Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a display frame, which is capable of improving the problems of complicated assembly and low efficiency in the prior art.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a display including the display housing.
Embodiments of the present invention are implemented as follows:
a display frame comprises a first transparent plate and a second transparent plate which are oppositely arranged at intervals; and
a fixing frame for fixing the first transparent plate and the second transparent plate;
the fixing frame comprises a first clamping part, a second clamping part and a fixing frame body, wherein the first clamping part and the second clamping part are oppositely connected to two sides of the fixing frame body; the first transparent board card is established between first joint portion and fixed frame body, and the second transparent board card is established between second joint portion and fixed frame body, and first transparent board, second transparent board and fixed frame form the holding chamber that is used for holding the display module assembly.
In one embodiment of the invention:
the display frame also comprises a sealing element for sealing the accommodating cavity; the sealing piece comprises a connecting part, a first sealing part and a second sealing part, and the first sealing part and the second sealing part are respectively connected to two ends of the connecting part; the first sealing part is arranged between the first transparent plate and the fixed frame body, and the second sealing part is arranged between the second transparent plate and the fixed frame body.
In one embodiment of the invention:
the sealing piece is also provided with a positioning bulge, the fixed frame body is provided with a positioning groove matched with the positioning bulge, and the positioning bulge is clamped in the positioning groove.
In one embodiment of the invention:

The beneficial effects of the embodiment of the invention include:
the display frame body provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a fixed frame, and a first transparent plate and a second transparent plate which are oppositely arranged at two sides of the fixed frame. The fixed frame comprises a fixed frame body, a first clamping part and a second clamping part which are fixedly connected to the two ends of the fixed frame relatively, wherein the first transparent board is arranged between the first clamping part and the fixed frame body, and the second transparent board is arranged between the second clamping part and the fixed frame body, so that a containing cavity for containing the display module is formed. During the equipment, directly with first transparent plate and second transparent plate joint respectively at first joint portion and second joint portion can be fixed, the process is simple, the packaging efficiency is high.
The display provided by the invention comprises the display frame body, so that the display has the beneficial effects of simple working procedures and high assembly efficiency.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. The components of the embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

Example 1
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of the overall structure of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, the present embodiment provides a display frame 010, which includes a fixing frame 200, and a first transparent plate 110 and a second transparent plate 120 disposed opposite to each other on two sides of the fixing frame 200. The fixing frame 200 includes a fixing frame body 220, and a first clamping portion 211 and a second clamping portion 212 relatively fixedly connected to two ends of the fixing frame body 220, where the first transparent plate 110 is clamped between the first clamping portion 211 and the fixing frame body 220, and the second transparent plate 120 is clamped between the second clamping portion 212 and the fixing frame body 220, so as to form a containing cavity 400 for containing the display module 021.
The display housing 010 provided in this embodiment is further described below:
referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the display housing 010 further includes a sealing member 300 for sealing the accommodating cavity 400, and the sealing member 300 is generally annular end to end. The seal 300 includes a first seal portion 310, a second seal portion 330 and a connection portion 320, where the first seal portion 310 and the second seal portion 330 are relatively connected at two ends of the connection portion 320 to form a substantially U-shaped seal 300, and when the seal is installed, the fixed frame body 220 is disposed in the U-shaped space of the seal 300, the first seal portion 310 is clamped between the first transparent plate 110 and the first clamping portion 211, the second seal portion 330 is clamped between the second transparent plate 120 and the second clamping portion 212, and the connection portion 320 is clamped between the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120. Preferably, the material of the sealing member 300 is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer).
Further, the first sealing portion 310 is formed with a third engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion 211, and the second sealing portion 330 is formed with a fourth engaging portion corresponding to the second engaging portion 212. During installation, the first transparent plate 110 is installed in the third clamping part, the second transparent plate 120 is installed in the fourth clamping part, so that the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 are fixed on the sealing piece 300, the connecting part 320 is clamped between the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120, the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 can be arranged at a relatively stable interval, a containing cavity 400 for containing the display module 021 is formed, and the sealing effect is good; then, the first transparent plate 110, the second transparent plate 120 and the sealing member 300 are integrally assembled with the fixing frame 200, the first transparent plate 110 and the first sealing portion 310 are respectively clamped between the fixing frame body 220 and the first clamping portion 211, and the second transparent plate 120 and the second sealing portion 330 are respectively clamped between the fixing frame body 220 and the second clamping portion 212, so that fixing can be achieved.
