In this embodiment of the present invention, the event management system 10 includes a management server 12 and at least one wireless device 11 that are in communication with each other, where the wireless device 11 is configured to implement a service function corresponding to a wireless network, and the at least one wireless device 11 reports at least one event including an alarm to the management server 12 through a communication connection with the management server 12, so that the management server 12 manages the event reported from each wireless device 11. Each wireless device 11 in the event management system 10 may be a wireless access point AP or a wireless controller AC for managing the wireless access point AP. Wherein the at least one wireless device 11 may also be communicatively coupled to each other. In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the event management system 10 includes a management server 12, a wireless controller AC, and a plurality of wireless access points AP, where the management server 12 is connected to the wireless controller AC and the wireless access points AP in a communication manner, respectively, and the wireless access points AP are connected to the wireless controller AC in a communication manner.
It is to be understood that the configuration shown in fig. 1 is merely a schematic diagram of the configuration of the event management system 10, and that the event management system 10 may include more or less components than shown in fig. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of an event reporting management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the event reporting management method shown in fig. 2 is applied to the event management system 10 shown in fig. 1, where the event management system 10 includes a management server 12 and at least one wireless device 11, where the management server 12 and the at least one wireless device 11 are in communication with each other, and the wireless device 11 includes a wireless controller AC or a wireless access point AP. The following describes in detail specific processes and steps of the event reporting management method shown in fig. 2.
Step S210, when the wireless device 11 generates a trigger event, determines whether an event type of the trigger event belongs to a preset reporting type.
In this embodiment, the wireless device 11 stores preset generation conditions for generating corresponding events according to its own operating conditions, where the number of the generation conditions may be multiple, different generation conditions correspond to different trigger events, the generation conditions may be configured by the management server 12 and then transmitted to the wireless device 11 for operation, and a user or an operation and maintenance person of the wireless device 11 may directly perform different configurations at the wireless device 11 according to requirements. The wireless device 11 detects whether or not it triggers a generation condition by detecting its operating state, and generates a trigger event corresponding to the generation condition when it detects that it triggers a certain generation condition. Wherein the generation condition may be that an alarm event prompting that a certain type of event is generated too many times when the generation number of the certain type of event exceeds a certain threshold value is generated.
In this embodiment, the wireless device 11 is pre-stored with at least one preset reporting type for confirming an event that can be reported to the management server 12. After generating a certain trigger event, the wireless device 11 performs type identification on the trigger event to obtain an event type corresponding to the trigger event, and then determines whether the event type of the trigger event belongs to a preset reporting type by comparing the event type corresponding to the trigger event with each preset reporting type. When a preset reporting type which is the same as the event type of the trigger event exists in all preset reporting types prestored in the wireless device 11, it is determined that the event type of the trigger event belongs to the preset reporting type, and the trigger event is reported to the management server 12 with a certain possibility. The preset reporting type may be configured by the management server 12 and then transmitted to the wireless device 11 to operate, or may be configured by a user or an operation and maintenance person of the wireless device 11 directly at the wireless device 11 according to a requirement.
Step S220, when the event type of the trigger event belongs to a preset reporting type, the wireless device 11 queries a historical reporting frequency of the trigger event within a preset time period.
In this embodiment, when reporting an event to the management server 12, the wireless device 11 records a reporting time point of the event. When the wireless device 11 determines that the event type of a certain trigger event belongs to the preset reporting type, the wireless device 11 may obtain the historical reporting frequency of the trigger event in the preset time period by counting the number of the trigger event at the historical reporting time point in the preset time period. The preset time period may be a time period from zero to twenty-four points corresponding to the day, or a time period from one time period to another date, and the specific time period condition may be configured by the management server 12 and then transmitted to the wireless device 11 for operation, or may be configured by a user or an operation and maintenance person of the wireless device 11 directly at the wireless device 11 according to requirements.
Step S230, when the wireless device 11 inquires that the historical reporting frequency corresponding to the trigger event is less than the preset reporting frequency, the wireless device 11 reports the trigger event to the management server 12.
In this embodiment, the wireless device 11 stores preset reporting frequencies corresponding to each trigger event, the preset reporting frequencies corresponding to different trigger events may be the same or different, and only when the historical reporting frequency of a certain trigger event in a preset time period is less than the preset reporting frequency corresponding to the trigger event, the trigger event can be reported to the management server 12 by the wireless device 11. After querying the historical reporting frequency of a certain trigger event in a preset time period, the wireless device 11 compares the queried historical reporting frequency with a preset reporting frequency corresponding to the trigger event, and determines that the trigger event can be reported to the management server 12 by the wireless device 11 when the comparison result shows that the historical reporting frequency is less than the preset reporting frequency. At this time, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, the wireless device 11 directly sends the trigger event report to the management server 12.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the wireless device 11 stores a preset waiting duration corresponding to the trigger event to be reported, where the preset waiting duration corresponding to each trigger event may be the same as or different from preset waiting durations of other trigger events, and the step of reporting the trigger event to the management server 12 includes:
carrying out delay reporting on the trigger event according to the preset waiting time length, and detecting whether an event identical to the trigger event is generated before the delay time corresponding to the preset waiting time length is not exhausted;
if the same event as the trigger event is detected to be generated, merging the detected same event and the trigger event into one event when the delay time is consumed, and sending the event to the management server 12;
if the generation of the same event as the trigger event is not detected, the trigger event is directly sent to the management server 12 when the delay time is consumed.
In this embodiment, the preset reporting frequency and the preset waiting time corresponding to each trigger event may be configured by the management server 12 and then transmitted to the wireless device 11 for operation, or a user or an operation and maintenance person of the wireless device 11 may directly perform different configurations at the wireless device 11 according to requirements.
Step S240, the management server 12 performs filtering processing on the reported trigger event, discards the trigger event if the trigger event meets a preset filtering condition corresponding to the filtering processing, otherwise, stores the trigger event.
In this embodiment, the management server 12 stores a preset filtering condition for filtering an unreserved trigger event, and after receiving the trigger event reported by the wireless device 11, the management server 12 determines whether the trigger event meets the preset filtering condition corresponding to the filtering process by matching the relevant information of the trigger event with the preset filtering condition. If the trigger event meets the preset filtering condition corresponding to the filtering processing, discarding the trigger event; and if the trigger event does not meet the preset filtering condition corresponding to the filtering treatment, storing the trigger event so as to use the trigger event in the subsequent data processing and analyzing process.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the event reporting management method shown in fig. 3, relative to the event reporting management method shown in fig. 2, may further include:
step S250, the management server 12 performs data analysis on the stored trigger event, and configures at least one or more combinations of the generation condition of the trigger event generated by the wireless device 11, the preset reporting type, the preset time period, and the preset reporting frequency according to the analysis result and the device information of the wireless device 11 that sends the trigger event, and then issues the configuration result to the wireless device 11.
In this embodiment, the management server 12 may perform data analysis on the stored trigger events, and establish data relationship between the trigger events according to the analysis result, so as to obtain more simplified event analysis data. The management server 12 may configure at least one or a combination of multiple types of the generation condition, the preset reporting type, the preset time period, and the preset reporting frequency for the wireless device 11 to generate the trigger event according to the analysis result and the device information of the wireless device 11 that sends the trigger event, and issue the corresponding configuration file to the wireless device 11 for operation processing after configuration is completed. If the wireless device 11 is an AC, the management server 12 may directly send the configuration file matched with the AC to the AC; if the wireless device 11 is an AP, the management server 12 may send a configuration file corresponding to the AP to an AC that manages the AP, and the AC sends the configuration file to the AP.
