When the water after washing the foot pad drops, the water drops to the inside of the filter frame 26, and then the filter frame 26 filters impurities in the water, the filtered water drops to the inside of the frame body 1, and the impurities are left in the filter frame 26. After the foot pad is cleaned, an operator can hold the pull rod 28 to pull the filter frame 26 to move rightwards, and when the filter frame 26 moves rightwards and is separated from the frame body 1, impurities in the filter frame 26 can be poured out. When the impurities are poured out, the filter frame 26 is pushed to move leftwards to return to the original position. Thus, the drain pipe 8 can be prevented from being clogged with impurities mixed in the water.
