When the lock cylinder 21 rotates under the drive of the unlocking key, the lock cylinder 21 can drive the lock tongue 22 to slide, and the lock tongue 22 retracts into the first shell 13, so that the lock tongue 22 is not clamped with the second shell 14 any more, and the first shell 13 and the second shell 14 can rotate relatively, so that the locking assembly 20 is switched from the locking position to the unlocking position.
Optionally, the first housing 13 has a locking hole 134 through which the lock tongue 22 protrudes, and an end of the lock tongue 22 that is engaged with the second housing 14 has a guiding inclined surface, and the guiding inclined surface is disposed in a direction away from the second housing 14 toward a direction close to an inner wall of the locking hole 134. When the worker manually rotates the second housing 14 such that the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are brought close to each other, the second housing 14 can press the guide slope so that the locking bolt 22 is retracted into the first housing 13, and when the second housing 14 is rotated to the locking hole aligned with the locking bolt 22, the locking bolt 22 is inserted into the locking hole to lock the second housing 14, which does not require an unlocking key to operate the key cylinder 21, the platen locking device can be conveniently mounted to the post and locking can be achieved.
The guiding inclined surface faces the pivoting part of the second housing 14, so that the second housing 14 can only press the guiding inclined surface when the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are in butt joint, but cannot press the guiding inclined surface when the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are separated, and the reliability of locking is ensured.
Further alternatively, the locking assembly 20 further includes a latch return member 23, i.e. a spring, where two ends of the latch return member 23 respectively abut against the latch 22 and the inner wall of the accommodating space 133, so as to provide a return force for the latch 22 extending in a direction approaching the second housing 14, so that the latch 22 can be automatically clamped to the second housing 14.
In this embodiment, the locking assembly 20 further includes a adapting block 24, the adapting block 24 has a non-circular cross section, the adapting block 24 is connected with the lock cylinder 21, the lock tongue 22 has a groove, the adapting block 24 is disposed in the groove, when the lock cylinder 21 drives the adapting block 24 to rotate, the adapting block 24 presses the inner wall of the groove, and the lock tongue 22 withdraws from the second housing 14, so that the locking assembly 20 is unlocked. Of course, the adapter 24 may be a circular block, and in this case, the adapter 24 needs to be disposed eccentrically to the lock cylinder 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the locking assembly 20 further includes a fixing pin 25, the lock cylinder 21 is connected with the first housing 13 through the fixing pin 25, the outer ring of the lock cylinder 21 is provided with a ring groove, one end of the fixing pin 25 is fixed on the first housing 13, the other end of the fixing pin 25 is located in the ring groove, when the lock cylinder 21 rotates, the lock cylinder 21 can only rotate around its axis, and movement in other directions is limited by the fixing pin 25 and cannot be performed, so that axial positioning of the lock cylinder 21 is achieved.
Optionally, the locking assembly 20 further includes a wireless chip 26, where the wireless chip 26 is disposed at an opening of the accommodating space 133 to identify the unlocking key.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the present embodiment further provides an electrical wiring device, including a pressing plate 60 and the above-mentioned pressing plate locking device, the pressing plate 60 includes: the static binding post 61, the movable binding post 62 and the connecting piece 63, the static binding post 61 and the movable binding post 62 are respectively connected with an electric wire, one end of the connecting piece 63 is pivotally connected with the movable binding post 62 and always contacts with the movable binding post 62, and the other end of the connecting piece 63 is detachably connected with the static binding post 61 so as to enable the pressing plate 60 to be connected or disconnected; the static binding post 61 and the movable binding post 62 are respectively provided with a knob 64, a necking section is arranged between the knob 64 on the static binding post 61 and the static binding post 61, the connecting sheet 63 is provided with a U-shaped clamping groove, the U-shaped clamping groove is clamped on the necking section, so that the static binding post 61 and the movable binding post 62 are communicated, after the connection, the knob 64 on the static binding post 61 and the movable binding post 62 are screwed down, so that the connecting sheet 63 is tightly pressed, and the connecting sheet 63 is ensured to be reliably contacted with the static binding post 61 and the movable binding post 62. The platen lock is removably sleeved outside the static post 61 and the insert is snapped onto the necked down section of the static post 61 to block the tab 63 from contacting the static post 61.
In addition, the pressing plate 60 further comprises an insulating base for connecting the static binding post 61 and the dynamic binding post 62, and an insulating operation handle which is convenient to operate is arranged on the connecting sheet 63.
It should be noted that, when the platen lock device is mounted on the static post 61, the platen lock device is rotatable relative to the platen 60, but due to the stop action of the movable post 62 on the platen lock device, the platen lock device cannot rotate within 360 degrees, so that the knob 64 is prevented from being disengaged from the static post 61 due to the rotation of the platen lock device, and the safety of the power wiring device is ensured.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem of inconvenient use of the pressing plate locking device in the prior art is solved;
2. through the locking assembly, a worker cannot operate the pressing plate at will under the condition of no authorization, so that the safety is improved;
3. the installation is convenient, the structure of the pressing plate does not need to be changed, the prior installation is not needed, and the pressing plate is assembled at any time;
4. the structure is small and exquisite, the carrying is convenient, the operation is convenient, and the assembly and the disassembly are easy;
5. The movable binding post is kept exposed after locking, so that the electricity inspection operation during maintenance is not affected.

