(3) polishing; starting the polishing device 4 for polishing, specifically, starting the clamping motor 211, rotating an output shaft of the clamping motor 211 and driving a crankshaft to rotate, rotating a main journal of the crankshaft and rubbing and polishing with the polishing wheel 422, driving an upper polishing seat 4361 and a lower polishing seat 4363 to do circular motion by taking the axis of the main journal of the crankshaft as the center of a circle by a connecting rod journal of the crankshaft, and rubbing and polishing the connecting rod journal with an upper semicircular polishing ring 4362 and a lower semicircular polishing ring 4364;
(4) working after polishing; the height of the lifting device 3 is adjusted to enable the lifting device to descend and not to abut against the crankshaft any more, and the specific operation is that after polishing is completed, the fixing of the first clamping ring 212 and the second clamping ring 223 on the crankshaft is removed, the starting cylinder 213 drives the supporting table 214 to move leftwards, the first clamping device 21 is separated from the crankshaft 5, the crankshaft 5 is taken down, the lifting motor 31 is started, the nut 34 is driven to move oppositely on the lead screw 32, and the shell 41 descends and restores to the original position.

A crankshaft polishing device for a diesel engine is characterized by comprising a base, a clamping device, a lifting device and a polishing device, wherein the clamping device can fix two ends of a crankshaft; the clamping device comprises a first clamping device and a second clamping device with adjustable intervals, the first clamping device and the second clamping device are respectively fixed at two ends of the upper surface of the base, the lifting device is fixed on the base and is positioned between the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and the polishing device can be vertically connected to the lifting device in an up-and-down moving mode; the polishing device comprises a shell with an open top, a plurality of main journal polishing parts and a plurality of connecting rod journal polishing parts, wherein the main journal polishing parts and the connecting rod journal polishing parts are fixed on the bottom surface in the shell;
the base is provided with an installation groove, the lifting device is fixed in the installation groove, and the first clamping device and the second clamping device are respectively fixed on two sides of the installation groove;
the first clamping device comprises a clamping motor, a first clamping ring, an air cylinder and a supporting table; the output end of the clamping motor is fixedly connected with the first clamping ring, the telescopic end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the end part of the supporting table, the clamping motor is fixed on the top surface of the supporting table, the air cylinder is fixed on the top surface of the base, and the distance between the air cylinder and the second clamping device is greater than the distance between the first clamping ring and the second clamping device;
the lifting device comprises a lifting motor, a screw rod, a bearing, a nut and a connecting rod; lifting motor fixes at the mounting groove bottom surface to near a side, lead screw one end is fixed at lifting motor's output, and the other end passes through the bearing and rotates the side of connecting at mounting groove and lifting motor opposition, the lead screw includes first spiral thread section, the second spiral thread section of symmetry and opposite screw thread screw direction, and the nut is two, connects respectively at first spiral thread section, second spiral thread section department, and the connecting rod is two, and the one end of connecting rod articulates at the top of nut, and the other end articulates in burnishing device's bottom.
2. The polishing device for the crankshaft of the diesel engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the supporting base is provided with a slider at a bottom thereof, and a guide rail slidably connected to the slider is further provided on a top surface of the base.

The crankshaft polishing device for the diesel engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein said second holding means is a fixing member including a supporting base, a rotating shaft, a second holding ring; the supporting seat is fixed at the end of the base, the rotating shaft is horizontally fixed at the top of the supporting seat, and the second clamping ring is fixed at the end of the rotating shaft.

The crankshaft polishing device for the diesel engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein five main journal polishing portions are provided, each main journal polishing portion includes a mounting plate and a polishing wheel, a bottom of the mounting plate is fixed to an inner bottom surface of the housing, and the polishing wheel is detachably fixed to a top of the mounting plate.

The crankshaft polishing device for the diesel engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein four connecting rod journal polishing portions are provided, and each connecting rod journal polishing portion comprises a fixing rod, a collar, a connecting sleeve, a telescopic rod, a spring and a polishing member; the dead lever is fixed on casing both sides face, cup joints on the dead lever that the lantern ring can be movable, and adapter sleeve one end is fixed on the lantern ring, and the one end of other end swing joint telescopic link, the other end fixed connection polishing piece of telescopic link, the outside cover of telescopic link has the spring, the lower extreme fixed connection of spring is in adapter sleeve's up end department, and the upper end fixed mounting of spring is in the bottom surface of polishing piece.

7. A polishing method using the crankshaft polishing device for a diesel engine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing before clamping the crankshaft; adjusting the distance between the first clamping device and the second clamping device to enable the clamping devices to clamp two ends of the crankshaft and fix the crankshaft;
(2) preparing for polishing; adjusting the height of the lifting device to enable the main journal polishing part to be abutted on the main journal, and the connecting rod shaft is abutted on the connecting rod journal through the polishing part;
(3) polishing; starting a polishing device to polish;
(4) working after polishing; the height of the lifting device is adjusted to ensure that the lifting device descends and does not abut against the crankshaft any more, and the crankshaft is taken down.
