A cosmetic raw material grinding and scraping device is shown in figure 1-2 and comprises a first mounting plate 1, a conical grinding box 2, a first connecting rod 3, a second mounting plate 4, a motor 5, a rotating plate 6, a first slide rail 7, a first slide block 8, a first bearing seat 9, a screw rod 10, a nut 11, a first mounting rod 12, a second bearing seat 13, a grinding cylinder 14, a rotating handle 15, a threaded rod 17, a baffle plate 18 and a scraper plate 19, wherein the conical grinding box 2 is arranged at the top of the left side of the first mounting plate 1, the first connecting rod 3 is symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the front wall of the conical grinding box 2 in a left-right mode, the second mounting plate 4 is arranged between the upper parts of the rear sides of the two first connecting rods 3, the motor 5 is arranged at the lower side of the second mounting plate 4, the rotating plate 6 is arranged on an output shaft of the motor 5, the rotating plate 6 is positioned at the rear side of the first connecting rods 3, the first slide rail 7 is embedded in, the left and right parts of the lower side of the rotating plate 6 are respectively provided with a first bearing seat 9, a screw rod 10 is connected between the first bearing seats 9 at the left and right sides, two nuts 11 are arranged on the screw rod 10 in a matching way in a threaded connection way, the nuts 11 at the left and right sides are respectively connected with first sliding blocks 8 at the left and right sides, the lower part of the nut 11 at the right side is connected with a first mounting rod 12, the first mounting rod 12 is positioned in the conical grinding box 2, the upper and lower parts of the first mounting rod 12 are respectively provided with a second bearing seat 13, a grinding cylinder 14 is arranged between the outer sides of the two second bearing seats 13, the grinding cylinder 14 is contacted with the inner wall of the conical grinding box 2, the right end of the screw rod 10 is provided with a rotating handle 15, the upper and lower parts of the rotating handle 15 and the right side of the rotating plate 6 are respectively provided with a threaded hole 16, the threaded hole 16 at the upper part of, the bottom of the conical grinding box 2 is provided with a baffle 18 in a bolt connection mode, a scraper 19 is arranged on the lower side of the left nut 11, the scraper 19 is positioned in the conical grinding box 2, and the scraper 19 is in contact with the inner wall of the conical grinding box 2.
Still including bracing piece 20, gyro wheel 21, branch 22, movable plate 23 and pull rod 25, both sides all are connected with many spinal branchs vaulting pole 20 around 1 bottom of first mounting panel, and the bracing piece 20 top all is equipped with gyro wheel 21, and the equal bilateral symmetry formula in both sides is equipped with branch 22 around the baffle 18, all is equipped with movable plate 23 between the branch 22 lower extreme of the left and right sides, and recess 24 has all been opened to the movable plate 23 lower part of both sides around, and the gyro wheel 21 of both sides is located the recess 24 of both sides around respectively around, and the baffle 18 right side is equipped with pull rod 25.
Still including second slide rail 26, second slider 27, place frame 28, installation piece 29, spring 30 and carriage release lever 31, embedded second slide rail 26 that is equipped with in the middle of 1 bottom of first mounting panel, sliding connection has two second sliders 27 on the second slide rail 26, second slider 27 top is equipped with places frame 28, place between the bracing piece 20 of frame 28 both sides around being located, 1 bottom right side of first mounting panel is equipped with installation piece 29, be connected with spring 30 between 29 left side lower parts of installation piece and the middle part of placing 28 right sides of frame, it is equipped with carriage release lever 31 to place 28 right side upper portion.

When a worker grinds cosmetic raw materials by using the equipment, a proper amount of cosmetic raw materials are firstly loaded into the conical grinding box 2, then the threaded rod 17 is screwed out from the two threaded holes 16 on the upper side, then the screw rod 10 is rotated clockwise by the rotating handle 15, the two nuts 11 on the screw rod 10 move leftwards along with the threaded rod, the nut 11 on the left side drives the scraping plate 19 to move leftwards, the nut 11 on the right side drives the grinding cylinder 14 and other related components to move leftwards, when the scraping plate 19 moves to be in contact with the left wall of the conical grinding box 2, the screw rod 10 stops rotating, at the moment, the grinding cylinder 14 and other related components also move to the middle part in the conical grinding box 2, the worker can screw the threaded rod 17 into the threaded holes 16, and the positions of the screw rod 10 and the nut 11 are. Then the staff can open motor 5, and control motor 5 drives and changes 6 anticlockwise rotations of board to can make scraper blade 19 and grinding vessel 14 anticlockwise rotations, grinding vessel 14 rotates and to grind into the powder to the cosmetics raw materials in toper grinding box 2, and scraper blade 19 rotates along toper grinding box 2 inner wall and then can scrape the cosmetics powder of adhesion at toper grinding box 2 inner wall down. After the cosmetic raw materials in the conical grinding box 2 are ground, a worker can put a prepared container below the conical grinding box 2 to enable the container to be located between the supporting rods 20 on the front side and the rear side, then unscrew the bolts for fixing the baffle 18, slowly pull the baffle 18 rightwards through the pull rod 25, move the moving plate 23 rightwards along with the movement of the container, and then cosmetic raw material powder in the conical grinding box 2 can flow out of the container, so that the cosmetic raw material powder in the conical grinding box 2 can slowly flow out, and the phenomenon that the cosmetic raw material powder flows out too fast to overflow and cause waste is avoided. After the cosmetic raw material powder in the conical grinding box 2 flows out, the baffle plate 18 is moved leftwards, and after the baffle plate 18 is reset, the bolt is used for fixing the baffle plate 18.

When the motor 5 drives the rotating plate 6 to rotate anticlockwise, the arc-shaped connecting rod 40 and the arc-shaped rack 32 rotate anticlockwise, the arc-shaped rack 32 can be meshed with the first gear 33, when the arc-shaped rack 32 is meshed with the first gear 33, the arc-shaped rack 32 can drive the first gear 33 to rotate clockwise, the first gear 33 drives the second gear 36 to rotate clockwise through the rotating rod 351, the straight rack 39 moves leftwards along with the first gear, the placing frame 28 can move leftwards, the spring 30 is stretched, when the rightmost end of the straight rack 39 is contacted with the second gear 36, the second gear 36 cannot drive the straight rack 39 to move leftwards due to rotation, the spring 30 is reset immediately, and the placing frame 28 moves rightwards under the elastic force of the spring 30. The motor 5 continuously drives the rotating plate 6 to rotate, so that the placing frame 28 can move left and right, the placing frame 28 does not need to be pulled by hands to move left and right, and the effect of saving manpower can be achieved.