Claims (14)

1. A platen lock comprising:
The shell (10) is provided with a containing cavity (11) for containing binding posts of the pressing plate, the shell (10) is formed by splicing at least two substructures, and two adjacent substructures can be separated;
-a locking assembly (20), said locking assembly (20) being connected to at least one of said substructures and having a locked state and an unlocked state, all of said substructures being locked together by said locking assembly (20) to lock said terminal in said receiving cavity (11) when said locking assembly (20) is in said locked state, at least two of said substructures being separated from each other to enable said terminal to be withdrawn from said receiving cavity (11) when said locking assembly (20) is in said unlocked state;
The housing (10) comprises:
A first housing (13);
-a second housing (14), said first housing (13) being pivotally connected to said second housing (14) and being capable of interfacing to enclose said receiving cavity (11), a portion of said latch assembly (20) being disposed within said first housing (13) and spaced from said receiving cavity (11), a portion of said latch assembly (20) being capable of extending from within said first housing (13) to lock said second housing (14), said first housing (13) and said second housing (14) being said sub-structure;
the latch assembly (20) includes:
The lock cylinder (21), the first shell (13) is provided with a containing space (133), the containing space (133) is separated from the containing cavity (11), and the lock cylinder (21) is pivoted in the containing space (133);
The lock comprises a lock tongue (22), wherein the lock core (21) is in driving connection with the lock tongue (22), the lock core (21) can drive the lock tongue (22) to slide between the first shell (13) and the second shell (14), and a part of the lock tongue (22) can move from the first shell (13) to the second shell (14) so as to enable the first shell (13) to be locked with the second shell (14) in a clamping mode.
2. The platen lock device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (10) has an opening communicating with the receiving chamber (11), a stopper structure (30) being provided at the opening to bring the post extending into the receiving chamber (11) into stopper engagement with the stopper structure (30).

The clamp plate locking device according to claim 2, characterized in that the stop structure (30) is a panel arranged at the opening, the panel extends from the substructure in the direction of the binding post, the panel is provided with a clamping groove (31) which is clamped with the binding post, when the locking assembly (20) is in the locking state, the binding post is locked in the clamping groove (31), and all the substructures clamp and fix the panel so as to lock the clamp plate locking device on the binding post.
4. A platen lock according to claim 3, wherein the sub-structure has a fixing groove (12) for fixing the insert, the edge of the insert being embedded in the fixing groove (12) to lock the insert in the receiving cavity (11).

The pressure plate locking device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second housing (14) has a pivot ring (141), and the pivot ring (141) is disposed so as to avoid the accommodating cavity (11), the first housing (13) has a pivot groove (131), and the pivot ring (141) is embedded in the pivot groove (131) so as to enable relative rotation between the first housing (13) and the second housing (14).

The platen lock device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a stopper (40), the stopper (40) having a protrusion (41), the stopper (40) being connected to the second housing (14) and capable of synchronous rotation, the first housing (13) having a stopper groove (132), the protrusion (41) being accommodated in the stopper groove (132) to control a rotation angle between the first housing (13) and the second housing (14).

The platen lock of claim 6, wherein the second housing (14) has a connection plate (142), the connection plate (142) has a clamping groove and a via hole through which the protrusion (41) passes, and the stopper (40) further has a hook that is clamped in the clamping groove to clamp the stopper (40) on the second housing (14).

The platen lock device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a housing return member (50), both ends of the housing return member (50) abutting against the first housing (13) and the second housing (14), respectively, to provide a return force for the first housing (13) and the second housing (14) to be separated from each other.

The pressure plate locking device according to claim 1, wherein the first housing (13) has a locking hole (134) through which the lock tongue (22) protrudes, one end of the lock tongue (22) that is engaged with the second housing (14) has a guide slope, and the guide slope is provided in a direction away from the second housing (14) toward a direction approaching an inner wall of the locking hole (134).

The pressure plate locking device according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly (20) further comprises a lock tongue reset member (23), and both ends of the lock tongue reset member (23) are respectively abutted against the lock tongue (22) and the inner wall of the accommodating space (133) to provide a reset force for the lock tongue (22) protruding in a direction approaching the second housing (14).

The pressure plate locking device according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly (20) further comprises a switching block (24), the switching block (24) is connected with the lock cylinder (21), the lock tongue (22) is provided with a groove, the switching block (24) is arranged in the groove, when the lock cylinder (21) drives the switching block (24) to rotate, the switching block (24) presses the inner wall of the groove, and the lock tongue (22) withdraws from the second shell (14) so as to unlock the locking assembly (20).
12. The pressure plate locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking assembly (20) further comprises a fixing pin (25), by means of which fixing pin (25) the lock cylinder (21) is connected with the first housing (13) for axial positioning of the lock cylinder (21).
13. The platen lock device of claim 1, wherein the lock assembly (20) further includes a wireless chip (26), the wireless chip (26) being disposed at an opening of the receiving space (133) to identify an unlock key.
14. An electrical wiring device comprising a pressure plate (60) and the pressure plate locking device of any one of claims 1 to 13, the pressure plate (60) comprising:
A static binding post (61);
A movable binding post (62);