Further, the fixing frame body 220 is provided with a positioning groove 240, and the connecting portion 320 is provided with a positioning protrusion 340. By matching the positioning protrusion 340 with the positioning groove 240, accurate positioning of the connecting portion 320 and the fixing frame 200 is achieved, and fixing effect of the fixing frame 200 is better. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the positioning grooves 240 is two, and the number of the positioning protrusions 340 is two. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the number of the positioning grooves 240 and the positioning protrusions 340 may be specifically set according to the needs of the user.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the display frame 010 further includes a check valve 500. The connection portion 320 is provided with a mounting hole. The check valve 500 is installed in the installation hole, and both ends of the check valve 500 are respectively communicated with the receiving chamber 400 and the outside. The check valve 500 enables the accommodating cavity 400 to be in one-way communication with the outside, and when gas can only enter the outside from the accommodating cavity 400 through the check valve 500, air in the accommodating cavity 400 can be pumped out through the check valve 500 to form a vacuum cavity; when gas can only enter the receiving chamber 400 from the outside through the check valve 500, the protective gas can be filled into the receiving chamber 400 through the check valve 500. Specifically, the shielding gas is at least one of inert gas, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and the like. It should be noted that, the check valve 500 is set according to the requirement of the user, and in other embodiments, the check valve 500 may not be set according to the requirement of the user.
In this example, the inner surface of the first transparent plate 110 is provided with a back adhesive layer, and in use, the display module 021 is connected to the first transparent plate 110 through the back adhesive layer. The first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 are oppositely disposed at both ends of the connection part 320, and form a receiving cavity 400 with the sealing member 300, and the display module 021 is disposed in the receiving cavity 400 to obtain a good moisture-proof effect. Further, an AR film layer or an AG film layer is further disposed on the first transparent plate 110. After the first transparent plate 110 is optically treated, the AR film layer makes the first transparent plate 110 have a high light transmittance function; AG rete makes first glass board have anti-glare function, and application range is wide.
The transparent display is generally used in places with large people flow and used for showcases, freezers and the like. Therefore, in order to ensure that the display has enough strength, damage caused in the using process is avoided as much as possible. Preferably, the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 are both tempered glass plates. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the strength of the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 may be ensured by increasing the thickness of the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 or other materials with larger strength according to the needs of the user.
Example 2
The present embodiment also provides a display frame 010, which is a further improvement on the technical solution of embodiment 1, and the technical solution described in embodiment 1 is also applicable to the present embodiment, and the description of the technical solution described in embodiment 1 is not repeated.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the overall structure of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the fixing frame body 220 includes a supporting portion 223 and a fixing portion 221. In this embodiment, the fixing frame body 220 is composed of a supporting portion 223 and a fixing portion 221, the supporting portion 223 and the fixing portion 221 are both substantially annular frames, and the first clamping portion 211 and the second clamping portion 212 are respectively and fixedly connected to two ends of the fixing portion 221. The supporting portion 223 is substantially U-shaped, and both ends are provided with clamping grooves for mounting the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120, respectively. During installation, the sealing element 300 is assembled with the supporting part 223, the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part are respectively matched with the clamping grooves, at this time, the supporting part 223 is located in an accommodating space formed by the U-shaped sealing element 300, the first transparent plate 110 is arranged in the clamping groove matched with the third clamping part, the second transparent plate 120 is arranged in the clamping groove matched with the fourth clamping part, the supporting part 223 plays a supporting role in fixing the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120, the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 can be more firmly arranged at intervals, finally, the assembled supporting part 223 is integrally assembled with the fixing part 221, the first transparent plate 110, the third clamping part and the clamping groove on the side are located between the first clamping part 211 and the fixing part 221, the second transparent plate 120, the fourth clamping part and the clamping groove on the side are located between the second clamping part 212 and the fixing part 221, and the fixing part 221 are located in the accommodating space formed by the U-shaped supporting part 223, and the assembly is completed.
Further, the sealing member 300 is provided with a positioning protrusion 340, and the supporting portion 223 is provided with a positioning groove 240 matching the positioning protrusion 340. Specifically, the first sealing portion 310 and the second sealing portion 330 are both disposed on the positioning protrusion 340, and the supporting portion 223 is disposed with the positioning groove 240 on the side surface of the first sealing portion 310 and the second sealing portion 330. The positioning protrusion 340 is received in the positioning groove 240 during installation, preventing the sealing member 300 from sliding relative to the supporting portion 223 during installation and use. Further, the sealing circular holes are formed in the first sealing portion 310 and the second sealing portion 330 at positions corresponding to the positioning protrusions 340, and after the installation, the sealing circular holes are compressed due to the extrusion of the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120, so that the sealing effect is better.
Example 3
The present embodiment also provides a display frame 010, which is a further improvement on the technical solution of embodiment 2, and the technical solution described in embodiment 2 is also applicable to the present embodiment, and the description of the technical solution described in embodiment 2 is not repeated.
