The fixed roller 122 is located directly below the rotating roller 123, and the pressing roller 124 is disposed obliquely above the rotating roller 123.
The cutter unit 130 includes two cutter holders 131 disposed opposite to each other, a cutter 132 fixed between the two cutter holders 131, a connection rod 133 hinged to the cutter holders 131, and a driving device driving the connection rod 133 to rotate. The middle part of the connecting rod 133 is rotatably connected with the bracket plate 121.

Since the gripping moving unit 120 grips the paper to move forward at a fixed speed, the driving device drives the link lever 133 to swing up and down at predetermined time intervals, thereby cutting the paper to a predetermined length.
