Claims (6)
1. An energy-saving and environment-friendly horse shower cleaning device for the breeding industry is characterized by comprising: the novel water filter comprises a bottom plate (1), a supporting plate (2), a first fixed plate (3), a first baffle plate (4), a water filtering mechanism (5) and a spraying mechanism (6), wherein the supporting plate (2) is arranged on one side of the bottom plate (1), the first fixed plate (3) is arranged on two sides of the supporting plate (2), the first baffle plate (4) is arranged at the top of the supporting plate (2), the water filtering mechanism (5) is connected to one side, far away from the supporting plate (2), of the bottom plate (1), and the spraying mechanism (6) is arranged among the supporting plate (2), the first baffle plate (4) and the water filtering mechanism (5);
the water filtering mechanism (5) comprises: the novel water pump type water pump device comprises a first supporting frame (51), a fixed frame (52), a hose (53), a second baffle (54), a filter screen (55), a first movable plate (56) and a first spring (57), wherein the fixed frame (52) is arranged on one side of the supporting plate (2), the first supporting frame (51) is arranged on two sides of the fixed frame (52), the second baffle (54) is arranged on one side of the top of the fixed frame (52), the hose (53) is symmetrically communicated with the supporting plate (2), the water pump is connected to the top of the second baffle (54), the filter screen (55) is arranged on one side of the top of the fixed frame (52), the filter screen (55) is arranged under the second baffle (54), the first movable plate (56) is arranged on two sides of the inner bottom of the fixed frame (52) in a sliding mode, and the first spring (57) is connected between the first movable plate (56) and the fixed frame (52);
the spraying mechanism (6) comprises: the novel automatic spraying device comprises a water tank (61), a charging frame (62), a motor (63), a missing gear (64), a first pressing plate (65), a second spring (66), a second supporting frame (67), a spraying head (68) and a flat belt (69), wherein the bottom of the fixing frame (52) is connected with the water tank (61), the water tank (61) is symmetrically provided with the charging frame (62), the supporting plate (2) is provided with the motor (63), the supporting plate (2) is rotatably provided with a rotating rod, the output shaft of the motor (63) and the rotating rod are both provided with missing gears (64), the output shaft of the motor (63) and the rotating rod are both provided with belt pulleys, a flat belt (69) is connected between the two belt pulleys, the inner side of the charging frame (62) is both slidingly provided with the first pressing plate (65), the first pressing plate (65) and the inner top of the charging frame (62) are both connected with a first rack, the first rack is matched with the missing gear (64), one side of the top of the first baffle (4) is symmetrically provided with the second supporting frame (67), and the second supporting frame (67) is both provided with the spraying head (68) and the spraying head (62) are both communicated with the bottom.