Fig. 5 is an exploded view of the overall structure of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment, fig. 6 is a schematic view of the partial structure of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 7 is a schematic view of the partial structure of the display frame 010 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 5 to 7 in combination, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in the structure of the fixing portion 221 and the supporting portion 223. In this embodiment, the supporting portion 223 includes four supporting members, and the four supporting members are connected end to form a square annular supporting portion 223. Specifically, the four supporting members are a first supporting member 224, a second supporting member 225 and two third supporting members 226, the first supporting member 224 and the second supporting member 225 are oppositely arranged at intervals, the two third supporting members 226 are oppositely arranged, and two ends of the third supporting member 226 are detachably connected with the first supporting member 224 and the second supporting member 225 respectively. In this embodiment, the supporting portion 223 further includes two connecting members 230, and the connecting members 230 include a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, and a third connecting plate, and the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate, and the third connecting plate are sequentially connected to form a "U" shaped connecting member 230. During assembly, the connecting bolts penetrate through the first connecting plates to be in threaded connection with the first supporting pieces 224, the connecting bolts penetrate through the second connecting plates to be in threaded connection with the third supporting pieces 226, so that the first supporting pieces 224 and the two third supporting pieces 226 are fixedly connected, the two connecting bolts penetrate through two ends of the second supporting pieces 225 respectively to be in threaded connection with the two third supporting pieces 226, and finally the four supporting pieces are detachably connected end to form the square supporting portion 223. The fixing portion 221 includes four fixing pieces 222, and the four fixing pieces 222 are detachably connected end to end by bolts to form a square fixing portion 221. Meanwhile, the sealing member 300 is also composed of four parts respectively matched with the first support 224, the second support 225 and the two third supports 226.
Further, the display frame 010 further includes two door shaft 610 assemblies connected to both ends of the fixed frame 200, the door shaft 610 assemblies including a door shaft 610 and a door shaft hinge 620, the door shaft 610 being fixedly connected to the fixed frame 200, the door shaft hinge 620 being connected to one end of the door shaft 610 remote from the fixed frame 200. Specifically, the two door shafts 610 are fixed to the third connection plates of the two connection members 230 by welding, the fixing member 222 is provided with a through hole through which the door shaft 610 passes, and the door shaft hinge 620 is connected to one end of the door shaft 610 located outside the fixing member 222.
The display frame 010 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the two sides of the fixed body are connected with the first clamping part 211 and the second clamping part 212, the first transparent plate 110 and the second transparent plate 120 are respectively arranged in the first clamping part 211 and the second clamping part 212, so that the hollow plate with stable structure can be assembled and formed, the assembly process is less, the assembly efficiency is high, and the sealing effect is good. A check valve 500 is provided to allow the protection gas to be filled into the accommodating chamber 400 or to allow the air in the accommodating chamber 400 to be drawn out to form a vacuum environment. Meanwhile, the damping material also has the effects of moisture prevention and shock absorption.
Example 4
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the display 020 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a display 020, which includes any one of the display frames 010 described above. The display 020 further comprises a display module 021 arranged in the accommodation cavity 400 of the display frame 010. The display module 021 comprises a transparent display panel and a plurality of dimming films attached to the back surface of the transparent display panel. Further, the display 020 further includes a touch module 022, and the touch module 022 is attached to the first transparent board 110 through a back adhesive layer. Specifically, the touch module 022 is a touch capacitive screen disposed on the back surface of the first transparent plate 110.
The following describes an assembly process of the display 020 by taking the display housing 010 provided in embodiment 3 as an example: during assembly, the display module 021 is attached to the corresponding position of the inner side surface of the first transparent plate 110, the touch module 022 is attached to the corresponding position of the inner side surface of the first transparent plate 110, the air valve is installed in the installation hole of the sealing element 300, the first transparent plate 110 is installed on the third clamping part, the first supporting element 224, the second supporting element 225 and the two third supporting elements 226 are installed on the corresponding positions respectively, the first supporting element 224, the second supporting element 225 and the two third supporting elements 226 are connected into a whole through the connecting element 230 and the connecting bolt, the second transparent plate 120 is installed on the fourth clamping part after the installation of the supporting part 223 is completed to form a hollow plate, the four fixing elements 222 are installed on the corresponding positions of the supporting part 223 respectively and fixed through the connecting bolt, and finally the two door shaft hinges 620 are installed on the two door shafts 610 respectively.
The display 020 provided in this embodiment includes the display frame 010, so that the display has the advantages of simple process, high assembly efficiency, stable structure, good sealing performance, and dampproof and shock absorbing.
