砜树脂的数均分子量为2000~3000g/mol。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过引入聚四氟乙烯和聚醚砜树脂的聚合物来调节体系整体的抗拉伸强度,以能够在保证保护膜具有高绝缘性能和高耐热性能的前提下,取得很好的平衡;同时,复配的无机添加剂组合物与树脂体系具有很好地兼容性,可以使保护膜获得更高的绝缘性、耐热性和耐放电劣化性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的油浸式变压器的绝缘膜,其从上至下依次设有第一绝缘涂层、耐高温层、第一胶黏剂层、基材层、第二胶黏剂层和第二绝缘涂层;基材层可选自双马来酰亚胺薄膜,耐高温层包括玻璃纤维层和聚丙烯腈纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层位于所述聚丙烯腈纤维层的上表面;第一胶黏剂层和第二胶黏剂层可以选择有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂。
其中,第一绝缘涂层和第二绝缘涂层均包括以下重量份的材料:
聚碳酸酯作为绝缘涂层的主体,其具有高冲击强度、耐疲劳性和耐候性,但是其存在耐有机化学品性,耐刮痕性较差,长期暴露于紫外线中会发黄;通过加入聚四氟乙烯改善聚碳酸酯的不耐黄变、不耐刮和耐溶剂性差的缺点,并提高绝缘涂层的耐高温性能;通过加入氮化硼提高其耐电压性和绝缘性能;通过加入3-甲基吲哚改善绝缘涂层的耐候抗老化性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括2~3重量份的碳化钨。提高加入碳化钨提高其绝缘性能和耐热性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括2~3重量份的氧化铝。通过加入氧化铝提高其耐热性能和耐化学品性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括4~6重量份的聚醚砜树脂。通过加入聚醚砜树脂提高其耐热性和阻燃性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~2重量份的Ti2SC。通过加入Ti2SC提高抗热震性能和抗破坏容忍性以及耐放电劣化性。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括2~3重量份的氧化钼。通过加入氧化钼提高其耐热性能和绝缘膜的绝缘能力。
作为本案又一实施例,聚碳酸酯的数均分子量为18000~20000g/mol,所述聚四氟乙烯的数均分子量为5000~6000g/mol。
作为本案又一实施例,耐高温层包括玻璃纤维层和聚丙烯腈纤维层;所述玻璃纤维层位于所述聚丙烯腈纤维层的上表面。通过设置玻璃纤维层提高绝缘膜的耐热性能;通过设置聚丙烯腈纤维层提高和其第一胶黏剂层的粘结性能和相容性。
作为本案又一实施例,聚醚砜树脂的数均分子量为2000~3000g/mol。聚醚砜树脂可以改善膜的物理性能,它不仅能够与无机类绝缘添加剂很好的兼容在一起,而且能够有效提高膜的抗拉伸强度和抗电压强度。
