本发明公开了一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,包括线芯导体、绝缘套、内护套、压力传感器、外护套、发射端和屏蔽仪,所述线芯导体外围包裹有绝缘套,所述绝缘套外围设置有内护套,所述外护套周边设置有外护套,所述外护套上设置有压力传感器,所述外护套外侧设置有屏蔽仪,所述屏蔽仪上端设置有发射端,该种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料的绝缘套是用橡胶材料制成,所以成本较低,新增的内护套采用金属锡纸制作而成,具有很强的防水性能以及防腐蚀,防老化的功能,新增的压力传感器能够监测电缆所受的外力,当超过预设值时,会转换成电压信号传输给后台接收设备,新增的屏蔽仪能够抵抗较强的电磁波干扰,保证其传输稳定性。

本发明涉及一种电缆护套领域,具体为一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料。
背景技术
电缆在现实生活中随处可见,为我们传输电力,有的用户生活区域所用电量甚至来自于千里之外的地方,这就需要上千里的电缆将电力输送,常用的电缆所用材料为铝,导电性较差,产生的热量损失较大,且电缆长时间暴露在风吹日晒下,容易发生老化等现象。
如果在雪天或者冰雹等恶劣天气下,电缆上可能会由于积雪过多导致电缆不堪重负绷断,对周围的居民生活带来不便,此外,可能会由于电磁波的影响导致传输效率下降,甚至出现安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,包括线芯导体、绝缘套、内护套、压力传感器、外护套、发射端和屏蔽仪,所述线芯导体外围包裹有绝缘套,所述绝缘套外围设置有内护套,所述外护套周边设置有外护套,所述外护套上设置有压力传感器,所述外护套外侧设置有屏蔽仪,所述屏蔽仪上端设置有发射端。
进一步的,所述内护套用金属锡纸材料制作而成,具有很强的防水性能以及防腐蚀,防老化的功能。
进一步的,所述压力传感器内部设置有电池,且工作电压为5V,电池为热能电池,能将电缆在传输过程中由于电阻产生的热量转换为电能,减少能量损失,提高能量利用率,当压力传感器检测到电缆承受压力过大时会通知后台设备。
进一步的,所述绝缘套用橡胶材料制作而成,制作成本低。
进一步的,所述屏蔽仪由磁导率很高的强磁材料(如钢)制成,可把磁力线限制于屏蔽体内,能够起到较强的屏蔽电磁波的能力。
进一步的,所述线芯导体用铜银合金制成,拥有较好的导电性,能量损失更小。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料的绝缘套是用橡胶材料制成,所以成本较低,新增的内护套采用金属锡纸制作而成,具有很强的防水性能以及防腐蚀,防老化的功能,新增的压力传感器能够监测电缆所受的外力,当超过预设值时,会转换成电压信号传输给后台接收设备,新增的屏蔽仪能够抵抗较强的电磁波干扰,保证其传输稳定性。

1.一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,包括线芯导体(1)、绝缘套(2)、内护套(3)、压力传感器(4)、外护套(5)、发射端(6)和屏蔽仪(7),其特征在于:所述线芯导体(1)外围包裹有绝缘套(2),所述绝缘套(2)外围设置有内护套(3),所述内护套(3)周边设置有外护套(5),所述外护套(5)上设置有压力传感器(4),所述外护套(5)外侧设置有屏蔽仪(7),所述屏蔽仪(7)上端设置有发射端(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,其特征在于:所述内护套(3)用金属锡纸材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效能电缆屏蔽护套料,其特征在于:所述压力传感器(4)内部设置有电池,且工作电压为5V,所用电池为热能电池。
