The locking plates 22 are respectively provided at both upper sides of the slot plate 111, one end lower sides of the locking plates 22 are respectively hinged with the hinge seats 112 at both upper sides of the slot plate 111, and the other end lower sides of the locking plates 22 are provided with locking hooks 221.
When the finger rod group 5 needs to be turned up and locked, the turning cylinder piston rod 121 is contracted in place, the turning plate 21 rotates upwards around the hinge center of the finger rod group 5 and the finger rod group transmission pipe rack 6, and under the damping action of the buffer mechanism 3, the locking pin 211 of the turning plate 21 turns up slowly into the locking hook 221 of the locking plate 22, so that the finger rod group 5 is locked in a vertically upward state.
When the finger rod group 5 needs to be released, a driver pulls up the handle 41 in the cab, two release ropes 42 connected with the handle 41 respectively pull the locking plates 22 connected with the two release ropes after turning through the two sides of the circular ring 43, so that the locking plates 22 rotate upwards against the elastic force of the locking plate return tension spring 23, the locking pins 211 of the turnover plate 21 are separated from the locking hooks 223 of the locking plates 22, and the finger rod group 5 is unlocked; the roll-over cylinder piston rod 121 is then extended into position and the finger set 5 is rolled down to a horizontal position about its hinge center with the end of the finger set transmission tube rack 6, the finger set 5 returning to an operational state. The finger rod group 5 can be turned over flexibly and conveniently, and the transportation safety of the tedder is ensured.
